You stop playing emotional nurse to folks who've had the same womb since 2011. You're not a charging station. Stop it. Protecting your energy isn't rude. It's responsible. You get one nervous system, one mind, one mission. So, nah, I don't deal with energy drains. I dismiss them with love, boundaries, and airplane mode.
