In this extended live stream, high‑performance hypnotherapist Jay Shaw engages with a chat‑driven audience, opening a panel for viewers to speak. He outlines his core philosophy that lasting change stems from cultivating the desired feeling and identity before seeking external results, emphasizing that mindset, not outcomes, drives performance. Shaw shares practical hypnosis techniques—using kinesthetic, visual, and auditory cues—to address issues like imposter syndrome, procrastination, weight loss, smoking cessation, and confidence. He illustrates these concepts with client anecdotes, stressing the importance of self‑directed feeling over “not‑doing” behaviors. The session also covers business tactics for hypnotists: offering free recordings, referral commissions, leveraging TikTok and live streaming as hypnotic platforms, and building a community through consistent engagement. Throughout, Shaw maintains an informal, enthusiastic, and motivational tone, encouraging viewers to tap, share, and apply the discussed methods.

Neville Collection. Think and Grow Rich, of course, we'll put that on the list. Psycho-Cybernetics. Yeah, we got room for Maxwell. Becoming Supernatural. Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. Yeah, we'll put some NLP books in here. Yeah, we got a nice little library down there. All right, I'm gonna add those. I'm gonna add those and we'll start from there. What's going on, Chocolate? How you doing? So yo, if it's your first time here, I'm Coach Jay. I'm the high performance hypnotist. I coach bosses. I work with athletes, entrepreneurs, executives, founders, day traders, professional poker players. You got all those books, you got your library got some heat then. And I teach them how to think, man. I'm a big believer that every problem is a thinking problem. If you change the way you think, you accidentally change the way You change the way you think and feel, the behavior will take care of itself. Most people so busy trying to manipulate the behavior in other people that they skip over manipulating where the results happen. You got to manipulate this. You got to change what's going on in here and what's going on in here. If you want to be rich out there, get rich in here and get rich out in here. If you want to be successful out there, the shortcut is to get successful in here, then get successful in, in here, and then out there take care of itself. Got to understand, you attract ideas through the frequency that you on. A lot of times people be on a frequency of not having, in a frequency of not enough, and trying to use willpower, intellect, and just stuff out there to change the result. That's not how it works. You got to be it in here before you can do it out there. You got to hold it in your head before you can hold it in your hands. If you You can't hold it in your head. You don't got to worry about holding it in your hands. As above, so below. The outside mirrors the inside. It's going to be done on earth as it is in heaven. You gotta hold it in there. Appreciate you getting your daily army. G O D. How you doing? What's going on, Justin? You gotta be able to think it before you can do it, man. And people will take a piece of an idea and they go out and try to execute. The piece of the idea. Did you know the same source that gave you step one? Do you know the same source that gave you point A will give you B, C, D, E, F, G if you just stay connected? And you can't really disconnect from it, but we do have this tendency to pinch ourselves off from it. Stay connected to the source. The same person, the same God that gave you the idea for the business, the same God that gave you the original Desire is the same God that's gonna put you in the right place at the right time, have you accidentally saying the right stuff to the right people. But when you disconnect from that and you go try to go out there in the world and figure it out on your own, man, you hustling backwards. You're taking the scenic route. I am that I am for sure. God, how y'all doing this morning, man? If it's your first time kicking it with me, I'm Coach Jay. I'm a clinically trained hypnotist. I work with a lot of athletes, entrepreneurs, executives, helping with thinking problems, man. I'm a big believer that every problem is a thinking problem. It's not a money problem, it's a thinking problem. It's not a debt problem, it's a thinking problem. It's not a marketing problem, it's not a revenue problem. It's not a manpower problem, it's not a— the— it's oversaturated problem, it's a thinking problem. Think different, watch what happened to that result. Think different and watch what happens to that result. One of the things I like to ask myself when I find myself in a tough situation: Is there a man alive that can figure this out? Yeah. Okay, what would he do in this situation? What would he be? But more important than what he would do, what would he be thinking? What would he be believing? What would be his belief system behind that result? You gotta look like so. When I'm working with somebody, it's never my goal to change their behavior. Never my goal to change their behavior. My goal is always to change what's going on in here and what's going on in here. What's going on? How you doing, Kate? If somebody come to me and say, hey, can you make me quit smoking? Absolutely, I can make you quit smoking. But guess how I'm gonna make you quit smoking? I'm not gonna say stop smoking, that's bad for you, that's giving you cancer. You know that already. My job is not to make you stop smoking. My job is to change the way you think and feel about cigarettes. What's going on, Sharon? I'm feeling great today. What about yourself? My goal is not to make you quit smoking. My goal is to change the way you think and feel about cigarettes. Right now you think and feel like cigarettes help you to relax. You think and feel like cigarettes give you something to do when you bored. You think and feel cigarettes keep you from snapping on people and they help you keep your cool. So guess what? You reach for a cigarette on accident because subconsciously you feel like the cigarette is helping you. All I got to do is change how you feel. I got to get you to feel like, hey, every time you pull on that cigarette, you're sucking cancer out of a straw. Describe to me as vividly as you can, how does that cancer taste when you suck it out? When that smoke comes in your mouth and you drop that cancer down into your— what does that taste like? Is it— Is it flavorful? Like, and as your neurology, as your subconscious mind starts to make that association, your subconscious mind starts to feel like every time I pull on that cigarette, I'm sucking cancer out of a straw. You wouldn't suck cancer out of a straw. Now, as we get through repetition and emotion, as we really work that into your nervous system, as we really work that in how you feel, you don't got to use willpower not to smoke anymore than you got to use willpower not to a toilet seat. You don't want to anymore because you feel different. So as you motivating yourself, as you trying to get you to hit your business goals and your weight goals and your fitness goals, keep that in mind. But even as you're trying to influence other people, even as you're going to job interviews and you're pitching your products and you talking to people out in the world, stop trying to change their behavior. Go for the thoughts and feelings. Nobody wants to be told what to do, but if you just— thoughts and feelings— change the way they think, change the way they feel. You don't gotta convince people to buy your product. Change the way they— well, and some people already feel good about your product, enhance that good feeling that they already got. Pick up that momentum. Desire— it's not about making people do things. I tell, um, young hypnotists all the time, you gotta understand, you control you. You influence others. Hypnosis is not about control, especially in a therapeutic sense. It's not about control, it's about influence. It's about the power of suggestion. It's about making people aware of what they're deleting, what they're distorting, what they're generalizing. A really good hypnotist is really good at asking really good questions at the right time. And somebody might say, Coach Jay, I can't— can you help me quit smoking? I might say, absolutely, man. What's the longest you can go without a cigarette? They might say, oh, Jay, I can't go more than 45 minutes without a cigarette. I said, man, you telling me you never go 45 minutes? Coach Jay, never, never, never. Oh, okay. In that same conversation, I'm gonna say, okay, so hey man, I got a question. How many hours do you sleep each night? Ah, I mean, I sleep 6, 7, 8 hours at least. Okay, let me ask you this. You ever wake up at night to smoke? What's going on, Doug? I know, man. I don't know. Like if I wake up to use the bathroom, I might smoke, but I don't never just wake up to smoke. Subconscious mind goes, wait a minute. I go eight hours without a cigarette. Yeah, you go eight hours without a cigarette. It's gonna be easier than you thought, huh? And you mentioned you travel a lot for work, right? So me, I like Delta. I always fly Delta. I'm curious, what airline do you fly on where you're able to smoke every 45 minutes? Because I've never seen anything like that on Delta. They'll do American, do JetBlue, anything. They let y'all smoke every 45 minutes? Oh no, man, when I'm traveling, I just don't think about— oh, so you could be on a 4 or 5 hour flight and you just—
huh.
