When my legs stopped working and my spinal cord was so severely pinched, the risk of paralysis was too great. So I was exposed to it for 18 hours a day. At 10 weeks, only 4 weeks later, I was back in the gym. 14 weeks early. The date I was supposed to get back in the gym, I was already in the best shape of my life. If your mind believes you're okay, you'll be okay. If your mind believes that that sugar pill can cure you, guess what happens? Imagine the power of being able to give your body the tools it needs in order to do what it wants to do, and that's heal itself. What sets us apart is our dedication to research. Call me woo all you want. The fact is I have pure science behind it. Most of the people saw about an 80% increase in electrical conductivity. She experienced a 282% increase in 45 minutes. Growth comes from uncomfortable moments. Work your ass off and don't be afraid to fail, right? I'm 7 days a week, 5 AM to 11 PM at night. I've never worked so hard in my life, but I have purpose and I have goals. I am 100% accountable for every single thing that happens in my life, good or bad. I live by 5 Wörts, I don't give a fuck.
Hey, what's up guys? Welcome to the show. In this episode, I'm interviewing Jared Baruchat, and he's the president of The Light System. Now, you may have seen this pyramid that I have in the studio here, and that was created by The Light System. I actually bought one of these devices probably about a year ago. I didn't know what it was. It looked cool. I put it on my desk. Everyone who was on my Zoom calls asked me about it. It just felt good having it next to me while I was working. And so I wanted to learn more about what this product and what this technology does. And Jared is running this company. He's an expert in the technology. And we also dove into other technologies like quantum-charged bracelets and a whole bunch of other really interesting stuff that's outside of typical knowledge that people have. So this is a really interesting episode. Stay tuned, enjoy, and I hope you get a lot out of it. While we were getting these microphones readjusted, I was looking at your watch.
Yeah.
Tell me about that thing.
It's, we just released this, I think it came out last month, and it's a really cool product. Can you show the cameras?
So, you got the same whatever type of patterns you want to call these or information going through the face of the watch. Tell me more about in the band. Yeah.
So, one, just with the basics, it's a smartwatch. It does all the same analytics, measures all the same biometrics as any other smartwatch, which is really cool. But, for us, we're about health and optimizing health and optimizing performance. And, you can't do that if you're constantly being exposed to EMS. So for us, it was important when we decided we were going to do a smartwatch, how are we going to mitigate the effects of the EMFs? And so what we did is we came out with an option to purchase a stainless steel wristband, and we can now put the stainless steel wristband through our Quantum Charger. So our wristband provides health benefits. So beyond the benefits of the watch— and let me go back a little bit. The purpose of releasing the watch was so that we can physically show the user of our technology the benefits of the technology through the biometrics that are being measured watch, right? So if you're monitoring your HRV and you go in, you do a session, what's your HRV doing before, during, after a session? Is it improving or not? And so we wanted to give our customers a way to be able to measure, you know, just how efficient and just how well our product works.
Like, when I measure my HRV, I'm usually using a Whoop, and it only measures it like at night when I'm sleeping. Is that something you measure during the day as well?
You can. I mean, with our watch, you could turn it on so it's measuring nonstop. Yeah, it'll kill your battery.
Yeah, right.
But, but, but no, generally speaking, you would measure it yourself. You would pick a time during the day and you measure it at that time every single day.
And you notice a change in HRV from using this technology?
Yeah, yeah. And we've got actually customers come to us, you know, who— there's one lady we met at the Dave Asprey Beyond Biohacking event. She came in wearing her Oura ring. And she came back the next day and said, I got to show you this. Like, this is where I was when I walked in.
Wow.
And look at me sitting in the chair.
Yeah.
Because she knew what time she was sitting in the chair and look at me afterwards. And so we have that on the website. It's a cool little clip.
I want to talk a little bit about that data because first of all, I purchased one of these things from an ad and it's cool. Like it's a really high quality machine. It sits next to my desk. It's, you know, when I'm on Zoom calls, everyone asks about it. And it, it, it's just a cool thing to have. The technology, I didn't really— I knew nothing about it when I bought it. Um, but I'm, I'm very into trying to optimize things like HRV, you know, just feeling better in general. Like, would you notice a difference in age? Like, if I sit here and relax, my HRV will, will probably increase. And if I sit here and relax next to one of these machines, you're saying that it could increase more than if I'm just relaxing normally?
Yeah, I mean, what are you trying to get from looking at your HRV, right? It's, it's a measure of the overall health of your body, right? Right. So if you're, if you're getting a cold even, right, if you, if you constantly monitor your HRV, you'll know that, you know, something's right around the corner because you'll start to dip. So what, what this does is, I mean, it works in a number of different ways, but really what it's designed to do at its core is put the body in a better position to be able to heal from whatever whatever might be ailing it. So if that's the case, then HRV would reflect that, right? Right. So you would see an improvement in your HRV as your body now is operating at a more optimum level, right? And it's doing that through, you know, a number of ways. One, you know, we, we employ polychromatic therapy, okay, which is broad spectrum or full spectrum light therapy. So everybody knows about the benefits of red light because That's all anybody—
I use my red light machine every morning, right? Just as a way I meditate. It's just something to do.
Yeah, and, and it's great, but the reality is every single color of light brings a benefit to the body, right? Even blue light, it's demonized, but the reality is, is blue light regulates circadian rhythm, right? Bad part is when you get it from the sun, right? But the bad part is if you're getting blue light too late in the day, it messes with your circadian rhythm.
Gotcha, right?
