One of my biggest cheat codes is this: I don't start my day in hustle mode. I don't grab my phone. I don't sprint into problem-solving. Instead, I give myself space to breathe, to regulate, to arrive. Because how you start your day determines who and what shows up in it. Most people wake up, plug straight into chaos, start scrolling, Worrying, reacting, and then they wonder why they feel off all day. For me, I need that first 30 minutes just to connect with me. Sometimes I meditate, sometimes I visualize, sometimes I do self-hypnosis, sometimes I just sit with a cup of coffee and breathe. But that moment is mine. No clients, no notifications, no pressure. That's how I calibrate to the version of me who leads, the version of me who creates, The version of me who attracts. So if you've been starting your day in survival mode, try this instead. It's not lazy. It's not woo-woo. It's real nervous system strategy because bosses don't react to their day. They create it. Follow me if you find this useful and you want more. And if you're interested in working with me one-on-one, there's a link in my bio where you can apply to do just that. I'm Coach Jay. I coach bosses. You made it to the end of this video, you're probably a boss.
