James Laughlin delivers a short YouTube monologue invoking Seneca: "Life, if well lived, is long enough." He contrasts pursuing success (wealth, possessions) with pursuing fulfillment (experiences, relationships), argues for knowing when enough is enough, and urges listeners to seek fulfillment in nature, joy, and people.

Life, if well lived, is long enough. That's what Seneca shared with us many, many years ago. In fact, a couple of thousand years ago. Well, when you think about it, so many people are seeking success. But when you seek fulfillment, your life is so much richer. You get to the end and you collected so many experiences rather than collected houses and collected wealth. Yes, we need some of that stuff too. But knowing when enough is enough is so crucial. I meet so many incredible people. Some of them very, very we. But not all of them are deeply fulfilled and that's what they're seeking. Please listen to what Seneca has to say. You know, if you live your life well enough, first time around, great. You never need to come back and do it again. So I'm yet to be convinced that there is another life after this. So I'm going to encourage you to get out there and seek fulfillment in nature, in joy and in people.