So, but you know, blue light has benefits. Red light, we know. Yellow is good for digestion. Green's good for the nervous system. Blue is also for inflammation. Yellow is good for— orange is good for reproduction. So every color of light brings a different benefit. We employ all of them. So, you know, you can see it's got a black background here and you've got different color characters, but we can set that up so that that background is any color you want. And then there'll be bars behind those characters in different colors. And so you're constantly— your body is being inundated with all these different colors and you're receiving the benefit of those colors of light.
Now, does the intensity of the light— like, for example, if I was, you know, if I had all the other lights off in the room right now and just this on, would you get more benefit than if you have other lights on too?
No. And the reason it carries is because it's— I mean, everything, everything around us carries a frequency, including light.
Right.
Right. And different colors carry different frequencies. So you're receiving the frequency of the light.
Right.
Which leads me to the next thing, which is affirmations. So we employ coded affirmations, all those characters on those on that screen. Can be translated to English if you want it to.
Wow.
Right? So by translating to English, now you can read what it says. And, and, and they're really cool and powerful affirmations, really designed to make your mind believe that everything is okay, right? And if our mind truly believes that everything is okay, everything's going to be okay, right? Right. So our mind has that power. Now, the really cool part about affirmations, beyond what we're telling our mind, is that they speak directly to the water within our body, right? Right. Birds carry a frequency, read, spoken, unread, unspoken. They still carry that frequency, right? There's a doctor by the name of Masaru Emoto who, I mean, he's gone now.
I know of his experiment.
Yeah. And he found that through talking to water, you can restructure the water both positively and negatively. And when you talk to it positively or call it beautiful, if you will, and then flash freeze it, it freezes in a beautiful crystalline, almost like a snowflake type pattern. Conversely, if you tell it it's ugly or worthless, It frees a more chaotic state, no real beauty to it whatsoever. So he thought, well, that's super cool, right? Through my word, I restructured the water. That's exactly what happened when that snowflake appeared. It was restructured. But how is that possible if water doesn't have eyes and it doesn't have ears and doesn't speak French, English, any particular language at all? And that's when he thought, okay, what if I thought the word or the intention to the water?
Yeah.
And now he just looked at the water and he thought beauty. And still he was able to restructure that water through his thoughts.
Wow.
Not because he's some sort of, you know, witch or had any kind of spiritual power. It's because the word carries the frequency. And whether it's spoken or not, that word carries a frequency. How is that possible? Right. That frequency is emitted through vibration and received by the water. So through the delivery of the affirmations, even coded in the monitor, We're still able to receive those affirmations by speaking directly to the water within ourselves and restructuring that water within our body. And what that does is it creates a more coherent flow or more efficient flow of energy through the body.
Wow.
We know now that most of the things that ails us, whether it's a bum shoulder or, or something serious like an illness, is caused by some sort of energy blockage.
Yeah.
So if we can increase the flow or the efficiency in which energy can flow through the body, release some of those blockages, then again, we're putting another way we're putting the body in a better position to heal.
Yeah.
And then lastly, it employs, uh, photonic or biophotonic collisions. So all monitors or programs release photons, and when those photons collide— so this is our in-home unit, and sitting in this room over time, photons will begin to saturate the room, and when that happens, they'll start to collide, right? And in those collisions, we're creating a burst of energy. That burst of energy is received within our body, and now we're increasing the natural conductivity within our body cells. So we're electrical beings, right? That's why it's important, because our body requires electricity to function. It takes electricity for me to walk here to the door, out to the bathroom, whatever, whatever I do. Moving my hands right now requires energy, requires electricity. And so we replenish that. And when our electrical reserve, if you will, gets too low, that's when we get sick. We're able to fight, right? If I cut myself, it's going to heal. If I catch a cold, I'm going to get better. But if my electrical storage is too low and I no longer have the energy to fight, that's when that cut becomes septic. That's when that cold turns into pneumonia. That's when things start to get really bad. So we increase the electrical conductivity within the body cells. We're increasing the energy to get—
that's for the photons, right?
Right. So when you sit in our larger systems, they have opposing monitors. And now you've got photons leaving this monitor, photons leaving this monitor. And they're all smashing together right in the field that you're sitting in. And that creates a real benefit that you can, you can actually feel the energy as you sit within our units. Wow. Yeah.
So how many of these in-home units would you need to be able to create? Or like, is there like diminishing returns to how much you can have around you?
I'll give you an example. I had, I lived a hard life of having fun. Right? Like from a very young age, I was in contact sports, hockey, football, rugby, all the way up into adulthood, lifting heavy. When I was 40, I fought in Golden Gloves, jumping out of airplanes, bungee jumping. Like I was hard on myself and I had a lot of fun doing it, but I didn't know the detriment it was having on my body until about a year and a half ago when my legs stopped working. I started falling a lot and—
Your legs stopped working?
Yeah, they were slow. They weren't working as fast as my brain. So playing softball on Monday nights, I'd like, you know, running to first base, my head would be out there and my legs were way back there and I would just fall and tumble.
Really?
Yeah, it's random, just randomly. So, and when was this? This is about a year and a half ago. Wow. So things got really bad in like some numbness in my legs, like I said, but also in the side of my abdomen. And then I even started losing continence at times. And that's when my wife says, you know, enough is enough. Like, it was bad enough that the pain was severe, But when you start to lose control of your body, that's when things got real for me. So, uh, we went to the hospital and they did an MRI, and my spinal cord was so severely pinched that they didn't want me to leave because the risk of paralysis was too great—
of like permanent paralysis.
So I had a decision to make on the spot, and that was to have emergency spinal surgery. And, you know, within 8 hours or whatever, I was under the knife. I now have a scar on my back that big, um, and, and they fixed me. But when I left the hospital, they told me, Jared, stay out of the gym for 6 months, you know, not to go anywhere near the gym for 6 months. And, you know, instead, let me, let me go back. I mean, I got off the painkillers very early after the surgery because, you know, I had a business partner and a family member who was an addict and bad shit.
