A Quranic verse promises that God never wastes the work of good doers. The speaker explains why this matters: your sincere efforts count even without external recognition or validation. Trust your deeds have lasting value.
My favorite verse in the Quran, it says, "God does not waste the work of the good doers." So your work is never wasted. And I feel like that's such a reassuring verse. Like, God will not waste the work of the good doers. Like, you do your thing and you feel like, "Oh my God, no one's appreciating, no one's valuing." But just knowing that God does not waste the work of good doers gives you that spirit to keep going.
