Hello, this thing going. What's good, man? Big Abundance in the building. I'm in here chilling, man. I saw that we had some new subscribers on YouTube. We've been growing like crazy. We've been pushing out a lot of content this year, so we've been picking up like anywhere between 5 and 10 followers a day. So I just want to come on here and meet y'all, you know, see what's what. You get to see Meaning talk to the person behind the videos. I can answer your questions about hypnosis. We can talk about today, we talk about whatever. I ain't get on here with no script that we following, so the live gonna go however we want the live to go. It's our life, we grown, we do what we want to do, you know. But for those of you who don't know, I am Big Abundant. I'm a clinically trained hypnotherapist. I bring about 16 years of experience to the table. I like talking about hypnosis. I love hypnotizing people. I love going out and doing street hypnosis. I love working in the therapeutic setting. We do erotic hypnosis. I love teaching workshops about hypnosis. I love motivating people using the power of influence that I've built as, as a hypnotist. So I'm gonna be on here chilling for some time. I'm splitting the time between YouTube and TikTok, so if you mix me on YouTube, it's a chance you catch me on TikTok. Of course, the replays, I leave these up so this would be available on the YouTube channel. You can watch this on your own time. But yo, utilize the comments section, talk to me. I love talking to people who want to know more about hypnosis. I'm an introvert until we get on the topic of hypnosis. Then when we start talking about hypnosis, when we start talking about influence, when we start talking about persuasion and NLP and neuroscience and all of this stuff, I'm the most— I got the most to say in the room. But any other subject, I probably just sit down. I don't really care to talk too much. But this stuff, this stuff, all right, this— I talk about this stuff all day long. I talk about, read about, write about, teach about, learn about this stuff all day long. Working on some blog posts. Um, one of the things that we want to start doing this year is, um, pushing out a daily blog post. Right now I got a post that I just finished about hypnosis and confidence. So that's gonna be going on the website. But man, tap in, tap in, tap in. We doing a lot of educating this year. Like, we taking it just from let me hypnotize you to let me teach you how to hypnotize you. Let me teach you how to influence you and make you feel good when you need to feel good. Let me teach you how to talk to yourself to get yourself in the gym. Put them cookies down, put them cigarettes down, pick up that spinach and pick up that water. You know, put down the things you need to put down. Pick up the things you need to pick up. But yo, man, we, we doing a lot of teaching this year, a lot of educating and just teaching people that you already using hypnosis. But make sure you're not using it to talk yourself out of your goals. Make sure you using it in a way that's benefiting. Because we as humans, we automatically fall into this thing called hypnotic rhythms. Pretty soon, over a long enough period of time, all our yesterdays start to resemble each other. each other a lot. So I want to make sure people using the power of hypnosis to get closer to what they want and not using hypnotic rhythm to get further away from what they want. What's up? I see we got some new people coming in. But yeah, and I'm just giving them the spiel of what they can expect to see from this channel. And I love 2 things: I love hypnosis and I love laughing. So you are gonna see me pushing out hella shorts. Some of it gonna have something to do with hypnosis, some of it ain't. I just thought it was funny and I wanted to upload it. And I do what I want, so I, I upload some of this shit. And some— a lot of it will have to do with hypnosis. Some stuff I just said, I'm like, that's funny, I'm gonna upload it. And, um, YouTube paying for Shorts now, so I'll be pushing them out. But yeah, man, we on here cooling. I'ma just chill for a little bit. We're gonna see what happens, see if we get some people on here. Hopefully the new year treating everybody really good so far. I know a lot of people be setting goals at the beginning of the year. Hopefully y'all still got all those goals going. And even if you fell off for a few days, fell off for a few weeks, get back on. Not doing it yesterday is not a good excuse to not do it today. That's, that's a horrible excuse. I ain't do it yesterday, so I'ma just— no, you didn't do it yesterday, and today is today. Yesterday is yesterday, today is today. Do it. Why are you gonna keep not doing it just because you didn't do it one time? Don't fall for that. Don't hypnotize yourself into believing that's a solid idea. That's one of our superpowers as humans, right? We can, we can know we lying to ourselves, but if we choose to believe in a lie, we could believe it. Use that superpower to get what you want. Don't use that superpower to make, to make excuses to keep doing what you've been doing when you see the stuff ain't working. Use that ability to lie to yourself to get yourself to do the things that you know you need to do to be the version of yourself that you want to be. I ain't gonna get on my soapbox. If y'all don't follow me on other platforms, you know I would. I'm gonna land it right there. But, um, be careful how you talk to yourself. Be careful how you talk to yourself. I got a rule: I don't say nothing to myself that I wouldn't say to my daughter. I