I started learning like, you know, so much of what I love doing was sharing my experience and starting to help people understand, like, hey, you know what, Life is tough, but like, you can get through it. You know, there's lots of ways of, you know, managing your way through it and learning how to, you know, be more self aware, listening to your gut, understanding people's intentions and how to manage your own emotions. I mean, that was like a huge thing for me. So while those experiences were pretty rough, I think I wouldn't change those because they made me who I am and they've helped me help a lot of people. Not just athletes, but other coaches, you know, family, friends, people I've just met, you know, other leaders in the different industries. So it's really helped me take this, I guess you can call it experiences, because some of them was very scary stuff, you know, it was very scary. But while I was going through all that, I think back all the time and it was like, I feel like I always had this gut feeling, like I knew it wasn't where I was supposed to end up.