Yeah.
And so I wanted to get off the opiates as soon as possible. And so for me, that was 2 weeks post-surgery. And with that came excruciating pain.
Right.
But that's when I would say week 6 is when I got introduced to this.
How did you get introduced to this?
So I was working for a company that, you know, well, I was operating Unified Healing, which is a marketing arm for technology or community-based, community-based marketing arm for people that employ this technology within their clinics.
Gotcha.
So that's how I got exposed to it. And I had it set up in my home or in my bedroom and office. And so, I was exposed to it for 18 hours a day, right? And—
This is after your surgery.
Yeah. This is after my surgery about 6 weeks post-op. And, at 10 weeks, only 4 weeks later, at 10 weeks, I was back in the gym, 14 weeks early. Wow. 14 weeks I was in the gym. And, at 6 months, which is the date I was supposed to get back in the gym, I was already in the best shape of my life.
Best shape of your life?
Yeah.
6 months after the surgery?
Yeah.
Did— were like— what'd the doctors say?
Well, a physiotherapist took all the credit, right? But, but the truth is I wasn't even doing any of their stuff.
Yeah, right.
That's not me. I mean, I, I spent a lifetime in athletics. I know my body pretty well, and, and, and so I feel like I was able to, you know, do the stuff I need.
What units did you have in your house?
So I had a Cube. Cube, the one I have, just like what you have.
Yeah, gotcha.
Yeah.
And no, I, I don't know about like I Yeah, I read the manual when I got it and I programmed it a couple times, and— but I just kind of have it on whatever setting. Yeah. Is there very intentional ways to use it, or does it kind of benefit you no matter how you're using it?
It benefits you no matter how you use it, but I will say that the affirmations speak to individuals. And I'll give you an example. One of the sets of linguistics we have is Bible verses. So the research researcher that I work with, the quantum biologist that I work with that does all the experiments on all our equipment, comes to me and said, Jared, Bible verses didn't have any effect. And I said, but Glenn, you're Jewish, right? And he's like, okay, fair enough, right? We ran that, we ran that same research over somebody of Christian faith and the benefits were huge.
Really?
Right. So you, you need to make sure, and all of our linguistics are available. So anybody that wants to purchase it and anybody that has it, we can send you the linguistics so that you can choose which ones speak to you. Ah, I really like Zaito. Zaito speaks to me.
Zaito?
Yeah.
Hang on one sec, is this gonna mess up the sound? Just pause for a moment.
We blow her out front.
No, it's not. Let's see here, because it's bad right here.
This is all from that.
All right, is this messing up the sound? Um, I can probably edit it out, right? Yeah, yeah.
Will it take off in a couple minutes?
It should. We just turned it off. All right, let's keep rolling. Yeah. So you're saying— so Zaido? Yeah. Was one that spoke to you? What is Zaido?
It's one of the sets of linguistics. So we have 4 sets of linguistics. By linguistics, I mean the language that is, is scrolling through the, the screens.
Right, right.
So Zaido is one of them. 108 Origins is another. Um, Bible verses and, uh, World peace and harmony will be the last one. So for me, I like the linguistics in, in Zaito, and, and it affects me in a positive way.
What does Zaito mean? Like, what is that? It's just a name for it?
Yeah, the creator of, of the different linguistics called it Zaito.
Gotcha.
Yeah.
But when did this technology get invented?
About 30, 35 years ago.
And what was it like? I mean, did they have LED screens like this 35 years ago?
Well, he was— don't forget, this is the This model we just released last January.
Right. But how can you employ the technology 35 years ago?
Computer monitors.
Oh, okay.
Yeah. Yeah. So he was— the inventor was a computer programmer, started computer programming really at the advent of the personal computer. Yeah. He was a cool guy and was— he still is. He's still with us today. He's a cool guy. He worked on the set of Star Wars when it first came out and also a spiritual guy. He understood the power of affirmations, but also understood that not everybody knew how to create effective affirmations.
Yeah.
And not everybody had the time to do them.
Yeah.
Right. And so he said, what better way to just have them around you and have your body receive them?
Yeah.
Not invasively. You can just be and still receive all the value and benefits of the affirmation. So that's what he created. What we later found out is all the other stuff beyond the encoded affirmations being the light therapy and the biophotonic collisions.
Yeah. So it's so interesting. So you guys created this, this watch now.
Yeah.
Obviously the screen is much smaller. The amount of light and biophotonic collisions is probably much less. So what is— how would you measure the benefit of wearing that? Let's take the Quantum Charge band out of it for a second. Just the screen versus having a device like this. Like, how does—
how's—
what's the effect on it?
Well, we still have all those affirmations are still scrolling through here. So we're still receiving that.
Yeah, right.
And there still is photonic collision, albeit we'll call it a microdose. Yeah, right. But that's still happening.
Yeah.
So you are receiving the benefits of the coded affirmations of the photonic collisions. The light therapy, obviously not as much. That frequency still carries, but likely not as much. We think of it as a candle in a room, right? A single candle will light up a powder room. Right? But that one candle might light your living room so you can see, but it's not going to light a gymnasium, right? Right. So this— think of this as a candle.
Got it.
It might create some more coherent space close to you, but not as much as, say, that.
Why is this technology so unknown? Like the experiment with— what was the guy's name? Not the Japanese guy speaking to water.
Yeah. Masaru Emoto. Nisari Omoto.
Omoto.
Omoto.
Yeah. Like I think a lot of people kind of know that experiment. I don't know if it's been recreated. There's just so much more to this existence than, than what's mainstream. Like why is this technology so— is it because people have a hard time believing it and then they turn their, their, their eyes to it or is it just something that doesn't get into society for like, why is it not a known thing.