So let me ask you this, let's say you Let's say you had one of those early morning flights. You know, one of those guys you got to get up at 4 a.m. for. So let's say you went to bed, slept through the night, woke up, had to get dressed, get straight to the airport, get through TSA, get back there, yada yada yada. You flying. So on a day like that, you might accidentally go 10 or 11 hours, 12 hours without a cigarette. Oh yeah, I did that before, man. It was just one time. Cool. So you can go to It's the questions. It's not about making people do things. It's about changing their view. It's about bringing online things that they're blocking out, things that they've just pushed out of their awareness, bringing it to the forefront. But I'm telling you that because that's how I want you to start motivating. Your willpower cannot be the center of your self-development strategy. Willpower cannot be the center of your self-development strategy. What do you want? What do you desire? One of those early chapters in Think and Grow Rich is a chapter on burning desire, and a lot of people leave the burning desire out of the goal and they wonder why they're procrastinating. Where's the burning desire? Where's the thing that you don't gotta try to get excited about? What's— where's the piece of the goal that you accidentally to get excited about. A lot of people leave it out of their goal. Appreciate you getting your daily heart, me, Angela. Appreciate you, y'all. Let's go on these tabs. Let's run it up. We got YouTube going over here. We got TikTok going over here. I see a lot of names that I've never seen before. I'm Coach Jay. I'm the high performance hypnotist. I hypnotize the shit out of athletes, entrepreneurs, executives, day traders, sales, professional poker players, you name it. I teach them how to think. Procrastination, that's a thing Thinking problem. Imposter syndrome, that's a thinking problem. Second-guessing yourself, playing small when you know you should be playing big, seeing people less talented than you do more than you and you're not sure what to do about it. You got to change the way you think. If you're shrinking when you know you should be expanding, sometimes you can feel confident, but other times you find it impossible to put your shoulders back, put your chest out, and talk your shit. It's a thinking problem. We got to change the way you think. We got to change that internal dialogue. Listen to me. You do not use willpower to change your behavior. You use willpower to change your mind. Tell my clients this all the time. You do not use willpower to change what's going on out there. You use willpower to change what's going on in here and what's going on in here. If you change what's going on in here, then here out there will take care of itself. Out there has always been a reflection of what's going on in here. What's going on, Raven? Out there has always been a reflection of what's going on in here. And when you waiting on out there to change, before you give this permission to change, you, you playing a silly game. Like, that's the equivalent of me saying I'm gonna smile when he smile. Jay, I thought you said you want to smile. I do want to smile, but I'm not gonna smile until he smile. I really want to smile, but I'm not smiling until he smile. Well, Jay, he's a reflection of you, buddy. He's not gonna smile until you smile. But the instant you smile, that's when he gonna start reflecting back to you. The instant you smile, guess what he's gonna reflect back to you? But that's what you're doing when you say, I'll feel rich once the bank account shows that I'm rich. I'll feel healthy, I'll feel motivated to get in the gym when the scale shows the numbers that I— you, you out of order. You, you a dog chasing its own tail. As my grandma used to say, the tail is wagging the dog. Stop letting the tail wag the dog. Where do you want to go? Okay, how would you feel if you were already there? Let's feel that way now. I'm telling you, man, you want a shortcut to success. You've been— you didn't try every method out there. The 369 method, the affirmations, the vision board, the affirmations, the incantations, the scripting. You didn't try. The trick is Neville Goddard was not lying when he said feeling is the secret Shout out to Neville Goddard. Let's pin his book below. Give me a second here. Let's pin that Neville down below, that young Neville. If you don't know about Neville Goddard, you missing out. Do you like story or quick inductions? Uh, Art, it depends on who I'm talking to, and I've been— it's, it's so subconscious at this point, man. Sometimes you might even end up in my recliner. We just talked for about 45 minutes and you You find that you think different. So it just, it just depends on who I'm talking to and what that person needs. What's going on, Dylan? What's going on, Angela? I show up to every session. Hey, y'all, I don't, I don't never show up to a session knowing exactly what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna bring a big-ass bag of tools to every session, and we'll reach in that bag and pull out what we need. I kind of look at myself as like a contractor coming out to the house. I'm gonna bring my toolbox. box. I'mma have a truck full of tools, and when I get in there and I assess the job, I'mma say okay, then I'mma go grab the tools I need and come back. What's going on, Rachel? What's going on, Black? But one of the things I do, Art, is I always— I like to start with a 2-hour session. I always start with a 2-hour session, and if you ain't got with somebody for 2 hours, they gonna go in trance. Even if you not a hypnotist, if you just talk to somebody about stuff that They're interested in for two hours. At some point, the eyes gonna start to to flicker. The cheeks gonna start to get rosy. And if you especially if you pacing and leading, they gonna start nodding their head. They gonna get an agreement, and they'll be their eyes open in a conversation in a full in a full-blown trance. In a full-blown trance. They go into trance when they watch the news. They go into trance when they on TikTok. They go into trance when they driving down the highway listening to music. That's a big part of the problem. Like, people don't understand it. If you are looking around your life and you don't like what you see and it don't make sense because you got the degrees, you got the credentials, you put in the work, a lot of times you ended up there by way of hypnosis. What's going on, Lucy? All right, can I follow you? Um, I might do it after the live, Lucy. I don't want to break my flow to do it. How you doing this morning? Thanks for the likes, Deborah. Appreciate you. Appreciate. Like, you gotta think, when you just looking at your results and it don't make sense because you know you put in the work and you see people less talented than you doing more than you, and it's just not a lot— anytime it's not logical, it's, it's probably a byproduct of what we call hypnosis. It's probably a byproduct of you Accidentally getting hypnotized. You ever been excited to start a business? You got a real good idea, something you excited to activate, something you ready to get into, and you start watching the news. Why did you do that? Why did you do— it's the worst time to start a business, this economy is the worst it has been in the past 20 years, and yada yada yada. Now this is a good idea that you have and you even threw it away. They just hypnotized you. When I hypnotize somebody, I run a 3-step process. Get their attention, bypass their critical mind, stimulate their subconscious. Get their attention, bypass their critical mind, stimulate their subconscious. When you watch the news, guess what happens? They get your attention. Breaking news! This just in. They get your attention. They bypass your critical mind. They stimulate your subconscious. If you go to a comedy show and the comedians come out and you're laughing, guess what happened? Got your attention, bypass your critical mind, stimulated your subconscious. If somebody offends you, guess what just happened? They got your attention, they bypass your critical mind, they stimulated your subconscious. You get hypnotized all day long anyway. Why aren't you doing it on purpose? Why aren't you using hypnosis to build you a trance called unstoppable that allows you to walk into any room with your shoulders back and Chest out, your chin up, thinking clear positive thoughts. Why aren't you designing trances that allow you to stand on any stage, to command any room as if God himself put you in that room? You already get. Where do you think the anxiety came from? Where do you think the second guessing came from? Where do you think the imposter syndrome came from? Suggestions from the outside world, things that you witnessed in the outside world, things that you've lived with. You already see that you're being influenced. You already see that. Things that happen out there are affecting what's going on in here. And there's times where you know it's nothing but your imagination, and that's why you get so irritated with it sometimes, because you know it's just in your head and you don't know how to turn it off. That's the power of hypnosis. Let's, let's hypnotize you in the other direction. Let's hypnotize you in the other direction. I use self-hypnosis to learn lines when I do theater, for sure. For sure, for sure. What's going on, me? What's going on, Destiny? How you doing, man? Y'all welcome to the live. Thank y'all for the taps, but we need some more. Thank you for the taps, but we need some more. Appreciate y'all. TikTok, YouTube, y'all good over here, man? Y'all a little quiet over here. I might have missed some of y'all's comments. Thanks for the likes, Raven. Angela, how your day going? What is up? What is up? What is up? Let's cycle through some more of these books that we got down here, man. The OG classic, Think and Grow Rich. It's going, it's going good. That's what's up. That's what's up. If you ain't heard of Think and Grow Rich, and I don't, and I don't even know, everybody heard of Think and Grow Rich. If you don't got you a copy, get you a copy. Think and Grow Rich is actually the book that I was reading when I built my first 6-figure business. What's going on, Holy Faith? Chapter 3, that chapter on faith, is my favorite, favorite chapter. I grew up in church, but Napoleon Hill taught me what faith was. People told me to have faith in church, but nobody could never tell me what it is. But it was Napoleon Hill that taught me faith is the head chemist of the mind. I mean, mix it with a burning desire, it ain't nothing that you can't do. Make a dinner for the kids because I'm doing a double shift today. Okay, okay. Angela up in Momo. What's up, other Angela? Hey, Zach, we got 2 Angelas. Where y'all from, man? Where y'all from? Where y'all from? I gotta keep an eye on time. I got an 11 AM. So far so good. What's going on, DJ Ugly? How you doing, man? What's going on, Bad Umbrella? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. Anybody got questions about any of the stuff we talking about so far, man? Detroit is in the building. Welcome, welcome, welcome. Welcome, welcome, welcome. What's up, shots? How you doing? Welcome to the live. What's up, lady? