Where do you find great people to be part of a business early on? The only people that are really, really looking for work are people that you don't want to hire. Oh yeah. The most desperate people. So therefore we need to go to places where people are really happy and hired because the A player in this company is like, I would go babysit my A players' dogs or kids to make them happy. Yeah. Like all I need to do is make them happy and they'll print me money. Right. And I think that you need to have such a compelling vision and some level of expertise external profile. Not saying go make YouTube videos, I'm just saying have a nice Twitter feed. Yeah. And just message these people and sell them on the vision. Catch up, go to the event, talk to them, buy them a coffee, just be really kind. The relationships will stem from there, and you will know straight away if it's a perfect fit. You know, they've been there for 3 years, they like it there, you're like, can offer equity. Like, that's just a win-win for everybody.
