I go through this year end process that I've been doing for over 35 years. I do work on releasing the past year. I even use ritual. I take what's staying, if you will, and how do I need to polish it up and fine tune it. And then I do work, even ritual and what I'm bringing in in the new year. Beautiful. Set some intentions around it. It even ends up being a calendar, a word of the year, a theme of the year. Because almost like people who do vision boards, which can be very, very, very powerful, that you've set a vision, you have something to anchor to. It's mine. I can erase it and change it whenever I want. But the power of it and what I've been able to manifest and accomplish with it is amazing.
