Your outer world mirrors your inner state. Most people skip the foundational work of shaping their inner dialogue and instead repeat external expectations and others' opinions, then wonder why decades pass without meaningful achievement.
I think it's also important to do that with ourselves. Yeah, because, you know, anything on the outside is a reflection of what we have on the inside. I think where most people fuck up, myself included, and everybody at any stage of their life, is that it starts internally. The mental dialogue, how you talk to yourself. Yeah, right. Most people are not nice to themselves. Most people repeat their dialogue and their to-do list and what they got to do and what other people said about them, right? At no point are they programming intentionality into where they want to go. And so as a byproduct, they're just playing repeat on everyone else's agendas. Then they wonder why 10, 20, 30 years later nothing happened.
