As men, we're just always thinking that we have to do more because we take care of the family. And so if we're sitting idle, we feel like we're useless and we're not doing what we need to do to be who we are. What I've realized is that it's okay to relax, sit in solitude, and enjoy being around the family and not think about these other tasks. So you have to find that time for your sanity to let yourself just relax a little bit and so you can sharpen the sword and then you can go back to fighting the battles.