don't— I don't say nothing to myself that I wouldn't say to my daughter. If I wouldn't say it to my daughter, I'm not gonna say it to myself. And I'm telling you, it, um, does a lot with keeping your mood right, keeping you in a creative state, keeping you in that flow state. How you talk to you is way more important than how other people talk to you, because even when other people talk to you, we got to run through the filter of how you talk to you. And if they talking crazy to you, you talking crazy to yourself. You just put some crazy through a filter of crazy. But if you got this loving way that you handle yourself, everything that comes to you got to pass through that filter. So yeah, put some respect on your name. Talk to yourself like you got some sense. Talk to yourself like you matter, because you do. A lot of people ain't gonna cut you in on this because it's hard to sell you courses and workshops once you understand this. But I don't care because I know I'm abundant. Mine gonna come, it's gonna flow anyway. It ain't about a person, it's, it's the source that I'm connected to that provides for me. I'm gonna tell y'all this, how you feel, that's the most important thing. Well, that sounds selfish. I hear what you saying, and I, I don't care. Like, I almost said I care. I don't, I don't care what you say because it's not true. How you feel is the most important thing in your life. When you feel good, you're a better parent, you're a better employee, you're a better boss, you're a better husband, you're a better wife, you're an all-around better person. When you feel good. When you feel bad, your parenting takes a hit. When you feel bad, your relationships take a hit. When you feel bad, your work takes a hit. When I feel good, I'm coming. Ain't a hypnotist in the world that could touch me when I feel good. When I feel my best, I'm the best dad. I dad at a whole new level when I'm feeling good than when I'm not feeling good. I son at a whole new level. I grandson at a whole different level when I'm feeling good versus when I'm not feeling good. My younger siblings, our big brother at a whole nother level when I'm feeling good versus when I'm not feeling good. I do life better when I feel good. When you learn how to make feeling good a priority, oh man, you'd be surprised how much other stuff just fall in line, how ideas start just flowing to you. Because when you feel good, you think good thoughts. When you think good thoughts, you take good action. When you feel bad, you think shitty thoughts, you think crappy thoughts. And when you thinking shitty crappy thoughts, you take shitty crappy action. And even if you try to do the right thing I mean, when you're not feeling the right way, you're gonna do it with half effort. You're gonna do it with an attitude that ain't gonna have that love in it. One, I like— I love when my grandma fixed me a sandwich. I could fix me a sandwich and my grandma could fix me the same exact sandwich with the same exact ingredients, but when I bite that sandwich, I can taste the love. Same ingredients, but it's, it's the kick. Because my sandwich, when I make the sandwich, it's filled with a whole lot of hurry the fuck up. Like, you could taste the hurry the fuck up in the sandwiches. When my grandma make the same sandwich, same ingredients, you could taste— I like love. You could taste love. You ain't know that, did you? You could taste love. You could taste love. You could see love. You could hear love. You could feel— you could taste love. And when you feel good, you can— that you can apply— people can feel it in all 5 senses. They can feel it when you walk in the room. They can feel it when you leave out of the room. You ever had a super negative, always down, always sick, always depressed person leave from your presence, it's always like a weight came off for you. You're like, I hope they be all right. Oh, I'm glad they go. Don't be that burden on people. Do what you need to do to feel good. And understand this, please understand this, it's your job to make you feel good. It ain't nobody else's job to make you feel good. Feeling good is an inside job. It's not your kids' job, it's not your husband's job, your wife's job, your boyfriend, your girlfriend, your mom. It's not nobody else's job to make you Feel good. Feeling good is a decision. And if you waiting on other people to do handstands and bend backwards until you're willing to feel good, some days they gonna be willing to do that shit and some days they not. Don't give nobody that much power over you to control whether or not you feel good. Decide to feel good and do the work to move up the scale to feeling good. Now I'm not saying you're gonna go from really sad to feeling really good just in an instant, although it is possible. But you don't want to be making that jump too many times because then you got another problem. You could be feeling really, really, really bad and then instantly be feeling really, really, really good. It might be a— it's a— they got diagnosis that, that align with. I'm not, I'm not a doctor, so I can't diagnose you, but per the DSM, that, that's— if you can switch and flop like that, you need to talk to somebody. But I am saying, even if you on your best, on your First day, you got potential to feel a little bit better, and a little bit better, and a little bit better. I don't feel like myself. As soon as you notice it, like, don't wait. So many people, they come to my office for sessions and they already— man, I've been feeling— it's just the last 3 months I've been— you've been feeling like that for 3 months? Why