People say you should be a vegan, you know, people say you should be a raw vegan, other people say you should be a carnivore, and there's studies to prove that all these things are valid. My takeaway on it is if you're a vegan or you're a carnivore, what do you have in common? You're cutting out processed foods, right? You're cutting out the artificial stuff, the vegetable oils, the seed oils, the natural flavors. You're cutting that out. So I think a lesson is really get rid of processed foods just in general, processed foods, and refined any type of sugars, try to eliminate those.
And it's hard. You know, we've been exposed to them our entire life. You know, I go back to when my son was born. You know, when you have a child that's born, you don't want to expose them to anything, right? So, you know, you go to the grocery or department store and you buy like the non-toxic, non-scent laundry detergent, right? Because you don't— you don't want them exposed. And when you start introducing food, it's like, okay, we're going to cook it ourselves. It's not going to be processed or it's going to be organic. And I think we just need to revert to the simplicity of food and, you know, not be so dependent Upon everything that is processed.
