Chapters
Your mind is crafty, right? It's like, uh, it gets really good at winning those debates. You got to leave it so to no internal debates, you know, should I eat this thing or should I not? Maybe 4, 4 to 5 times you won't, but that 5th time when your mind starts to figure out what are the loopholes that it can get into to actually change your behavior, you know, my mind is really— it gets really funny. Like, there'd be mornings where I'm supposed to get up at 5 AM, and at first it's like, oh, you're tired, just get more rest. All right, I know that trick, I'm done, I don't need to listen to that. The next day it's like, well, you know, you might be getting sick. I'm I don't think that's true, you know. The next day it's like, well, and it just gets craftier and craftier. But as you win the battles and you, you understand the mind and you're able to recognize those things earlier, you know, it's easier to— and if you make the decision like you said up front, then there's no internal debate that you have to win, and you use a lot less energy to actually take those actions.
