When you reflect back, what are you most proud of in your career as a leader? Well, I think that people enjoyed working for me. I think I like to believe that anyway, I might be deluding myself. I'm so proud of that. I'm proud of that, that I felt that I probably one of those people that probably people will look back on their early career and thought there was somebody that's not like what I'm dealing with now. You know, I certainly don't think I'm anything like any of the people who are running these businesses now, and neither would I get that job anymore, because you just wouldn't. So I think I was lucky that things were much smaller, simpler and more passionate and that I felt that I took the chance to move out of teaching and go into television and the chance to work for mtv. Two jobs in my life, only ever having two jobs.
