Do you ever get frustrated with bad service like companies or people just not doing their jobs? Look, often I run into it but I want to highlight right now a moment where I was like this is one of the highest performing teams and organizations in the country, right? I was in mitre 10, right? And for those that are not from New Zealand that's where you go to get all of your like supplies, your garden supplies, your homeware stuff. I was in there and I have to say every single time that I am in mitre 10 they are high performing. They care, they value each other, they value the customers. They want to go the extra mile and take the time to have the conversations. They do the simple things well for all the other teams and organizations out there please strive to put your customer first. Take the time to chat, take the time to be curious and interested. The small things are the big things.
