You're never going to know 100% of what you're doing. You're never going to get past 55, 60% of feeling ready until you actually just start and you will figure it out on the fly. You'll get confidence by those little mini inputs like your first sale, your first response to a cold email. I needed to get sold on the idea that I could actually do it in order to trust the playbook. And then once I did, I was like, okay, I'm going to turn my brain off and just send a bunch of cold emails. And then it started to work because I just did the work. And so I have to tell people like, don't wait until you're ready because you're never going to be ready.