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. We just here hanging out, man, talking about what we always talk about: the fact that you could be doing and have anything you desire. The fact that nothing can stop you except for you. When am I gonna do another power hour with HMI? I don't know. We'll see whenever they call me to do one. I guess we were in talks. It kind of um, I kind of forgot about it until just now. We were in talks when we put together a marketing course to teach as a what they call an AHA. And we had 2 or 3 conversations about it. I don't know, it kind of just fell to the back burner. But, um, I'll make a call when I, when I slow down later today and see if we can get that back going. What's going on, Pink? Because I, I'm gonna be honest, if you want to be a successful hypnotist, a successful coach, a successful anything, man, being good at what you do is just as important. It's just as important to be good at marketing as you are at what you do. Because if they don't know you exist, it don't really matter how good you are at it. And I know a lot of pretty good hypnotists that they, they're busy taking more certifications and they think more knowledge is going to save them when they got enough knowledge. What's going on is you don't know how to frame this knowledge in a way that's attractive to other people. A lot of hypnotists— well, I'm pretty sure this happens in all industry, but I'm a hypnotist, so I talk to a lot of hypnotists. A lot of hypnotists, um, they package their business in a way where it's attractive to other hypnotists, but it's not attractive to the people with their money. So they don't got no— they could go live and they can get a room full of other hypnotists and a room full of people interested in NLP and human behavior, but those people want to be their colleagues. They don't want to be their customers. So those people asking them questions like, where did you study? What book should I be— they're not trying to spend No money with you. They trying to pick your brain because they want your job. So you got to stop making content for them. You got to ask yourself, who are the people that I want to help? Who are the people that I want to serve? For me, it's entrepreneurs, executives, high performers, athletes. Those are the people I like talking to. So when I'm sitting down to market, the lens that I got to look through, knowing everything that I know as a clinically trained hypnotherapist— How can I serve this group of people? These types of people, they deal with burnout, they deal with imposter syndrome, they deal with second-guessing. So I'm not gonna get on here and make my whole spiel about, hey guys, I'm a hypnotist, so I'm trained in Ericksonian hypnotherapy, Capucinian hypnotherapy, and I'm going to talk to you guys about the levels of trance today. I'm gonna end up with a room full of my colleagues if that's the type of content I'm making. I gotta go live and talk about the fact that you can be doing, have anything that you desire. I gotta go live and talk about the fact that every problem is a thinking problem. Every problem is a thinking problem. If we just change your thinking, we'll accidentally save your business. If we just change your thinking, we can accidentally get your marriage back on track. I'm gonna give you guys my process called the 5 C's. That's gonna help your business start growing today. Like, I gotta make content in that direction. Not teaching them. If they want to know hypnosis, they would go to HMI like we did. If they wanted to go to— if they wanted to learn hypnosis, they would go to the Milton Erickson Institute like we did. Like, they don't need us to teach them hypnosis. They need us to help them get their goal. So when you're marketing, when you're making content, keep that in mind and be consistent. Be consistent. Understand that you're not gonna get the oak tree the same day you plant the acorn. But if you just plant the damn acorn, be consistent. You gotta show up to a room with 11 people in it and deliver your message the same way you would deliver your message if it was 500 people in there. You got to be able to— like, if you, if you too good for a room of 3 people, you're never gonna get the room with the 300 people in it. So like, a lot of times we'll make this mistake, go, Jay, it's not working, only 3 people call when I go live. Okay, sound like you got 3 people to talk to. Stop complaining. Start fucking talking. Excuse my French. This type of shit really annoys me. It annoys me. Like, okay, you got 3 people, and especially like at the state that algorithms are at today, the algorithm is showing your stuff to people who are interested in the type of stuff you talk about. You would rather have 3 people who are interested in what you're talking about than a room full of Random people who not finna invest in you, not finna. They'll ask you questions, they'll pick your brain, but they not here. You want people who already been searching for the stuff you talking about. You want people whose algorithm go, "Hey, you've been searching for hypnosis and talking about something." This is what this person is talking about. So I'm not gonna be upset that it's only eleven people in this room. Hell, it's two people in the YouTube room.
Okay.
I'mma deliver value. And another good thing about it is the, the— especially when you go live, it's recorded. I've had videos that I've recorded on TikTok where maybe the biggest the room got is 20 people on it, but I go, man, it was a good talk. This, this was valuable. Other people gonna see this. I've downloaded those and uploaded those same videos on YouTube, and I've got paid clients for Like, it might have only been 20 people in the room when I recorded it, but guess what? That video is posted online, and years from now it's still going to be getting traction. You got to come out of this needing to see success out there before you can feel successful here. You got to get out of this— and I'm not just talking to you, Shots, I'm talking to the room. Like, it just started from our conversation, but if you want to be successful, it happens here first. I work with a lot of athletes. I always tell my athletes, you don't get a trophy and then become a champion. What happens is you become a damn champion. You become a champion. Well, now when you— because becoming happens in here, make no mistake about it. Becoming doesn't happen in your bank account. Becoming doesn't happen in your trophy case. Becoming doesn't happen with the person in the bed beside you. Becoming— you don't park becoming in your garage. You don't live inside of becoming. Becoming happens in Becoming here. happens inside of you. So if you're trying to do successful out there, but you haven't became successful here, no wonder it's not working. You don't have the neurology. You're asking your body to do something that you haven't gave it the neurology to do. You're asking your body to do something that you haven't created the neural pathways necessary to do it. Sit down and build it in here. Become a champion in here. When you become a champion, you're gonna start tying your shoes like a champion. You're gonna start tying your shoes different. You're gonna start stretching different. You're gonna start showing up to practice early and leaving practice late. When you become a champion, you're gonna start taking criticism different. All right, coach, when you say I'm coming off the break slow, tell me exactly what you mean, coach. Tell me exactly. Like, champions listen different. Champions take instruction. When you become a champion, you're gonna start taking failure different. That's not failure, that's feedback. That oh okay, you gonna get as excited about the failure as you do about the win because champions understand all of that is part of my greatness. All of that is part of my journey. And when you become a champion, guess what you're gonna do? You're gonna accidentally get a trophy because that's what champions do. Trophies don't make champions; champions make trophies. Money doesn't make millionaires; millionaires make money. If you want a million dollars, I suggest. Just you become a millionaire. When you become a millionaire, you're gonna accidentally start reading some different shit. You're gonna accidentally start listening to podcasts that millionaires listen to. You're gonna accidentally start subscribing to emails lists that millionaires subscribe to. You're gonna accidentally start hanging out in environments where other millionaires hang out, and you're gonna overhear some things. You're gonna pick up on something. You're gonna accidentally find you a mentor. For sure, Lux. For sure, for sure. We, we did a session, or you talking about one of the pre-recorded ones? I always— I'm confused a lot of the times because y'all TikTok names and y'all real names don't be y'all names. So a lot of times we be talking. Okay, for sure, Shasta. Have a good call. What's going on, Asymmetry? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. Welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome. One of the pre-recordings you gave has been amazing. Okay, for sure, for sure. Lux, if you get a chance and you want to do me a favor, go on Google and tell people how amazing that recording is and how it's helped you. That helped me, um, really stand out in the local Dallas scene. For sure, for sure. Whenever you ready, I'll be here. I ain't going nowhere. I see a few new names, guys. I'm Coach Jay. I'm a high-performance hypnotist. I hypnotize the shit out of literally hypnotize the shit out of them. Like get that out of here, imposter syndrome. Get it out of here. Second guessing yourself, procrastination. Get it out of here. I'm a big believer that every problem is a thinking problem. Okay, for sure. If you guys just go on Google and you search abundant living coaching and hypnosis Dallas, it'll come up. Or you just type Jay Shaw hypnosis. I think I'm— I think I finally got enough momentum. If you just type my name hypnosis, I should come up. We'll see. If not, come back and humble me and let me know. But I think I didn't got to the point where you could just type my name hypnosis no matter where you at in the country and it'll pop me up. What's up, man? What is up? What is up? What is up? And I'm also of the belief, guys, that change doesn't have to be hard and change can be That's why I purposely stepped outside of the frame of hypnotherapy, and I do what I call hypno-coaching. I don't want to do therapy with you. I want to coach you. I want to draw up a play, install it in your subconscious, and watch you run it on accident. I want you to— I don't want you using willpower to be great. I want you to forget to remember, remember, forget how to shrink. I don't want you using willpower to put your shoulders back and pop your chest out. I I want you to do that on accident. The same way you being anxious on accident, the same way you second-guessing on accident, procrastinating on accident, and playing small on accident. I want you to be great on accident. I don't want you using willpower when having to. I heard a fit to go in the meeting.
Let me.
No, I want you to accidentally walk in there so smooth, confident, shaking hands, looking people in the eyes, seeing people, seeing other CEOs as your equal. Not not looking up at people. Look, understand I'm not better than anybody, but I'm damn sure not less than anybody. I'm I'm not better than nobody, but ain't nobody better than me neither.
Shit!
God made me just like he made you. If I put you under a microscope and me under a microscope, you couldn't tell us apart. You don't got no extra parts on your brain that I'm I'm viable too. My ideas matter too. I'm smart too. I'm creative too. And getting locked in that state, getting locked in that state. What's going on, Zay? How you doing? Welcome to the live, welcome to the live. What's going on, fam? How you doing? What is up, what is up? And if anybody, um, is interested in the recordings that Lux is talking about, you can find them on the TT on the TikTok page, and on the YouTube got over 700 videos on it now. Depending on how my day goes, I might even be recording some new stuff to put on YouTube today. I might. I'm not gonna say I ain't. I'm not gonna say I am, but YouTube might get some new recordings today. Y'all got any suggestions for stuff y'all want to see on the YouTube channel? I'm not saying I'm gonna do it, but I'll take suggestions. If I see an idea that I think a lot of different people would benefit from, I don't mind recording it. I asked on a live the other day, this other lady gave me a situation so specific, I was like, ma'am, you gotta book a session. That's not gonna help nobody but you. I ain't gonna say it ain't gonna help nobody but you, but it was so specific. I was like, nah, you got to go a little bit broader for the YouTube channel. You're gonna have to get your card out and come talk to me, man. What's going on, KK? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Joe Dispenza is that guy, man. So you got the 3— the Joe Dispenza 3-book set right here. You got Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, Becoming Supernatural, and You Are the Placebo. I got Becoming Supernatural right here, and I paid $20 just for Becoming Supernatural. So to get all 3 of Joe's books for $25 is a steal. Is a steal. Yeah, Becoming the Super— all of them though. My favorite, I think my favorite one is, um, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. I think that might have been the book that originally introduced me to Dr. Joe Dispenza.
