If you just flip your majority of your day from doing to being, something magical happens. And when people struggle with this, I normally say, which is actually what I'm doing weekdays until the end of September, I do a mini silent retreat which basically is, you know, I set my alarm clock when I go to bed to 4pm and then I'm on a silent retreat until 4pm when my alarm clock goes off. That's the beginning of my day. Right, so you. Yeah, and it's really incredible. It's very easy. So it's basically almost like intermittent fasting. It just prohibits you from waking up in the morning, taking your phone and then starting to look at Instagram and messages and so on. Makes a huge difference. So every other Sunday or whatever will make a big difference. I'm going to try that. Tomorrow's Sunday for me, Mo, so I'm going to give that a try. There you go.
