I think what the first part of the process is not looking for a job or a job title and thinking, what else could I do? And what's it called? Because who knows? And you could be anything out of a thousand, ten thousand things. So it's helping people kind of strip themselves back and start looking for those. I often call them kind of golden threads that run through their life that aren't actually about job titles, but are about things like what you're interested in, what you're good at, what you care about, what you're going to be feeling passionate about, what excites you, what you value. Because it's those kind of things, themes that you start to see, that will guide you to the next move.
