There's a really simple formula for success. And this works whether you're working in formula one, whether you're leading a team, whether you're a parent of a family, this formula is the formula for success. It starts with this awareness, raising your awareness. And when you raise your awareness and get the eyes up and look around, it allows you to make better decisions. And when you make better decisions, the consequence of that, better outcomes, and that is the result you're looking for is better outcomes. We're all looking for them. Certainly, when I look through my life, the amount of failure years of amount of screw ups I've made, it's because I wasn't fully aware. But when I take a moment to breathe and look up and look around, particularly in stressful times, that's when it gives better awareness, better decisions, and in the end, better results.
