Communication is paramount, but understanding how to communicate is sometimes complex. But it's really. We don't do it well because it takes emotional capital. It takes time for you to personally invest in people. And we don't like that. We just want to send people away to a weekend conference and say come back an amazing leader. You know, why haven't, why hasn't things turned around? You were, you were a conference a week ago. Why does your team still hate you? You know, it takes time. Kyle will share here. And yet, you know, part of the problem that we have is we want everything, everything so dang quick these days that nobody wants to put the emotional time and capital in to making sure that we get the foundation right so we can grow properly 100%.
