What's your relationship with alcohol? Look, I had to ask myself that a number of years ago because I was the guy that liked to use alcohol to unwind, to de stress on a Friday. It was perfect. I looked forward to it. It was a reward for hard work. But actually, I realized I was quite reliant on it for socializing, for chilling, for relaxing. So my partner and I decided to have a bit of fun, which didn't seem fun at the time at all, and go alcohol free for a year. One year. No beer, it was called. It was fun, it was challenging. But now we're coming up almost four years. I'll tell you what, I have a lot of fun. I don't know if I'm life at the party. You'll have to ask my friends that. But certainly it has impacted my health, my mindset, certainly my business, my relationships. So I just want to challenge you. Ask yourself, do you ever have excuses or justifications like I deserve it or I use it to unwind? Where does your relationship with alcohol sit right now?
