Soprology, basically, it's a blend of modalities. So if you think about mental imagery, if you think about relaxation, breathing, movement, and all the studies that have been done in that space to understand the link between breathing and the nervous system, or the link between meditative practices and how they influence the structure of your brain or the function of your brain. So all this work that has been done, and of course, there's more needed in mindfulness, in sophology, in breathing. I mean, we, we haven't come to the bottom of all these studies yet. Yeah, there's more that has to be done. But there is good indication that a lot of these practices can have an impact on the nervous system, on our mood, on our sleep.
