If you had to think of a question that could help someone live really intentionally, what might that question be?
Oh, I have it ready. I'm very passionate about this. What makes you feel most alive and that's grand. And sometimes that can feel a bit startling because, I don't know, I have to chew, I have to rank order all these and that's fine. I'd say what if we just got a bullet point list going? Let's start with things that make you feel alive. And then we have to qualify it because again, I think we get self conscious. And every time in a workshop it happens where someone's like they feel embarrassed about the thing and then I like to go first with like silly, idly, piddly little examples like, you know, brushing our cat, you know, like that, you know, little, little bits again of happiness and joy and aliveness. So once we can start to give ourselves permission to feel like little stuff counts and then you start to grow it.
