This is the story of how I connected with Tony Robbins. One of Tony's events, I'm with a friend of mine and we're like, oh, where should we go eat? Tony always talks about this place called Palm Beach Grill that him and his wife love to go to. We go in and Tony Robbins right there walks in the door. So they go there to sit down, they eat their meal, and I had the clever idea of comping their meal. I called the server over and funny enough, they actually said somebody else wanted to pay, which I thought is a testament to Tony's impact. And I was like, whatever it takes, I'm taking care of it. Waiter goes over, takes care of it, and Tony's just like, oh, soaked and grateful and everything. And his whole family turns around and looks over at us. His brother-in-law stands up and they're just like waving at us to come over. We go to the table and we just start talking. I'm just like, hey Tony, thank you so much for changing my life. And so we're just talking and then I'm like, yeah man, and we have the podcast, would love to have you on. He said something to the effect of like, man, you're good energy, you're fucking awesome. Gave me a big hug and he goes, man, I'll do your podcast. And that was the day one of my dreams came true.
