I saw a tweet from him a while ago that I thought was so interesting, and I've thought about it a lot. The scoreboard isn't for the players, it's for the audience. That's kind of how I've been, at least for the last few months, very much like not tracking anything, not being impulsive, really, really trying to be present. Because like when I do that, it takes me out of it and I overthink and I feel bad. It's like a low vibrational place for me to be. But now I just don't think about it and I just operate from a way better place, and that natural vibe lift makes it so that I can kind of, without thinking about it, just be better. I don't have to think about should I go to the gym because I'm just like in motion, like we said before, like just doing. So That's the scoreboard. It doesn't really matter what you're doing as long as like you're acting from your gut, like from your heart.
