I've been very lucky to have some amazing coaches across my career and I pulled out two of those guys. For me, Razor, I caught him at the back end of my career. I'd had a long career. I was kind of captain in the All Blacks. I was, you know, last few years of my Crusaders career and just his ability to, I think, pull out the best of a whole squad, I think is what I saw in him. And, you know, leadership's more— it's about inspiration, right? It's about painting a future for a group of people or a team to go after, and he was definitely someone who was great at that. And what about Steve? What was one of the things that stood out from him? Yeah, Steve was in some ways the same, but different in his approach. Yeah, his ability to say the right thing, say the thing at the right time, I think was really his kind of greatest strength, his superpower.
