Why do people come to you who want to change careers? How are they feeling? What are they showing up with?
Great question. They're in a muddle and they're overwhelmed. I think what people often know is what they don't want. So they know, like you say, that they're not really happy and it's probably been a feeling that they've been wrestling with for six months, a year, two years. They know that their job doesn't really excite them anymore. They know that they want something different. But the problem is what's at the end of that thought is, well, yeah, but if I don't do this, this world that I'm so familiar with, that everybody knows as you know, what else is there, and I think that's the piece as well as the confidence to do it that people really need help with. They know what they don't want, but what's at the end of that journey is very muddy and confused.
