A grand vision isn't just inspiration, it's momentum. Once you commit to something big and start moving, the weight of it keeps you going. People depending on you, the scale of what you've built, the snowball effect of responsibility, these make quitting harder than continuing.
How can somebody think bigger on the things that they're doing? It starts with just the biggest vision. This needs to be better. And then it's like, alright, let's just start doing it. And then you start doing it and you just don't stop. And then all of a sudden you build into that vision. There's 50 times where it's like, this feels really hard and like, I want to stop. But because you've manifested this vision, you almost like can't stop. The snowball is too big and you got too many people that depend on you. And it's easy to like pull the ripcord sometimes on something when you're half-assing it. But when you've manifested a vision, all of a sudden you're just going to keep doing that.