I think it's a huge question. Yeah, that would probably be answered in a bunch of different ways, and, and you've alluded to two of them. One, yeah, I think people, people think it's woo-woo, but the bigger question is why do people think it's woo-woo, right? And the reality is, is this whole alternative wellness movement, it's not a real good business model for certain people.
Yeah, right.
Imagine the power in not healing anything, because that's not what we do. Our technology doesn't heal anything. We don't pretend like it does. But imagine the power of being able to give your body the tools it needs in order to do what it wants to do and what it knows how to do. And that's heal itself. It's been doing it forever. Now what we do is, you know, I won't get into it, but, you know, our whole medical system is based on treating symptoms. Symptoms. Yeah, right. And, and that's a strong business model.
Yeah, right.
Treat one symptom, create another, create another, create another, create— it's a hell of a business model with recurring revenue all day long, every day, you know. And, you know, what we do is we really focus on the source, which is our body, which is giving our body the tools it needs.
Yeah, right.
And so, um, it's labeled as woo-woo because people don't understand it, because we've been conditioned think a certain kind of way.
Yeah, right.
Just like, just like, you know, fever.
Yeah, right.
Fever is a very important part of getting over sickness, right? You need that fever to happen. Yeah, to break, right, right. And but how do you tell a first-time mom? Yeah, not to give their infant Tylenol or Advil, right? They're like, you're crazy, I can't do that.
Yeah, right.
But, but these are all things that we're learning now. And I think you know, as crazy as the world is today, if there's one benefit of the direction we're going in is that people are starting to open their eyes and they're starting to be a little bit more open to new things. And the idea that, that everything we've been taught and learned might not be the be-all and end-all, that there may be certain things out there that can create a lot of benefit.
Well, there 100% is, and we know so little. Yeah. And we, we have to acknowledge that we know so little. Like, as a species, we're a relatively new species, and everything that we know is based on things that we've invented. We've invented math and science, and there's limits to these things. So we don't— we really don't know anything. I mean, if you went back in time and showed someone Wi-Fi, they would say, that's— whoa, that's impossible, that's crazy. So I think it's important to be able to show people— I mean, What kind of scientific studies do you guys have? Do you have things that you can show people that make them, you know, believe in this technology?
Yeah. I mean, so again, I have a quantum biologist, world-renowned quantum biologist and expert in his field. He's a Harvard PhD, a Stanford researcher, Dr. Glenn Ryan. He works, he works in my showroom conducting experiments on all of our tech.
Yeah.
You know, really cool thing is we have copper water bottles.
Yeah.
Right. So, and we put the copper water bottles through our supercharger.
Yeah.
So one, we know copper brings benefit to the body.
Yeah.
Right. So you're receiving by drinking water from our copper water bottles, you're receiving the benefits of the copper now in your water. Now we supercharge it. Now we give the water, so we give the water an electrical charge. So what we do is after we test after we test the, uh, after— sorry, after we charge the copper water bottle, we put water in it, and then we have Glenn, um, test the water after an hour, after 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, 22 hours. And then what we do is we drink the water, right? And now we look at the electrical conductivity within our body cells after drinking the water that has been not charged but put in the vessel that we charged. Right. So this is the kind of research that we have him do. And it's super cool. I mean, we saw a 72% increase in electrical conductivity within our body cells just by drinking water that sat in our copper water bottles that have been charged in our Supercharger for 22 hours.
Is electric conductivity like the ability to send electrical signals? Is that what that means?
Yeah, well, it's a, it's a measure of, it's a measure of the electricity within ourselves.
Gotcha. So there's more electricity in your cells after you drink the water that's been in this copper water bottle. Yeah, that's been charged.
You have been— we'll call it energized or mitochondrial benefit.
Gotcha. And what, what type of char— like, how do you charge the water bottle?
So we have a quantum concentrator, um, we call it our TLS Supercharger. Yeah, it's a pentagonal-shaped copper room. And it is energized. So within that room, we employ sacred geometry. And I can't get into the mechanism that delivers the power and the actual charging, but through the sacred geometry and these systems within it, we're able to take quantum energy and imprint it onto whatever we put inside of it.
You can't get into it because it's a proprietary thing? Yeah. Gotcha. Because like Yeah, like there's other quantum companies out there like Lila Quantum, and, and none of them explain how they actually do the, the quantum charging. But it's like, I'm thinking they have like a shaman in there, or like, I have no idea what, how that stuff works.
No, actually, so I think next week, um, we did an interview with the, uh, with the inventor of the Supercharger. Um, we did it at my showroom, um, sitting right in front of it. So anybody that tunes into the interview will be able to see what it looks like. They'll be able to see inside of it, and they'll see the interview from the guy that developed it.
Gotcha. So there's quantum chargers, there's this technology, the light system technology, and you've combined both of those technologies into the, into the watch you're wearing.
That's right, that's right. So, and we did that again because the watch development came from the place of being able to show the efficacy of our products. But then how are we going to do that safely when our community understands the detriment of being exposed to EMF?
Yeah.
So one, we provided the ability to turn off Bluetooth or severely reduce the usage of Bluetooth, or significantly, I should say. But we also quantum charge the wristband. And through the quantum charging of the wristband, we are creating a more coherent, uh, biofield around us.
How long does the quantum charge last?
Uh, indefinitely.
Indefinitely. Because— but charging, you think of electricity, it's like limited, it goes away. But quantum charging is different, right?
It will, it will live within the vessel forever. Now what your body does with it is a different story. Okay, right. Does your body get used to it over time? So I take this bracelet off every night before I go to bed.
Gotcha.
Right, because I feel like if now I'm not for the next 12 hours, I'm not going to be exposed to it.
