Be where your feet are. That comes from a dear friend, Scott o'. Neill. Scott wrote a book called Be where your feet are. He used to run Madison Square Garden and was busy being busy at times and forgot about the most important aspects of his life. He shared with me about the fact that it's so important to embrace the people you love and make time for them whilst you're striving to be world class or to be the world's greatest at whatever it is you choose to pursue. So I hope that just for a moment, just today, you embrace that idea of being where you're feeling are. Take a breath, smell the roses, get out amongst nature. Whatever you do, be where your feet are.
