Talk to me about West Palm Beach. Why is this such a hot spot right now? I moved here 13 years ago and it was like a pretty sleepy place. You had all these successful people that vacationed here. People said like, there's no reason why we can't live here. Your project, Nora, it went from a 60,000 square foot project to a multi-billion dollar potential project. We started a property management business. It was super lucrative from 2014 to 2016. Our career just took a detour and we were like, okay, let's do something fun here that we can create this place that is highly curated. Originally we bought 60,000 square feet of these warehouses. We started to sort of recognize that there's a much bigger opportunity here. Every project within Nora has a unique look and feel to it. We try to just be super high design, super curatorial, and we thought that that was the answer to what was missing. When it's all said and done, I think it's going to look like one major metropolitan area.