Yeah.
And then in the morning, I'll put it back on for the day.
Gotcha. So interesting. So how do we know, as far as like, where, you know, just where we live, there's more and more EMFs, right? Every device, Wi-Fi signal, Bluetooth. And then you have these EMF blockers. There's like, you know, the little things you can stick on your phone. There's and there's a whole lot of stuff out there. How do we know how, how effective the blockage is? Or, you know, if you have a little bit of blockage and a ton of EMFs, like, how do we measure— like, does that block you from all the EMFs, or is it some of it? Or like, how do you know? This—
our technology doesn't block EMFs.
Okay.
EMFs create a chaotic field.
Gotcha. Incoherent energy.
That's right. Right. And so what our technology does is brings that field back into coherence. It harmonizes the field around us, or call it our biofield. So through harmonizing the otherwise chaotic field, we're now protecting our body from all the chaos. Now, in the event that some of it happens to get through, we still have the fact that this increases the electrical conductivity within our body.
Yeah.
So that in itself allows us to fight or allows us, our bodies, to fight toxins.
Yeah, right.
And in this case, a toxin might be EMF.
Yeah. Have you— so have you guys measured anyone's electroconductivity before using all this technology?
Yeah, we do it all the time.
Are certain people like way lower than other people?
Yeah, um, and, and some people react in an entirely different way. I mean, we had, um, we just did a study of, I think it was 15 people on our chair unit, and And one of the— most of the people saw in 45 minutes about an 80% increase in electrical conductivity. She experienced a 282% increase.
In how long?
In 45 minutes.
On your chair unit? Was that—
so our chair unit is a chair. It's a zero gravity chiropractic chair. It's a Schwago with massage and everything. It's just a comfy chair, but it's sit in between 4 monitors running the program. So you have the monitors literally this close to each other on either side of you and they're sitting within that bio— bio-collision field.
Gotcha.
Yeah.
And have you measured, like, you know, people before and after using the pyramid for a period of time? Yep.
Yeah. So the, the pyramid— actually, the pyramid and the sphere is next, um, but we've done the cube, all our jewelry, the chair, our larger system. Um, yeah.
So that's— yeah, I've been sitting next to my cube for like probably a year. Yeah, my home office.
Yeah.
Yeah, I wonder how that's affected me. That's so interesting.
Well, you can get a second Cube and now you get the biophotonic collisions.
Yeah, so it might be a good idea. Yeah. Um, are you familiar with the, the BioCharger?
Uh, a little bit. I've sat in front of it because it's a similar technology.
They have, you know, there's basically, for people that have never seen it before, it's basically this, this Tesla coil, and then surrounding the Tesla coil are these Tubes that have different gases, like elements. And then when the electricity goes through them, they become light bulbs of different colored light. And the electricity gets shot out at different frequencies, essentially. But it's to a point where if you're standing next to it and you're holding a light bulb, the light bulb will actually light up through the electricity going through your body. Is this a similar effect or?
No, no. I mean, it operates in the quantum world as well.
Yeah, right.
Um, or scalar. And, and I mean, that's a whole other conversation, uh, but it, it's that energy is created through different mechanisms.
Gotcha. It's really— I wonder if that would also increase your, um, the conductivity inside here.
But what's the word again for electroconductive?
Electroconductivity. Because there's actually electricity as opposed to photonic collisions.
Yeah. Yeah, I'd be interested to see.
But it'd be so interesting to see. So talk to me, so you, so you're, you, you had this spinal, it, you know, injury. You weren't supposed to go to the gym. You got in the best shape in your life in 6 months. What, like, what did that process look like for you?
Hey, again, remember I started by saying that I've always gone hard?
Yeah.
Um, it's just, that's my character. It's who I am. I don't do anything half-assed, right? Um, and I wasn't going to let anybody tell me otherwise. So So listen, I wasn't stupid. I was careful. I still don't even today. I'm not pulling 465 pounds off the floor. I don't do that anymore. I don't squat heavy. I don't deadlift. You know, I just don't do that stuff because I'm not stupid. Right. But, but I'm not going to let anybody tell me I can't do something.
Yeah.
And that's just because that's who I am. So, I mean, I have my, I have my, my life and I have the way I do things. I have my schedule and I keep to that no matter how much I don't want to do it. I keep to that schedule every day and I do that because I have an obligation to my family and that is to be around, to be able to provide and protect. And that's what I do. It's my job.
That's the discipline.
Yeah.
Yeah. So what kind of regimen were you doing and are you, are you doing now?
It never really changed. So I try to get in the gym 5 days a week.
Yeah, right.
But I'm super fast. I hate cardio.
Yeah.
So my weights is my cardio. So I superset everything every day. It's a superset. And the only way I can do that is by doing opposing using body parts. So, um, where, you know, typically somebody might do chest, uh, chest and triceps on the same day because you need to use your triceps to push weight. I will do chest and biceps because I can give my triceps a rest on my chest and rest while I'm doing bicep curls. So by doing that, I'm keeping my heart rate up, you know, about 150 to 170, right, for, for 45 minutes. I'm in the gym for 45 minutes and that's hit. I'm in and out, high heart rate, um, high intensity, and, and I'm gonzo.
So high intensity weight training, like when I go— I've ran, I ran 4 miles today, my heart rate was probably between 140 and 165 in like probably 45 minutes. So you're getting the same cardio benefit as—
I don't stop.
That's pretty crazy.
I don't stop. I'm huffing and puffing just like you would be when you're running. Or maybe not, right? Because you're, because you're a runner.
No, not really. I mean, I'm training for a marathon.
Oh wow, that's cool.
