A lot of the guys who are just like, you know, jerking off, scrolling on their phone, they're like, "Yeah, okay, here's my vision." It's like, well, it doesn't work that way. You can't have your vision if you're in a low energy state. So get yourself in a high energy state. Eat clean for a week, run every morning, feel powerful, listen to good music, and then think about what's my vision? Where do I wanna be? What's my purpose? And figure out what that is, write it down, lock it in, and keep that as your thing that you feel every single day. So if you have the discipline plus the vision, which you visualize on a daily basis, and you remember to let go regularly because things are not gonna happen how you expect them to, 'cause it's impossible. Mm-hmm. That's the recipe for the guy that wants to kind of get through phase 1. You know, it's, it's the discipline, the vision, and the letting go.