I like—
because I like all of them, but if I had to pick one, I think, um, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. Is my favorite, but Becoming Supernatural would be my second favorite, and, um, You Are the Placebo would be my third. Yeah, I've heard of her. I haven't studied her work extensively, but I know who she is. What's going on, Chicken? What's going on, Deborah? How you doing, YouTube? Y'all real quiet over there. Y'all good?
Y'all all right?
Y'all need anything? Y'all familiar with quantum hypnosis? Y'all need anything? All right, the kitchen over that way. I'm, I'm a horrible guest. I'm a horrible host. I'm a good guest. I'm a horrible host. So if you ever come to my house, I'm gonna show you where the kitchen at. Help yourself. I'm not gonna be running back and forth fixing water and shit. My wife might. I'm not. But I'll show you where the kitchen at. What's mine is yours. Now that kitchen in my garage, don't touch nothing And the freezer in there, that's my stuff. But that stuff in the fridge, that's fair. Everybody can have it. Water, tea, coffee. It ain't a lot of drinks in there. It might be a little can of Sprite or something. Ain't gonna be a lot of drinks in there, but there's some fruit juice in there, water, coffee, tea, all of that in there. Help yourself. And take your shoes off or my wife gonna get mad. So You gotta deal with that. What's going on, CSR? What's going on, Wes? Wesley, how you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. Welcome, welcome, welcome. Happy— what's today? What's today? I'm supposed to stop saying today. It means— and well, I'm not doing it no more because I got in trouble. So what I would do is I would go like seriously live like 5 times a week. But the rest of the time, I would just have replays going. TikTok got mad, and TikTok got mad at me. What's going on, Dre Mac? What is up? What is up? What is up? One lady had got mad. She said, "I've asked my question four times, and you haven't answered me." I said, "Babe, that's because that's a replay. I'm not there." What's going on, C? How you doing? What is up? What is up? What is up? I don't know why I got Friday energy today, and it is not Friday. It's definitely Wednesday, right? All my clients ready because, well, I'm charged up today. I'm hyped. I hope they ready. If any of y'all in here, the people on the schedule today, you better come with it, man. I'm I'm locked in. I'm ready to go. What's up, Cal? And my car. I know I took like three or four sips of my coffee, and I'm already ready. By the time I get to y'all, this cup gonna be empty. So y'all finna catch today. What's up, Kev? How you doing, man? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. Yo, but y'all gotta understand, and you already know this. Let's be clear. I'm not telling you nothing you don't already know, but let's reinforce this. You can be doing have anything you desire, anything you desire. When I say nothing can stop you, I'm not just saying it because it. It's that nothing can stop you. Anxiety— excuse me, anxiety can't stop you. Depression can't stop you. PTSD, ADD, ADHD, getting laid off, getting fired, getting divorced, being separated, breaking your arm, breaking your leg, COVID, cancer— nothing can stop you. Now, it's all sorts of stuff that you can focus on and just get so distracted and wrapped up in that that you quit. But make no mistake, that thing didn't stop you. That's just what you was focusing on when you gave up. That's just what you was focusing on. That's just what had your attention when you gave up. And you gotta understand, when you focusing on everything that's going wrong and what's not working, the good ideas stop. This is not— it is not any opportunities out there. You so distracted by what you don't want that your reticular activation system not noticing the plethora of options around you. You got a Joe Dispenza book? Which one you got, Kev? It's not the COVID— like, COVID ruined my business. Bro, COVID didn't ruin your business. You was just so focused on COVID that you stopped focusing on your business, so the ideas stopped coming, the opportunities stopped. I owned a cleaning business during COVID and the cleaning business had went from making a whole lot of money to no money. And for about 2, maybe 3 months, I was calibrated to the problem. I was focused on the problem. I was with everybody else focused on the problem. Why they keep scaring these people? Why they showing all this stuff on the news? And it was— I, I was angry, I was mad, I was upset. That's my favorite Joe Dispenza book, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. But then it got to the point where I said, okay, hey, I can't keep focusing on this problem. It's time for me to practice what I preach. I gotta get focused on my solution. I gotta get focused on what do I want. Now, when you focused on what you don't want, a question like, what do you want, will piss you off. Like, you ever been looking for something, somebody say, what the last place you had it? You go, are you— if I knew the last place I had it, I wouldn't be looking for it. Now, what I like— you, it, it aggravates you because what's going on is problems and solutions, they exist on 2 separate Frequencies. So when you on the frequency of a problem and somebody's trying to force you to the frequency of a solution, it feels very uncomfortable. It feels like a threat. It sends you into fight or flight. So I'm always know that when I'm in sessions or somebody's in the frequency of the problem and I'm getting ready to nudge them to the frequency of the subject, I know in their head they they probably want to flip my chair over. But that's, that's what we're there to do. We're there to get you off of the frequency of the problem and get you on the frequency of the solution. So back to the cleaning company. When I got off of the frequency of the problem, got on the frequency of a solution, a good idea found me. Notice what I said. I didn't say I found a good idea. I said a good idea found me. Stop marketing the cleaning business as a luxury cleaning service. Start marketing the cleaning business as a disinfectant service. Stop talking about all the ways that you take the load off of them and they can kick their feet back and drink water. They're not thinking about that right now. They thinking about keeping their families safe. They're not thinking about that right now. They're frustrated because when they go to Walmart, there's no disinfectant wipes, there's no bleach, there's no peroxide. They, they are thinking about this stuff right now. Stop Stop trying to sell this, sell them that. A very short period of time later, business is booming. We got a waiting list. But that's what happens when you change your focus. It's not that it's not any good ideas out there. You so wrapped up in the problem that you can't— like, if your hand's full of the problem, what hand you gonna use to pick up the solution? You studying the problem. You on the phone talking about the problem. You on YouTube watching videos about the problem. Then you come on TikTok to watch some short-form content about the problem. Then you get your journal and write about the problem. Then you get on Facebook and join the support community about the problem. Then you get on your knees and pray about the problem. Then you go do affirmations from under the influence of the problem. What that mean, Coach J? Doing affirmations from under the influence of the problem means you're doing something like, let me do my affirmations so I can get this money that I don't have. Let me do my affirmations so I can get this relationship that I don't have. Don't just do the work though. That's, that's not what I'm saying. Well, do the work, but understand that the first layer of work has to happen in here. The the physical work, like the work out there. That's what I call step four. But before you get to step four, it's three other steps that you gotta work. Three other steps that you gotta work. That's what we call clarity, calibration, and confidence. And all three of those things happen in here. Clarity happens in here. Calibration happens between here and here, and confidence happens here. So clarity. The process of calibration is feeding what you got in here into this, and then that's where we get confidence. I don't want you going live until you clear calibrated and confident. I don't want you going back to school until you clear calibrated and confident. Don't you buy another fucking course or pay another fucking coach until you clear calibrated and confident. Don't spend no more money on no more ring lights and cameras. And Jay, when I get my new MacBook, I'm gonna start making content. You're not gonna do anything consistent. And no amount of spending money, no amount of books and get clear. First off, we gotta have a target. We gotta know where we're going. You cannot hit a target— you cannot hit a target that don't exist. And a lot of times people, they, they running, but they not running toward what they want. They running away from what they don't want. So you running, you grinding, you hustling, you putting in work. But you haven't established a finish line. You don't know where you're going. You know where you're not going, but knowing where you're not going, it's not the same thing as knowing where you're going. Now you gotta understand, not wanting to be sick is not the same thing as wanting to have a healthy, energized body. Not wanting to go out of business is not the same thing as wanting to have a thriving business that generates money even as you sleep. Not wanting your life to be lame and not wanting your life to be boring is not the same thing as wanting to have a life that's impacting lives around the world. You got to get from under the influence of what you don't want and get under the influence of what you want. And when you get under the influence of what you want, you so much more influential. When you under the influence of what you don't want and you trying to convince people in the direction of this thing that you want that you haven't even identified, You wonder why you procrastinate. You wonder why you don't know what to say when you go networking, because you calibrated— what you gonna go to network to say? I don't want to go out of business. I don't want to— okay, well, nice to meet you. Move so I can go talk to somebody who's clear, calibrated, and confident. You got to figure out what you want before you can get other people to help you build it. What changes do I see? That's a vague question, Sneaker. Can you give me some more? What's going on, Michael? What's going on, Mike? What is up? What is up? What is up? What is up? What is up?
What is up?