are you there, bro? We can— this could have been a turnaround thing if you would have came in instant you started feeling bad. You're gonna come see— you've been feeling— you've been practicing feeling bad for 6 months now. You won't Me to fix it in one session. Like, come on, man. As soon as you know, like, man, I ain't really feeling like myself, start figuring out why you not feeling— have I been drinking enough water? Am I getting enough protein in my body? Am I eating too many empty carbs? What's, what's going on? Like, as soon as you start noticing you're not feeling good, but don't even let it get full circle. I ain't, I ain't feeling like myself today. My energy level's down. What time I got to sleep? Like, okay, y'all only got like 4 hours. I'm gonna get some sleep tonight. Start doing like a little daily check-in with yourself. You'll be surprised the amount of a difference that'll make. So many people, man, I'm, I'm just, I just got, I got anxiety. I'm so anxious about everything. And one thing I've been noticing about anxiousness, especially since the pandemic, I've been seeing so many people for anxiety and anxiousness. I started asking them about their sleeping patterns and their eating habits. And what I'm finding out a lot of the times is you not, you're not having anxiety, you haven't— your blood sugar levels dropping. You skipping breakfast and eating for the first time at 2 PM. That's not anxiety. That's your blood sugar levels are sinking. So it's simple stuff like that. I ain't saying like you got to just tell everybody no and not do anything. Sometimes that's necessary, but I'm not saying you got to jump to that extreme. But it's simple things like making sure you're getting enough water, making sure you're getting enough protein. If you ain't gonna stop and eat lunch, get you some almonds. If you are— if you notice every day around 4 o'clock, 5 o'clock, you just crash. It's probably what you putting in your body. You probably running off of caffeine and sugar and empty carbs. Ain't got no protein in your body. That's that that that that's it might be possible. You might think you need a therapist, and you might do, but you might think you need a therapist when really you need a shift in your diet. When really your body ain't got the things that it need to be to to feel good. And I tell people, I tell my clients all the time, I can't hypnotize. I can't overcome a shitty diet with hypnosis. I can put all the positive affirmations and the positive suggestions and load you up, and you'll feel good when you leave my office. You're gonna feel amazing. But if you wake up the next morning, you skip breakfast, you're not drinking no water, you're running off of coffee and Coca-Cola, around 3 o'clock every day your body gonna be like, you— hey man, it ain't working. Out of gas, it's not gonna run. If you got the wrong type of gas in it, it's not gonna run as well. So you are what you eat, both physically, mentally, and spiritually. Put the stuff in your body, give your body the things that it needs so it can produce the results that you want it to produce. If you want to produce average results, eat you a good old average diet. You want below average results, get the shittiest diet you could find. But if you want superior results, you got to eat like a person who wants superior results. You got to put water in your body. Some things you gotta pass on. You can't drink 7 days a week. Maybe the weekends, maybe one or twice during— but you can't drink 7 days a week. Not, not over an extended period of time, because you— I know I definitely have. I've definitely went through times in my life where I was drinking every day. Then I'm like, bro, you say you want to age like this, you want to look like this in your 50s and 60s and 70s, you want to still be able to get around a certain way in your Certain things you got to be like, yo, is that aligning with what I'm saying I want? Is that aligning with what I want 10 years from now, 20 years from now, 30, 40, 50 years from now? Is that aligning with the way I want to look? Is that aligning with the way I want to feel? And you'll be surprised, we do a lot of things is not aligning with what we claim we want in the future. But that's a whole nother live stream. I'ma chill, we just getting started on YouTube. I don't want to scare y'all. Too early, so I'm gonna take a sip of water. We gonna chill for a little bit. I'mma just float because ain't nobody in here right now, at least from what I see on my screen. Ain't nobody in here, but somebody gonna catch the replays. Oh, and you um influencers. I guess that's what we call ourselves. You influencers. It's just getting started. I'm new to YouTube, but I'm not new to being an influencer. I'm not new to stream, new to streaming. I'm not new to posting content. Whenever you guys— I see so many people, they get on like Facebook Live, they get on YouTube Live, Instagram Live, they hang out on there for like 30 seconds, then they end they live because ain't nobody in there. Let me tell you something, set you a schedule for going live. Go live every day at that time. If it's zero people in there, you talk like it's 10,000 people listening. If it's one person in there, you talk like it's 10,000 people listening. It's 5 people in there, you talk like it's 10,000 people listening. And if you keep showing up talking like, acting like, pretending like it's 10,000 people in there over a long enough period of time, I guess what's gonna happen, it's gonna be 10,000 people in there. Because the thing about what's going on right now, I got a