Ketones will make us feel not hungry and this is really important especially for women. So I've actually did this for about a year straight where I was just intermittent fasting. I was malnutrient so when I got a blood test you know I didn't get enough food in those or enzymes in that eating window in that eating window so what I start doing is weaving in and out about two to three days on, you know, one or two days off just whatever feels right. It's really important to listen to your body.
