It's what keeps you in control, it's what gives you moments to celebrate. It's the only thing you've got. So you can control that routine and you control the systems around that routine. You can't control the weather, you can't control how much progress you're going to make each day, but you can control those patterns and those routines. And so when the going's good, you'll dominate. When the going's bad, you'll hold on. And if you celebrate the success of, of the implementation of that routine, then you start feeling good and you start feeling satisfied and you feel like you're making momentum. Even though you might have gone back 70Ks, but you will still feel that there's a moment to celebrate. And basically idea is that momentum builds motivation, right?
