Do you have any leadership philosophy? It's really, really important to get people together once a quarter. What we did is we said every team needs to meet every quarter in person. Let's just give them a budget and then let them decide where they go, how they do it. And it became actually a very interesting competition between teams of who can go to the coolest place. We've got this budget for $15,000, 6, 7 people. Let's go to Hawaii. But to make that dollar stretch, like, we're flying through 3 connections, we're staying at motel, but we don't care because we're in Hawaii. Initially there was resistance of like, we can't have people going to Hawaii. Why not? If think that we can afford it within this budget. I don't care if they're on the moon, as long as they get there in time and are productive at an offsite and have a little bit of fun along the way. Makes them even happier.