I'm I'm just like you. It's like my friend started training for a marathon and I was like, yeah, I want to do it. And then it's like, I don't really want to. And then I thought, I'm like, well, what type of man, husband, father will I be if I do it versus if I don't do it? I'm like, well, I'd probably be a better one if I do it. So now I just got to fight my mind every day and build the discipline. But with that, that's where growth comes from. That's where confidence comes from.
Yeah.
So we have these micro internal battles that we fight all day, every day with almost every decision, whether we're conscious of it or not. There's a conflict between our mind and our soul. Like, do you want to eat the croissant or not? And that's really good. Maybe I'll never see that croissant again.
Yeah.
You know, maybe this is the last time I'll be able to eat an almond croissant. You know, the soul's like, hey, we want to feel good. We want to be healthy. And I think doing hard workouts, um, it gives power to that, that, you know, that part of you. You call it the soul or, you know, your subconscious. It gives power to that part over your mind. And then in those micro decisions, it's way easier to win those battles.
That's right.
Do you feel the same way?
Yeah, yeah. Listen, uh, growth comes from uncomfortable moments, dare I say shitty moments. That's why it's funny. I just got back into Pompano 3 days ago and I got in the elevator at the building and there was a worker in the elevator. So I went to push the floor that I was on, which is 12, but he was also going to 12. So I don't have to push. He goes, oh, you contractor in the building too? And I said, no, no, I live here. And he said, wow, that's cool. I said, well, I actually live in Toronto. I commute back and forth. He goes, oh my God, what do you do? I said, well, I'm in the wellness business and I operate a wellness company. Company. And he said, well, is that supplements? What kind of wellness? I said, no, it's— then I explained to him this stuff. And he said, you got any advice? Right. And I was like, well, what kind of advice? He's like, success. And all I said to him is work your ass off and don't be afraid to fail.
Yeah.
Because it's in that failing that creates, you know, the newer, better version of you through the growth and the learning of what you did before to make the change to become the better version 100%.
I mean, and there's so much information out there now that people sometimes think that you can substitute the experience with the concepts that you hear and you learn. Yeah. And the concepts that you hear, you learn, you read, you watch, they're great anchor points, you know, to push in the right direction. But the actual growth occurs from trying things, things getting hard, and then things getting way harder than you think you can go through and then you coming out the other side of it.
Yep.
That's where the actual, so it's like, you know, and it seems like hard things come in waves, at least from my experience. Like when, when something hard comes into my life, it feels like another thing gets piled on and another thing gets piled on. And I used to like kind of self-pity. It's like, oh, everything sucks. But you know, as I've, you know, I'm 35 now and I've, I've been through a lot of stuff now. It's like, like, well, this sucks, but it's also necessary to continue to grow to the next level, right?
And what if, what if that was your fault that all that stuff got piled on? Yeah, right. So what if that first decision or instant created the self-pity, right, which created that low vibration within you, which created that low frequency that you're putting out in the world? Yeah, that created an environment that had a direct impact on the people that you were dealing with. So maybe your relationship got strained because you're being a little bitch or a baby, right? Or the person you run into on the street, you get into a fight with them because you're operating on a short fuse. You end up in the drunk tank or, you know, whatever it is, all because of that one moment 3 months ago that something bad happened and you decided to wallow in self-pity instead of being how you are today, saying this is an opportunity to learn and grow and be better.
Yeah, right.
And so I've learned that and I've gone through some pretty nasty stuff. And I now am able— now, I'm 50, so a little older, but I now know that I am 100% accountable for every single thing that happens in my life, whether it's good or bad. I'm accountable. And, with that comes a great deal of power.
For sure. I actually live by the same— you could call philosophy, belief, knowing, truth, whatever it may be. And, that's that we're living in this world of energy and frequency. And the way we feel directly impacts our life around us. And so if something bad happens and you go and binge eat because of it or don't answer a bunch of people because you feel like shit or don't show up to the gym, you're just creating more of that incoherent energy or that— and energy is not a— it's not calculatable. It's way beyond our ability to say, oh, it's just this or just that. It's a very complex thing. Thing, but it creates that same flavor of life. And so in those moments, it's like, that's when you have to show up. That's when you still have to get up in the morning, go to the gym, do the hard thing, find the great, you know, the gratefulness for life, find even when things are, and it's way easier said than done, but when you're going through hard shit, like when you could still find the love that you have, that you're here for. And the things that you can be grateful for, like, that's where real growth comes from.
1,000%.
And yeah, that's where you really can become the person that you have the potential to become.
Yeah. Yeah. And I'll tell you, this helps with that. It helps me with that. So it helped me get through my surgery. It helped me get through some, you know, pretty serious trauma or PTSD, call it whatever you want, from previous stuff. But now it just allows me to operate at a better version of myself every single day. Yeah, because it energizes me in a way. It builds my, my— I call it joy for life. Yeah, I really do feel. And I get to see people get the same benefits out of it too, right? Which is incredibly rewarding to see how this stuff can help so many people and see it actually help people is fantastic. So it gives me a lot of value in my, in my life. Yeah, but it also allows me allows me to operate at a higher level.
Yeah. What's the future of this stuff? Are you guys, you know, opening centers, creating more products? Like, what is the future of this technology?
So now we— I mean, my focus is on the technology and, and bringing it to as many people around the world as possible because I truly believe in, in how much it can help, right? We, we at the Light System, we believe in helping humanity heal. That's, that's what, that's what our mission is. That's what we want to do. It's all what we all strive for. And so, you You know, to be able to get this in as many hands as possible, benefiting as many people as possible, is the goal. And that's why we came out with the watch. People are like, but we can't afford this. Yeah, but, you know, most people can afford that. If you can't afford that, you can afford this. Yeah, right. So we have technology starting at $55, going all the way up to, you know, our commercial units, which are very expensive, but commercial units have a different clients.