Oh, people was talking on YouTube. I was ignoring them, so they left. I'm sorry, y'all. If anybody on YouTube now, I see that y'all comments was they was showing up. I just was. Looking through them. What's going on? New to this, sorry. Oh man, I'm Coach Jay. I'm a high-performance hypnotist. I literally hypnotize the shit out of entrepreneurs, athletes, executives, founders, day traders, professional poker players, you name it, man. I help people with things like imposter syndrome, procrastination, overthinking. I'm stuck, I'm in a rut. Jay, I know I should be going live, but I'm afraid to. I'm not even afraid, Jay. I just don't do it. I'm a big believer that every problem is a thinking problem, man. If you could think it, you could do it. If you can't think it, you might as well go sit down. But while you're sitting down, guess what? Real good opportunity for you to start thinking on purpose. I love working on the mind, guys. You know what I really love about working on the mind is you don't got to be anywhere particular. You don't got to have any special tools. You You can, you can go lay in your bed and work on your mind. You can go sit in your recliner and work on your mind. You can go lay out by the pool and work on your mind. You can— I can go on the balcony, roll up some green, and, and sit back and work on my mind. I ain't got to be at the gym. I ain't got to be out at a church. I ain't got to be at a library. I ain't got to be nowhere special. I work on my mind anywhere, anytime. How do sessions work? It depends, man. We got group sessions, I got a few pre-recorded audios, I do one-off sessions all the way up to like our like 10-week deep dives where we do what I call Identity 2.0 and we rewire your whole way that you show up. We change the way you believe, we change the way you expect, the way you focus, the way you relate to the past, the way you relate to the future, your physiology, how do you hold body, what type— how do you breathe as you go through your day? We reroute a lot of that. So it really just depends on you and what you're working on and like how much time you, you want to spend with me and how much you want to invest. So it varies. I do a group every Wednesday. The group sold out for this week. Have a price list. I got a loose one, but, um, it's— our prices go from free all the way up to $25,000 programs. So it's the best route is to get in a consultation with me. Let me see exactly what you doing, and I'll let you know if one of our, like, intensives would be good for you, one of our groups would be good for you. It's— our value ladder is huge, huge, huge, huge. So, um, if you go on my TikTok page, you'll see a link at the top. Click that and apply. Now click the link and it's an application you fill out. And on that application, from there we'll get you in a consultation and we'll figure out where you, um, where you need to go. What's going on, Cash? How you doing? Welcome to the live. What's going on, Mr. Wabi? What is up? What is up? What is up? What's going on, Jazzy? What is, uh, he has a health disorder. Somebody might just want to quit smoking. That's something we're doing, a one-off session. Somebody might want to quit biting their nails. Somebody else might say, Jay, man, I run this business, it's been stuck at $2 million for the last 3 years, I want to get it to $10 million. Like, so that's like, so it's different. It's hard to just say it costs this amount depending on what you're working on. It's a lot of stuff we can work on. What's going on, Crosslight? What's going on, Cash? What's going on, Danielle? What's going on, Mister? What does say, Mister Micey, Maisy, Missy? Oh no, I can't. I can't tell. My brain can't figure out which way to say it. What's going on, Target? What's going on, Mister Me? What's up? Is it Mister Missy? What's up, Green? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. What's up, Harmony? Welcome to the live. Welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome. What's up, baby? How you doing? Jay, you sell shoes or what you do, man? You got a shoe store or something? What's going on, Black Russian? What is up? What is up? What's up, everything? How you doing? What's going on, Lumen? What's going on, Neat? All right, I got a session in about an hour, so I'm not getting off like right this second, but, um, I just want to put that out there so when I do get off, it won't feel like I ended so abruptly. What's up, Miss K? What is up? What is up? What is up? What is up? What's going on, Pete? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. What's up, 49?
How y'all doing?
Give me a second, y'all. Let me make sure that everything is on track for the rest of the day. Okay, I see what happened. I see what happened. What's going on, Reckless? How you doing? Welcome to the live. What's going on, Clutch? What is up? What is up? What is up? What's up, Pam? How you doing? What's going on, Ty? People just coming in, I'm Coach Jay. I'm the high performance hypnotist. I hypnotize athletes, entrepreneurs, executives, founders, day traders, poker players. You name it, man. We just be be hypnotizing everybody. But we help them with things like imposter syndrome, second-guessing their self, playing small when they know they should be playing big, overthinking, performance anxiety, all those types of things, man. Because it's a thinking problem. It's a thinking problem. When you take control of that thinking, reality has no choice but to get in line. When you try to alter reality from the same thinking that created those original You wasting time, you wasting energy. Have you ever worked on sexual anxiety? Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely. Worked with a lot of things— erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, A lot of those different things. Just general anxiety around the act of sex, all of it. Yep, yep, yep. What's going on, Ascendant? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. Welcome, welcome, welcome. What's going on, Ashley? How you doing? Welcome. All right, let me see here.
It's dope.
I know people suffering with this in the skill. For sure, man. For sure. We always like to start with going to get a checkup. Like we got to make sure there's nothing. Physically wrong, which but after we check all the other stuff, that means it got to be in my playground now. Now we know it's psychosomatic and we can get to work. We can get to work. What's going on, First Lady? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. You guys ever be doing something and you go blank? Okay, that's what I was about to do. I was sitting here like, I grabbed this laptop for something, but I got it now. It came back to me. What's going on, Simmons? It came back to me. What's going on, Nanny? How you doing, Nini? How are you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. Oh wow, that look nice. What's going on, Roof? How you doing, man? Welcome, welcome, welcome. Where y'all tapping in from, man? I got a few new people in the room. Let me know where y'all tapping in from. George in the building. Canada in the building. What part? What part? What part? Atlanta, that's what's up. What's up? What's up, Brandon? How you doing, man? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. What's going on, BK? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Sitting here slowly locking in for getting in session mode, chopping it up with y'all while I do so. What's going on, Bay Area? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. What's up, Sparkle? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Chilling, man, chopping it up with y'all, just responding to whatever come up in the chat. Actually, you know what, for this last little bit that I'm on here, we're gonna do something that we rarely do.
We gonna—
I'm gonna open the panel up, people could come up. I'm gonna let people, if I can figure out how to do it. Let me see. I think I go here. I go here. Go here. Nope, that ain't it. Good guess though. Um, nope. What's up, Chachia? How you doing? All right, let me see. Like they didn't change this. Oh no, that's not what I wanted to do. Cancel, cancel, delete, delete. Let's see. That ain't what I wanted to do. All right, is this what I want? I think this is what I want. Yeah, that's what I want. There we go. Boom. Let's do that. All right, y'all, the panel open. Anybody want to come up, just request to come up. We can chop it up. I'm gonna be on for, I don't know, maybe another 20 or 30 minutes, then I gotta get to work. Unless one of y'all just want to pay all my bills. Knowing me, I'm still gonna go to work, but I will let y'all— I will let you pay the bills. So I go to work. I ain't just gonna sit at the house and do nothing. I can't do that. Let's see what's going on, T. How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. So we got the panel open, man. We can talk about— I ain't gonna say anything because some of y'all might go ahead with some wild-ass topics. But I'm a clinically trained hypnotherapist. I work with high performers. I work with bosses, athletes, entrepreneurs, executives, founders, day traders. Those are my people. That's who I work with. Help them with things like imposter syndrome, second-guessing, getting out of a rut, performance anxiety, procrastination, all that stuff, mess up thinking properly. And if any of y'all are dealing with that type of stuff, man, that ain't got to be the rest of your life. We got to change what's going on in here and in here. Most people try to change what's going on out there. You don't got to change that. You got to change this and this. Change this and this, and out there has no choice but to shift. When— think about it— when you, when you feel pissed off— absolutely, Britt— when you feel pissed off, you ain't got to try to act pissed off. You accidentally Slam the door, stomp your feet, raise your voice, curse people out. You do that on accident when you feel pissed off. Same thing happen when you feel successful. When you feel successful, you accidentally throw your shoulders back, put your chest out, put your chin up, shake hands with confidence, introduce yourself with confidence, express your ideas. When you feel successful, you accidentally price your services different. You accidentally network different. You gotta, you gotta get into the feeling. A lot of times people are— they believe you got to get the result and then the feeling. Nah, until after thousands of sessions in, after coaching thousands of people, I'm telling you, get the feeling. I'm not saying you don't got work to do, but when you do the work from the place of already having the feeling, the work hit different. It hits different when you're trying to earn your way to greatness and you gotta tell I gotta put in all of this work and sacrifice, and then I'll be good. Now you good enough right now. You good enough in route. Appreciate you getting your daily heartbeat breath. Like whenever I'm working with my weight loss clients, I ask them. So let me ask you a question. You want to be fat and happy or fat, sad, miserable on route to this? Because we finna we finna lose the weight. But do you want to On our journey to losing the weight, do you want to be fluffy and happy, or do you want to be fluffy and miserable and like just hating the whole process? And they always say, I want to be fluffy. And that— okay, well, let's get you happy. Let's get you excited. Let's find some features about you that you like now. Focus on those. Let's get you feeling sexy now. Let's get you feeling sexy and route. And if you feel sexy with your back big, you gotta know, as we unbig your back, you're only gonna feel feel sexy. But you don't got to put the feelings on the other end of the result. We can take those feelings en route. If I'm trying to build a successful business and I need investors and I need customers and I need buy-in from others, don't you think it'll be a lot easier to get that buy-in if I can already show up and present confidently? I can't get the results and then become confident because I need the confidence to get to the damn results. Neville Goddard was not lying when he said feeling is the secret. But you got control over how you feel. And I even tell my clients when we first starting to like alter your, your mindset and how you show up in life, I want you to separate the results from your rather or not it's working. Because it's times where you will do everything you supposed to do, you just won't get the result that you want for whatever reason. Then when you go, oh man, it didn't work and I screwed it up, now you're giving your subconscious mind bad information. Because your subconscious mind going, wait, I did everything you wanted me to do and now you're telling me I didn't do a good job. So as we're like developing this new way of thinking, this new way of being, this new way of showing up in the world, you detach from the results. Like right now as I'm doing this live, it's only 15 people But if after the live you say, Jay, how did the live go? The live was fire. Jay, it was only 15 people. Look, I don't work the damn algorithm. The live, I showed up, I was confident, I communicated clearly, I answered the questions, I got a few new people in my CRM. 15 new people know I exist. The live was amazing. I did my part. You got to separate yourself from, oh man, only 3 people showed up at them How did you? How did you present to those three people? How was your energy even with just three people in the room? Okay, if your energy was what it was supposed to be, you did what you went live to do. It was a good live. Show up tomorrow and do that again. There you go. I like that. I am the effect. What's going on, Anna? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. I gotta set an alarm because I will lose track of time and be. Late for my session. Where do I want to set it? I'll set it on here. I just did something that I fuss at my kids for doing all the time. I just picked up my laptop by the screen. Set an alarm for 10:50 AM.
