Well, as a company, that it's people centric. It is important that the culture of the company, first of all, is embracing of all of the differences and the innovation that we're trying to attract. And so having the C as part of the diversity, equity and inclusion acronyms is it's actually more high level and the impact that we make, it's really at the culture element of the company.
