Get the right people around you, because sometimes the loveliest people in your life, and that might even be your partner or your parent or, you know, can really put you off with the best will in the world. They're not meaning to be unkind, but they only see you as one thing. You know, you're James the drummer, and they're like, what do you mean? You want to sort of become an executive coach? And, you know, and they look at you like, that sounds really hard. And why would you give up this great thing you've got? So I think knowing who are your real champions and. And who will go with you on that journey in a supportive way. Not in a. Not because they're blinkered and going, yeah, go you. You can do whatever you want. You know, they're realistic, but they're good at helping you kind of on the journey, unpick the challenging bits, get stuck into the bit that's confusing you or the puzzle and help you talk it through.