All right.
I am the operant power for sure. Looks— what's up, Hunter? Thanks for the taps. All right, y'all, um, I'm gonna be on until 10:50. I'm gonna be on for a little bit longer, but, uh, it ain't no reason we shouldn't have 20,000 taps by the time I get off of here. I'm gonna answer anything that you ask me. I'm gonna help you to the best of my ability. Like, when I go live, I give away information that I know my colleagues put behind multi-thousand dollar paywalls. And they should because this is really good information. But tap the screen. The gifts, I could care less about them gifts. I don't need your money. But the taps and the comments, those things are free. Now if you want to send gifts, send them. But if you got to choose between tapping the screen and gifts, tap the screen. Who want to come up here? I forgot I had opened the box. And other people, y'all more than welcome to come up. I got them open for y'all. Oh, that was an accident, Britt. She said, I'm gonna try to come up. She said, hold on, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. And if anybody else tried to come up and I didn't see it, send it again. I wasn't ignoring you. I didn't see it. I had forgot that I opened it. You was trying to tell— oh, I got you, I got you, I got you. She said, hold on, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Wait, wait, wait. Appreciate the towels. Appreciate the towels. I'm in a good mood today, man. I got a case of the Fridays. Hey, look at my lighter. I want to light this candle. What is, uh, you trying, you trying to come up now? You was tapping again. Hey, what's up? What's up?
I just had to come up here and brag about you for a minute and give you your due.
Appreciate you. Okay, okay, I'm listening.
Go ahead.
Hold on, let me open the door so my wife can hear you. No, I'm just messing with you.
His stuff is top tier.
Appreciate you.
His free stuff is top tier, so imagine what he's like when you have a one-on-one session with him. He was able to take one of my friends who's been stuck in survival mode, and you literally pulled her out today. I gave her your, your video, the manifestation one. She actually felt her nervous system physically recalibrate after that session.
For sure.
And she went from struggling to make money for her rent To actually having the money for her room by the time she got done after your session. When she did that session with you, everything changed for her after that. And it was the same way for me because I've been working on, you know, figuring out exactly the new identity I want to have. So by the time I come to work with you, I'm very clear on what I want.
Oh, you've been listening because, you know, I'm real big on clarity. I can't help you with what you don't want. What do you want? So I appreciate that, but I want to make this very important distinction. That recording didn't do that. You did that. Your friend did that. What that recording did is gave you 15 minutes to sit down and focus your God-given power in the right direction. That's all that recording did. It, it forced— it forced you to focus in one direction for 15 or 20 minutes. And you, you guys did it with or without that recording. If you would have focused in that direction for 20 minutes and felt those emotions that you needed to feel, release what you need to release, you would have had that result. So the recording is a doorway, but it's up to you guys to walk through it. And you walked through the doorway.
Yeah.
You did this. So don't, don't, don't say that recording did it. It's like, take all your— don't outsource none of your power. You did that. She did that. Y'all did that for sure.
I did it.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And you could do it again and again and again. Yeah, you could do it again and again and again and again. What's going on, Jess?
For sure, it was so good to her that she started smiling and she went back and did it again on the live.
That's what's up.
I need to do it again.
That's what's up. That's what's— I'm happy for y'all, man. I'm excited. I'm excited.
Thank you.
For sure.
She helped me to break out of survival mode with the tools she gave me because I'm strong in manifesting. But like Neville Goddard said, if I took it as seriously as I should take it, then I wouldn't have the issues that I had. But with your tools, it helped to get me back on the right track again. Because I was able to manifest money without having to look for it or worry about how it was going to come. That was amazing. So I just want to reciprocate and give you your just dues because you definitely deserve it.
Appreciate you. And I'mma, um, I'mma send you that Google link after I end the live today. You know what, I'm not gonna remember. I'm gonna send it to you now. I'm gonna get in session mode and it's gonna be Gone with the Wind. Give me a second. But hey, thanks for coming up and sharing your experience and letting other people know. Even that free— like, a lot of the free stuff are recordings that I made for me or somebody in my family, or a set, or it was something that I was gonna make for a specific client. But I go, oh man, I bet there's some other people who will benefit from this. So I'll record their specific version. But while I'm sitting down in front of the mic, I said, let me go ahead and do a more like general version I could put online because somebody else might need this thing. And that specific manifesting one is actually one that I used to use to— that I was using to personally manifest. So I put a lot of thought and effort into those even though they're free. A lot of thought, a lot of energy goes into them. And what a lot of people don't know is I pray over those recordings long after they're done. And I— God, use those recordings to help people. Spread them far and wide. Let them do the work. So those recordings, they, they cover it, man.
Well, I definitely been spreading it far and wide.
So I can't get you out there. A lot, a lot of people think, probably think I'm being funny because they'll like inbox me, they're like, Jay, I want to work with you, I don't have the funds. And I send them the link to that video, I'm like, hey, use this. And they probably think I'm just blowing them off. I'm like, no, I'm telling you, use this.
No, because like I intend to talk a time like three times a day to Yusuf right now. Because it really does help me to get myself back in focus of mind.
For sure. Yeah, it does what it's designed to do. That's for sure. What's going on, Sean?
For sure.
And, um, I want you to— but do it as long as it's fun. If it starts feeling like work and something that you gotta do, it's time to take a break. But as long as it's something you're enjoying, keep doing it. What's going on, Cheryl? What's going on? Enjoy it for sure. Let me see, I'm looking for it.
She was listening to the recording while she was playing it because she actually played it during her live. She just stopped everything and did it in the middle of the live.
That's what's up.
And I was like, and I realized how deep under I was because I was hearing things you were saying that I never heard before when I was doing the sessions.
Chilling Pink, how you doing? Say, I'mma, uh, now I'mma have to give y'all my referral codes because I pay commissions if y'all send me some people my way.
And, uh, definitely, definitely we'll be putting it out there.
Saying my, my, uh, commissions, they not small because the price point not small. So yeah, I'll send some people over. I got y'all. I just emailed— not emailed, I just on TikTok, I, um, gave you the link.
I'm about to go take care of that.
I was gonna say you have to, um, copy and paste it on TikTok. You might be in my CRM. I might could just text it to you because if you got that record, you might be in my CRM. I'm already— I'm not sure, but I appreciate you for coming up and letting me know about your experience with it.
I appreciate it.
For sure, for sure.
I'll drop that down.