Helping humanity heal, that's a, that's a big mission because healing doesn't just mean from ailments or physical, you know, imperfections or physical issues you have. There's emotional healing, there's— I mean, at the end of the day, like, what is this existence? What is life? It's an experience you have, and it could either be a, a really amazing experience or a really horrible experience. I think healing is, is the the transition from your experience going from a bad place to a good place across many different spectrums. I think a lot of that starts with not taking things so seriously, letting go. You know, it's like we tend to get caught up in our problems and our own bullshit and overthink those things. And we believe that we could think our way out of the problems. When the truth is the solution to the problem exists already, but it's not in your mind. If you're operating at a low vibration, you're not going to think your way out of a problem. You have to change your vibration first. You have to change the way you feel. And in doing that, that's healing your experience. So the, the technology you're saying makes people feel better, improves the way— and the word feeling and vibration could be be sure, you know, inner— words are so limited. So it's like, you can— many people use different words for different things, but this type of technology can make people feel better and in turn allow them to solve problems because they can feel a better way.
Yeah, remember, right, we're speaking, we're speaking to the water within our bodies, right? And, and we're receiving affirmations that are designed to make you believe that everything's okay. And it's a big statement whether you're suffering from something as serious as cancer to just having brain fog. It doesn't matter because if your mind believes you're okay, you'll be okay. It comes down to the whole thing, and I hate the word, but placebo.
Yeah. Right?
I think that placebo is a shitty word developed by the pharmaceuticals just to make you buy their drugs instead of the sugar pill that does just as good of a job. Right? Because if your mind believes that that sugar pill can cure you, you, guess what happens?
Yeah, your energy shifts. Yeah, your body can heal. Yeah, I mean, believing everything's okay is, is really a product of being present, because in this exact moment, everything's perfect. Yeah, like, even if you're sick, even if shit's happening all around you, in this exact moment, everything's perfect. It's hard for people to grasp that.
Yeah, you, you said something a minute ago, um, about mindset, and, and, you know, I live by 5 words, right? And that is, I don't give a fuck.
Yeah, right.
And, and that's, that's my motto. Now listen, if you have a direct impact on my ability to put food on the table for my family, then I give a fuck, right? But if you don't, I don't care. Yeah, you look at me in the eyes, you say whatever you want I want. Yeah, water off my back. I care less because I don't give a fuck, right? And, and it's really important that people— this is— I try to teach my daughter this. Poor thing's 14-year-old, year old, going to high school and, and has to deal with those raging hormones and, and, and other girls that aren't nice because girls in general are mean to each other, right? But, you know, I tell her every day, like, why are you letting this bother you? Yeah, I mean, that person is of zero consequence to you.
Yeah, zero, right?
Make sure that person understands that they are zero consequence to you, right? Because if you're worthless and I make you feel worthless, right, right, you've won, right? Regardless of the argument, regardless of the fight, regardless of anything else. And that's just your mindset of not really caring.
Yeah, right.
And if I don't care about you, then you're nobody to me.
So people, again, again, these concepts are way greater than they sound. You know, in society there's people programmed to believe that you, you have to you have to be attached to everything. You have to grind. You have to fight your way through. If you're not fighting, you're not making progress. And in that, in that fighting, in that grinding, oftentimes you're, you're changing your energy into something that's not going to succeed. Um, you know, I, I, you know, I started doing some plant medicine work like probably 5 or 6 years ago, and like the biggest lesson I learned from that work is that the only goal we should have is to let go and be present. Like, we should be organized and we should show up and take the action we need to take. But other than that, let go and be present. And, you know, I'll be on my morning walks and just literally not giving a fuck. Not— I'm not like, oh, I'm just gonna not give a fuck and go, you know, drink soda and, and, you know, do bad things, but just let go of caring so much. And from— I've gotten over the last few years a lot of validation in living that way. Like, you know, my family's grown, my life has gotten better, health's gotten better financially. And it's counterintuitive to what a lot of people believe. It's counterintuitive because people, you know, people on social media, oh, you gotta work 18 hours, you gotta grind, you gotta this, you gotta that. It's like, you could still do that and let go and not be so attached to having feeling like you, you need to be doing things for the sake of doing things.
Yeah, you can't, you can't confuse 'I don't give a fuck' with laziness, right?
Right, right.
There is— I mean, you won't— I mean, we don't know each other that well, but you know, those that know me know that there's not too many people out there that work as hard as I do, right? Right. I'm 7 days a week, I'm Monday to Friday, I'm 5 AM to 11 PM at night. I'm 50 years old, I've never worked so hard in life. Yeah, I'm energized from this, but I have purpose and I have goals, right? That doesn't mean— remember what I said— if it has a direct impact on my ability to provide for my family, then I care.
Yeah, right.
But anything else, you don't care.
Well, and you probably have the energy to do that because, A, you've, you know, you, you have the discipline and you've had that for a long enough time, so you've built that muscle. And B, you're not wasting energy caring about everything. That's the thing. It's like, if we care so much about everything, then we have more internal debates about everything. And all those debates, all those thoughts use our energy. That's why you see people who get depressed and they just go in their rooms and their mind— I mean, I've used extreme examples. Like, if you look at, um, you know, if you go to New York City and you see like a crazy homeless person who's just like dirty and yelling, it's like, it's a product of just their mind losing battles over and over and over, or their mind winning battles over and over and over again, making the impulsive decision. Their soul's like, no, we don't want to take the drugs, and their mind's like, take the drugs. And, you know, over years they've just lost their touch with their souls, and their ego has just completely taken over their life. And I think when you can let go, not care that much, you're, you're giving power to that part of yourself that guides you in life. Life. Yeah. And you have energy to do more stuff.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. 100%.
