The biggest lesson was the difference between effectiveness and efficiency. As the Chief Marketing Officer, Dr. Covey passed 10, 12 years ago, the press used to always call me and want to interview me on his seminal book, the 7 Habits of Highly Efficient People. And I would say no. The book is actually called the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, not efficient people. They sound similar, but they're very different. Efficiency and effectiveness are very different. One's not better than the other. It's efficiency is productivity. It's your ability to get stuff done right. I'm a very efficient person.
