8:00Pm when the married at First Sight is on, get the bar of dairy milk. Honestly, after I would eat it I would then feel like crap and be like oh I feel sick, I'm not going to do that again. Fast forward like 48 hours, I'm doing that again.
You said there before I eat all the chocolate, then I feel like crap and so the next day I try to be better but then I just do it again. That is the binge restrict cycle. The first thing to breaking the cycle is actually giving himself permission to have it. I want to invite you to have a row or two of chocolate when you watch maths, put it on a plate, break it up, mix it up with something else. You basically are helping to break that chain of I can't have this, I shouldn't do this, I must do that. Chocolate shouldn't be holding you in a, in a chokehold.
