Nas Daily posted a video every day for 1,000 days straight, a 2.7-year streak he calls the hardest thing he's ever done. He regularly sets brutal six-month challenges: a six-pack, learning to invest, studying six religions. He argues these constraints force real growth.
You were able to create a video every single day for how many days in a row? 1,000. 1,000 days. That's 2.7 years. It is the hardest thing I've done in my entire life, and I will never do it again. I do challenges all the time. One was like, I want to get a six-pack in 6 months. Another is I want to learn investing in 6 months. I want to learn 6 religions in 6 months. So every month I learned like Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, Judaism, and all that stuff. Concept of challenges, people really underestimate how much it pushes you to do things.