Okay. What's going on, Billionaire Mod? How you doing? Love that name, love that name. But Pink, we just up here chilling. I got a session in about 30 minutes. So I'm just in here chopping it up with y'all until then. What's up, Poppy? How you doing? What is up? What is up? What is up? What's going on? I think I only got 2 sessions today, so after I knock those out, I'll probably get back on and, um, chop it up with y'all a little bit. Chop it up with y'all. I need to record some content. That's what I need to do. I'd rather go live than create— than record content though, but I might, I might make 2 or 3. We gotta push out some stuff in this old new— in this, um, new algorithm. Do you have a schedule, like a schedule that like people could schedule on, or what you ask me? Or like, do I use a schedule? What you asking me, um, exactly? Oh, like do I have a live streaming schedule? It's random when I feel like it, but I feel like it a lot. Uh, were you trying to, um, come up? Who was that? That was— I'm gonna say I was letting you up. Oh, that was on Lake. Were you trying to come up, Lake? Best thing you can do, man, is get that Daily Heartbeat so that those notifications Come on, or it might. It might let you turn on notifications out today, Lee Hartman. I'm not sure. Just turn those notifications on, man. Sometimes I might randomly go live at three a.m. Most mornings I do go live. I don't put it on the schedule because some mornings like I it's rare. Sometimes I will have like a nine a.m. or have something I need to take care of in the morning. But the reason I don't schedule is because I like to ease into Monday. I don't want to wake up and have to go live, but if I wake up and I just want to go live, then that's different. But to have people waiting on it and expecting it, some mornings I might not want to. What's going on, Tanisha? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. What is up? What is up? What is up? I see a few new people came in. If it's your first time, thanks for kicking it with us. If it's your second time, thanks for coming back. I always take it as a compliment when people come. Yesterday I did a session with a guy. He said, man, I've been watching your content for 5 years. I say, dang, man, that's what's up. That's what's up. He knew the 5 C's. He knew about Identity 2.0. He he he really been watching the content. He really been watching the content. Thanks for the taps, Brit. Appreciate you. Appreciate you. Thank y'all for coming on this morning, hanging out with me, man. I really appreciate it. Y'all stop me from being a crazy person that's just sitting here talking to myself. These lies gonna happen. These talks gonna happen rather than sitting in a room by myself, or some of y'all is willing to come sit with me. So when y'all come, y'all just keep me from looking like a crazy person who's sitting here talking to myself. So I appreciate y'all being here. What's going on, Mia? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. If the day doesn't blow by I do want to record, um, a new recording to go on YouTube. I got to figure out what topic I'm gonna do. What is up? What is up? Supposed to be making this recording for the day traders too. We'll figure it out. What's up, Daryl? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. You know what? I'm gonna do something that I rarely do. We are going. I'm gonna go do some live matches. I got about 30 minutes. Let's see. Put this back over here. And we finna go jump through the TikTok streets, do some some networking and see. Just see who we end up, who we meet. Let's see what comes up. What's going on? Oh, Shane gonna talk to us. We don't care. We do not care. What's going on, Quan? How you doing? Welcome to the live. You saw that brick? What's up, man? How you doing? Don't nobody want to talk to us. What y'all doing to these people? Because it ain't me, it's clearly y'all. What's going on, King Dom? What's going on, Alexandra? How you doing? It's clearly y'all that's the problem. Yeah, y'all be good this time so they won't put us out. What's going on, Bill?
How you doing?
Everything good.
What's up, man? What is up? What y'all doing to these people? They scared to be hypnotized. No, I sent invoices before I hypnotized. I ain't got nothing What's up? What you got going on? Um, your nutmeg.
Did you— are you talking on your bag?
We can talk. Let's see, you gonna start it? All right, boom, there we go. Let's go, let's go. Let me see, so I gotta figure Appreciate y'all. Tap the screen. Yeah, there you go. Tap. Hardpoint is ours. Tap the screen, guys. Please tap the screen. Tap the screen. First gift times 3 gift. Hey, it says times 3, y'all. Since Send some, uh, send some if you got it. If you don't, you know, I don't care. But if you got it to send, send it. There we go. What's going on? Yeah, y'all keep tapping, keep tapping. Let's go, let's go, let's go. Appreciate y'all, man. I appreciate you. And we still doing what we doing, so if y'all got questions, comments, any of that stuff, put them in the chat. But we gonna answer. I just said everything I gotta say today, so we gonna run the TikTok streets and hang out. What game you playing? Call of Duty. Call of Duty, that's what's up. What's up, Jessica?
How you doing?
Oh, that— hey, you playing with me as your character, that's why you winning. You're not right.
That's not true.
Hey, you playing with me as your character. That's why you win it. Uh, y'all saw me on the— oh, hold on. Oh, well, that was me that killed you, I think. Who's the buff dude? I know I saw him. Yeah. You talking about my shadow? Yeah, that's me. Yeah, I knew I saw me.
Yeah, he's not right.
When I put my shades on, that's me. I ain't got my shades on right now, that's why y'all— it's the shades and the hat. Y'all twinning, twinning. What's going on, Carol? How you doing?
Welcome to the live.
Welcome to the live. It took me a while to get that skill too. Yeah, look at me, man.
I earned it.
Yeah, yeah, I ain't even know that I got a suit on. They gotta pay me for my likeness. They can't just be putting me on this game and not paying me. We don't play them types of games. Yeah, that's what it is. She didn't fall into the delusion too. Yeah, what's going on, OG? What's up, Fat Chick? How y'all doing, man? For sure. Where you from? I'm from DC. Tap the screen, guys. What's going on, Rita? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome, welcome, welcome. What's up, Lil Bill? Kitty, tap the screen, guys.
What is up?
What is up?
Antonio Edwards, tap the screen. At Brit said, go DC. You from DC too, Brit? Brit, don't be trying to sneak and go over there neither. Y'all can talk after the live. Don't be trying to go over there. What's going on, Okra? What is up?
What is up?
What is up?
I just said don't come over here. Yeah, let me get some coffee. I was saying I don't never battle, so I don't know what's gonna happen. You gonna have us tied for the plot? Interaction, you still win at the end of the day. Thank you for the date.
You helped me.
I'm gonna say I can deal with a tie. I can't do— I can't deal with losing. What's going on, Jess? All right, I ain't losing. I, I will, I will, I, I, I will cash out my sister like, hey, get on my live right now. I ain't gonna be sitting over here losing. I ain't—
uh-uh.
I was in the cash out. Hey, get over here and help. Nah, it ain't that serious.
Somebody snipe.
Y'all watch for the snipe. I'll be hearing other people say it. I don't even really know what I'm talking about, but they be saying it at the end. Y'all watch for the snipe. All right, good job, y'all. Y'all are winners. Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you too.
I'm gonna follow you.
Make sure you follow me back and have a good one. Hey, you do the same.
You do the same.
That was kind of fun. I can see why people do it. I, I, I can see why people do it. I guess it all depend on who you match with and who you, who you meet and stuff like that. Yeah, thanks for the talk. Thank y'all for the taps. Couldn't did without— let me get my Oscar speech first off. Thank God, because none of this is possible without God. Uh, I want to thank my people who tapped the screen, my people who kept me company, my people in the chat who just talking, man. Can't do none of this without y'all. What's going on, K Brown? What is up? What is up? What's up, Jess? How you doing? Just being me. All right, let's see, we're gonna do a few more of these before How to not—
how to not get my fucking money ASAP. How you doing?
Doing good, man. How you doing?
What up?
What's up?
You— what does it say? You coach bosses.
Okay. Okay.
Yeah, I ain't know what you was talking about. Yes, sir.
So you're like a mentor?
Uh, so my background is in clinical hypnosis, so I do what I call hypno coaching. I hypnotize them and kind of double as like a high performance coach.
Make money.
Exactly. Make money. All of the money. Yeah.
Okay, Mama, thank you for the heart right there.
I need y'all tapping. I need y'all sharing all them TikToks.
No, what does that mean though?
Um, what, hypnosis or what?
Yeah, yeah, like what does that, what does that mean like, like in your, uh, in your terms, right?
Man, it's real, it's a little weird to explain it because it's kind of like explaining water to a fish. Like the fish is like, what's water? You're like, you in it. The fish is like, I don't see it. You're surrounded by it. It's in the market and it's in the music, it's in TikTok, it's in Like, you, you put those lights up because you're thinking, man, as I'm, as I'm streaming and people see those in the background, it's gonna have an effect. You set up your stream, you— TikTok teaches you hypnosis. When people come in the room, it tells you greet them by name. And it's like, a good streamer is a good hypnotist. So it's a get their attention, bypass their critical mind, stimulate their subconscious. That's hypnosis. Get the attention.
Can you try to hypnotize me to not drink tonight?
Nah, I could, but you gotta get on the schedule for that. That's what I do for— that's how I pay my mortgage. So I could, but—
Is he on the call right now?
I could, but that's how I pay my mortgage. But I will tell you this though, if I was helping you to not to drink, you never tell yourself what not to do because you're going to run into what we call the law of reverse action. Like, you, um, if I go tell my wife, I say, hey baby, don't She's gonna say, why am I not getting mad? Yeah, she gonna get mad. So it's not about what you don't want to do. You want to get so busy doing what that you forget to drink. Do you wanna— do you want to game? Do you want to work out and come back home and go to sleep? Do you want to go to bed at a decent time? What's the alternative? And you don't hypnotize yourself not to drink. You hypnotize yourself to do the alternative.
Okay, so just don't drink and then do something else instead.
