If you, you know, having enough protein in your body, now the consensus is up to maybe even over 2 grams per kilogram per body weight. Some people struggle with that. Where do I get it from? How often do I need to eat, etc.? But it's, it's a journey. It doesn't— you don't always need to get it right as long as on average this is what you eat. And this is where some people go wrong, is that they become obsessed with numbers. The same thing happens with wearables, the Rings, the Bands, the whatever. People get obsessed with these numbers and they end up working against you because what they do, they raise your anxiety. That anxiety raises cortisol. That cortisol holds your body's metabolism from losing fat and maybe even the motivation to go out and work out. And then again, that cycle begins to feed itself.