It's a counterintuitive thing.
Yeah.
But it's cool that, um, that you, you've productized something that can help people in that arena.
Yeah, it really does. And, and again, I love who I am when I'm around it. I know I'm a different person when I, when I travel and I'm not exposed to it. I know I'm a different person.
Yeah.
I can't wait to get back to it.
So when I get back to my house, I want to program my, my Cube. Yep. And I can pick different linguistics.
And here, write down, because this is my, my, the linguistics I like would be Ctrl+L. Yeah, 8.
Ctrl+L, then 8.
Yeah. And that'll give you Zaito.
All right.
And that's the one I like.
It's nice. Yeah, yeah. I've moved my— unplugged that, I replugged it. I think it's just on the, you know, the normal setting, whatever it is.
Yeah. And then it's super simple, right? You think of colors. So red, R. R, yeah, B, blue, yeah, M, magenta, right? And so you can change just like what we did earlier, we changed it to blue, you just hit B and then the whole thing will go blue except for the characters. So yeah, there's different— there's more to it than that, but that's—
are there any other modalities outside of this technology that you've found in your journey that have been really helpful for you?
Uh, yeah, yeah, for sure. I mean, I work with an energy healer. I think she's absolutely amazing. And, you know, that's, you know, super spiritual stuff. And that's the kind of thing that a lot of people don't understand. And I really don't care.
Yeah.
Because the benefit I get from her is— I can't even explain it because I don't know how she does it. But what I know is that about 12 to 18 hours after a session with her, I'm right as rain. Yeah, right. And so I really respect her abilities and, and how she does that. Um, the pulse, uh, PMF, I really enjoy that.
Yeah.
Um, we, we have PMF with our systems. Uh, it's, it's not so invasive. You don't feel it. You're receiving the lower frequencies.
Yeah.
Whereas that pulse just bangs you, right? And it's the same thing. We're talking about energy blockages, and I feel that pulse. When I first sat on it, you know, my— I was having some shoulder pain, and right up here it would just bang, bang, bang, pulsate, right?
Oh yeah.
But after a week or so, it stopped.
Was it one of those like circular PEMF things that you hold?
Well, you lay on the bed.
Oh, okay.
And then you put a mat on top of you, or the circular thing to put—
I have one of the mats at my house. Yeah, I don't use it that often.
Well, this is, this is a— I think they're like $30,000, these It's these ones, the Pulse, and it's really cool. But what it does is, you know, it finds those energy blockages and it just pounds the shit out of it and it breaks it up. So, over time—
Do you know what those are called?
Pulse.
Oh, literally, that's the brand?
Yeah.
I have a wellness biohacking room, so I just try to get all the cool things in there and then go in the morning and use them. You know, even if 20% of them work and you do them all.
Yeah, that's right.
I did a cool thing recently with a guy. Actually, I don't know if I should say the guy's name, but it was a technology where when you're born, you're born with these things called V cells. And V cells are basically what turn into stem cells. So imagine stem cells are born and these cells are like before they're born. Okay. But you still have a bunch of these cells in your body that haven't turned into stem cells yet. So they take your blood blood, they spin it out, they extract these V-cells, and then they use this laser with a certain frequency that turn the V-cells into brand new stem cells. And then they re-inject the stem cells into your body. And they, when they, they take the laser and they, they put it into different areas, and then the stem cells follow the laser for whatever reason. I guess when they're, they're born with the laser, they then follow the laser. So I did this thing, it was, um, like a lot. They do it, you know, they can heal like, um, uh, physical problems, shoulder injuries, knee, back, things like that. But they also have a longevity one where they essentially like reset your endocrine system, and they, uh, they go into your brain with it and kind of like balance out the left and right hemisphere. And that technology is really cool.
Yeah, it sounds cool.
There's just so much new stuff now. Yeah. And it's hard to keep up with it.
Yeah.
But I like connecting with people like you because you're probably connecting with a lot of other interesting people in this, in this whole world.
Yeah. What, what, what I think sets us apart from a lot of the others is our dedication to research. You know, not a lot of people have somebody, you know, working with them full-time basis, just pumping out white paper after white paper. And, and that was a decision I made early on in the company. I went to a a convention, a biohacking convention, just, just myself personally, because I wanted to see— it's a unique field, right? I, I needed to align myself with the right doctors, and, um, I want to know who these people were using so that I could reach out to similar doctors and, and whatnot. And what I found was nobody was doing any research, they were just making claims, right? And, and I found it disheartening. And, you know, I now understand the importance of it. And, and really, I mean, I— it's important for me to say everything that I say I need to be able to believe. Of course, I can't believe it if, one, I haven't experienced myself, but two, I don't have the data behind it. Yeah, right. And that's why when we talk about the woo-woo stuff, you call me woo-woo all you want. The fact is I have pure science behind it.
You have published these papers?
Well, they're on our website. Everybody can see them.
Yeah. Yeah.
So they're not published in terms of the, you know, the— but the studies are—
you have them publicly?
White papers. White papers. Papers available to read on our website.
Yeah, I want to look through that because it's funny, I bought the device, I thought it was cool, and now I'm like, I want to learn more about it and research and stuff like that. Um, is there anything else that, that you want to share? Um, anything, you know, that you want to tell listeners?
No, I think this was, this was great. I mean, we, we touched on, on everything I'm passionate about.
Yeah.
So I, I enjoyed it.
This is cool stuff. I want, I really want to like stay in tune with your journey with this company, with the technology. I mean, I'm sure you guys are going to keep developing more stuff, more devices, and, um, yeah, I want to stay up to date on this stuff. It's really cool.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, it's awesome.
So thanks for coming out.
Yeah, thanks for having me. Appreciate it. Thanks.