No, like, leave drinking out. Like I say, don't think about a pink elephant too late. So not don't drink, forget to remember, remember, forget all about drinking. What is it that I would rather do?
How could I forget about drinking when my name is literally Drunk Bunk on here?
I mean, you might want to change that if you're serious about— like, because you're never gonna outperform what we call your identity. Like, if so, drinking is your identity, you're not gonna put your identity down. So we gotta create you a new identity. Like if you were serious about quitting, but if you're not gonna quit knowing your brand, like it's just—
I just want to not drink tonight.
You just want to not drink tonight? Well, you got to step out of that identity for tonight. But the thing is, you got to step out of that identity and into a new identity. So you got to figure out what that new identity would be. Then the work doesn't become not drinking. The work becomes stepping into that identity, and your nervous system will Respond to that way better than to respond to not drinking tonight. What's going on, CJ?
Oh shit, now you're putting pressure on me. Either way, man, definitely gotta drink tonight.
I'm saying I'm gonna drink tonight.
I can't handle this right now, y'all.
I'm gonna drink tonight too. Well, what's going on?
Now you're really not helping me.
I told you, man, you want me to clock in, you got— I clock in when people get on the schedule. Especially when it comes to— when it comes to like that type of stuff, free clients are the worst. You gotta have people who have invested because free clients with that type of stuff, they're not wasting anything but your time. They got no skin in the game, so they'll sit there, say the right stuff, and walk off. But yeah, so— but if you were serious about quitting, that's definitely something.
I'm gonna be, uh, high up tonight. Stone dunk.
Oh yeah, that's what's up, man. What's going on, cats? How you doing?
I'm always stoned, Unc, for sure. I'm gonna be hydrated, Unc.
Hey, that works. Hey, you could have different—
I feel like I could be— I could drink— I could drink Gatorades and water for like 2 weeks straight and I still wouldn't be hydrated yet. My body would not be hydrated yet still.
You ever do like the IVs? I haven't.
I need one bad. Yeah, I need one bad, dude.
We get them.
I'm worried what would even happen if I did one.
Uh, I don't know, dude.
I don't even know.
All right, y'all, everybody would be like, what the fuck is this, dude? He's not gonna see this snipe come. He's not gonna see this snipe coming, y'all. Go ahead. Don't, don't go too big. Just big enough. No, I'm joking, man. We don't— I don't do a lot about It ain't coming.
All right, man.
All right, nice to meet you.
I think I'll be a follower because it was nice talking to you.
Hey, nice talking to you as well, man. Hey, thank y'all for tapping.
Take care, man.
Hey, you as well. For sure, you as well. All right, what time is it? 10:42. What's going on, Moon? How you doing? What is up? What is up? What is up? What's going on, N.M.? How you doing? What is up? My iPad is on 5%. Let me charge it in case I want to use it at some point today. What's going on, Perry? How you doing? Welcome to the live. What's going on, Vision Beauty? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome, welcome, welcome. What's up, Mike? Excuse me.
Excuse me.
All right, let's see. Can we get a few more? You doing awesome for sure. Where you tapping in from? Let's do one or two more of these. Then we gotta get off and get the word. What's going on, man? I'm doing great.
I'm doing good.
I'm doing great. I'm a master. I'm a hillbilly as well. Let me see. So, Sydney, why you left this? Let me see what's going on. How you doing? What part of Mississippi? Well, you ain't got to put your city on here. We got the Sip in the building. There'll be some weird people. I ain't gonna ask you exactly where you from. Thank you for coming and kicking it with us though. Appreciate you. What's going on, Audi? How you doing? Welcome to the live. What's good, bro? I ain't speak to you. What's up, love? I'm sorry, I ain't see it. I promise I ain't acting funny. How you doing? What's going on, Tristy? Like my grandma say, charge it to my head, don't charge it to my heart. Yeah, charge it to my head, don't charge it to my heart. What's going on, A? What's going on, Nelson? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome, welcome, welcome. All right, y'all, I'ma do one more battle if we can find somebody I want to talk to for five minutes or so, and then I'm gonna have to get off and get in session mode. Fam, what's going on, man? Hey, what up, gang? Chilling, chilling. What you got going, bro? Man, I'm just talking about life with my chat. Oh, for sure. That's what's up. You want to knock out a quick battle? How many people in your room? Ah, shit, 12. Let's see, let's see what's going on. Jackie, how you doing? Welcome to the live. I'm a master hypnotist. How do you say that word? Uh, hypnotist. Oh, you be hypnotizing hoes? Uh, if they pay me, yeah. Can you hypnotize them about they draws? If I wanted to. I'm out of that chapter. I used to, used to do that a lot. Dang, that's crazy. That's like, that's some Bill Cosby shit. No, it's the Bill Cosby shit if you skip the hypnosis. If you use drugs to do the hypnosis, then But if you use words and shit charisma, that's it's called showing up and talking. It's called. Huh? You give me a hypnotic line that I can say to a woman. Depends on the woman. Like, so as a hypnotist, when I'm talking to somebody, I'm listening. Like, like let's say I'm downtown doing like entertainment hypnosis. Somebody might say, "I don't feel like that's gonna work on me." They didn't say they don't. They don't look like it's gonna work on me. They didn't say I don't think. That'll work on me. They said I don't feel like that. That's a kinesthetic person. So if you're trying to talk to a kinesthetic person, they think through how they feel. One of the first things you want to try to do is get them to move their body, because if I move your body, it's going to be very easy for me to move your mind. So I might say stuff like, hey, I'm trying to talk to you, but it's real loud over here. Can you step out 3 steps this way? Just by— I could have talked to her right there, but she's kinesthetic, and the fact that I just got her to move her body, her thoughts Follow her body. So if her body trusts me, her mind don't trust me. So it's things, it's things like that. Now auditory and visual people, you have no different. Visual people are affected by what they see. If somebody say they don't look like they'll work on me, that's a visual person. Somebody say, man, don't even sound right. That shit don't even sound real. That's an auditory person. So hypnotist is a person understands there's no such thing as failure. It's all feedback. I'm gonna take their feedback and keep adjusting. My approach until I get to this well-formed outcome that I have. And it's, it's effective when you can lock in and not be swayed by reality, because the strongest reality wins. What's up, Marvin? How you doing now? Oh, that's deep as fuck. Okay, Mr. C, what is up? Ah, that's deep as hell though, for sure. But markers do it. Some, like, really good songwriters, they They they understand like a lot of people understand. They wouldn't call it hypnosis, but a good teacher is a hypnotist. A good streamer is a hypnotist. Like they might not know what they doing, but if people watching and staying in the room, you you're doing it. They wouldn't stay if you weren't. Oh, I see what you're saying.
Yeah.
What's going on now? Hey, that's deep. You went to school for that? Yeah. I ain't know I had school like that. What's going on, Doug? So your teacher hypnotized you? So when you— like, as hypnotists, you go to a lot of trainings and courses and do a lot of certifications, but hypnotic teachers are— they the best because they gonna put you in a trance and put the damn information in your head.
That's deep.
Like, even when I teach, like, at the hypnosis school I teach at, it'll be times when people go, Jay, I don't I don't feel like I got— I don't feel like it's sticking. I said, I bet you can answer any question I ask you. And I started asking them questions. They don't even know how they know the answers, but it's in there. What's going on, Stay True?
That's crazy.
Even my son now, my son 12 now, he passed the point of getting fussed at and getting alleged. I said, Ralph, what I'm about to say now, what you think I'm gonna say to you? Okay, well, you got it, bro. I ain't gotta take your game. I ain't gotta punish you. We straight?
Yeah, we good.
Okay, all right, man. Now, if we two or three days later find out we not straight, then we'll take a different approach. But we good to go right here, then we we good to go. We can skip all that, and he he go in and adjust himself, and we right off into the sunset, man. His mom gonna go talk to him for forty-five minutes. He gonna go do that same thing tomorrow. Because he know what he needs to say to himself to show. You ain't got to guess at it. He gonna he know the answer to the puzzle. What's going on, Chill? What's going on, Cosmic? What is up? What is up? Nah, that's what's up. So it's like it's it's like a psychic too almost. Nah, so psych. Well, I can't. I don't know what a psychic do because I'm not a psychic. When I'm hypnotizing somebody, it's, it's about getting the nervous system to behave different. Like, when you hear a funny joke, you don't got to try to laugh. Your nervous system say, that shit funny. Next thing you know, you laughing. You watch a sad movie, you don't got to try to get sad. Next thing you know, you feel sad.
Yeah.
I go after thoughts and feelings. When you, um, feel pissed off, you ain't got to try to act pissed off. If you feel like a smoker, you're gonna reach for fucking cigarettes. If I make you quit smoking, My job is not to make you quit smoking. My job is to get you to feel like the type of person that would never put a fucking cancer stick in their mouth. As you feel like that type of person, you'll forget to smoke. Like, it's not about shifting behavior, it's about shifting thoughts and feelings. Got you, got you. That's real. I appreciate that, bro.
