Complaining about what you don't want actually reinforces it. After venting with a friend, shift to asking what you do want and what's next. Redirect your energy from the problem to the outcome.

Complaining about what you don't want is essentially manifesting what you don't want. Complaining with a friend about what you don't want and getting them to agree— you're right, friend, they shouldn't have did— getting them to sit in there with you, now you putting 2 minds on what you don't want. Love yourself enough to find you a friend that loves you enough that'll let you vent, let you get it off your chest, but after you done venting, gonna ask you, what do you want, friend? I know that man mistreated you. I know they did you wrong. How would you rather be treated, friend? I know they at their job overworking you, underpaying you. What do you want, friend? What's gonna be your next move? What do you want? Because sitting in what you don't want is what's keeping what you don't want alive. Where attention goes, energy flows. I'm about to go live in a little bit. Let's continue this convo.