flow going, I'm in my rhythm, I'm feeling like myself, and I'm talking like it's 10,000 people in here. So when a person come in here and they see the flow of the room going, they see I'm not sitting here Like, well, ain't nobody out here. But if I already got the energy going like it's 10,000 people in here, guess what's gonna happen when one person drills a lien? They're not gonna leave right back out because it's already a conversation flowing. Just since we started this conversation, it's 2 people in here now. They came in here and I was like, oh man, ain't nobody in here. I'm just sitting over here looking at the cat. Who want to watch me pick my nails? If you clicked on something on Netflix and it was somebody, they was like, oh yeah, it's you the only one here right now. We ain't gonna really start the movie. Till eight people get in here, till a hundred people get. You gonna go click on something else to watch? So I'm telling me, I done been on Beagle. I got over twenty thousand followers on Beagle. I done been on Tag. I had a future show on Tag. I got like a hundred thousand followers over there. But it always started with me getting on the camera, willing to look crazy and talk to myself for a little while. But as we get deeper into these lives and we get a following in here, what we gonna really do is we gonna learn what the word manifest mean. People think manifest mean to hope for. People think manifest mean to wish for. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, my friend. When you look up the word manifest, the word manifest means to make obvious to the eye or the mind. Look it up. Don't take Big Abundant word for it. Look up the word manifest and you're gonna see that it means to make obvious to the eye or the mind. So you constantly manifesting, and in the moment you manifesting whatever is obvious to your eye. So if you look at those numbers and it's obvious to you that it's only zero people in the room, that there's nobody in the room, you're gonna keep manifesting that over and over and over and over again. But if you can make it obvious to yourself that, man, people love to get in here and talk about what I got to talk about, I got valuable information for people— make it obvious to yourself that you know your subject matter. Make it obvious to yourself that it's other people in this industry who might know, like, what— who might know what you know, but they don't bring it like you bring it. It's only— I know a lot of good hypnotists, but what I don't know is another hypnotist that connect with my people the way that I connect with my people. I don't know another hypnotist that can do stage shows, do therapy, go and hang out in areas like Deep Ellum and hypnotize people. I hypnotize anybody. Like, I bring my own flavor, and because that's obvious with my mind, I can blow up on any platform I choose to blow up on. Now, the first time I go live on that platform, it might not be 500 people in a row, but I do know if I manifest— in order for it to get— in order to get 500 people in the room, I gotta manifest I can't have it until I make it obvious to my eye or my mind. So if y'all don't learn nothing else from this particular stream that we doing tonight, understand that manifest does not mean to hope for, it does not mean to wish for, it means to make it obvious to your mind. So if it's obvious to you that you living in poverty and you don't have the things you need in your life, don't look the way it looks, you're gonna keep manifesting it because that's what's obvious to your mind. So in order to change your state of being, you got to change what's obvious to your mind. Right here where you at now, you got to start making it obvious to your mind that the pieces to everything else you want already here. They already got this platform built called YouTube. I've already did this on other platforms. I've been studying what I'm talking about for 16 years. That's almost 2 decades. I got the information people want. I'm viable and I'm a good deliverer. And if I just keep showing up, the people got no choice but to show. And that's the state of— that's what manifesting is. It's collecting the evidence that's already there. Shit, I already got the phone. I already got the unlimited data. I already got the ring light. I already got the information. I already got the cut. Shit, the only thing I'm waiting for is the people, and they already born. Ain't like I gotta go out and create the people one by one. They already here. Shit, 2 of them already here. I need both of y'all to hit that like button for me, please and thank you. But yeah, both the people already here. They already showing up. And when I'm talking about the pieces I already got, guess what happened? My mood stay up. My energy stay up. I feel good. Guess what happened the instant I started thinking about what I don't got? The instant I go, oh man, it's only 2 people in it. Like, I wasn't purposely changing my body language, but my body language follows my thought process. I don't look confident on camera. You don't look confident on camera because you thinking about how you don't look confident on camera. Ask yourself this question: what— how would it feel if I did feel confident on camera? Oh man, I look right into that lens. I'll talk clear. I'll put my shoulders back, put my chest out. I use my hands when I talk. I won't be standing there looking like an idiot. Start just asking yourself, okay, if I did— if I was good at that, how would I— how would I walk into the room if I did know how to do that? What would that look like? And you'll be surprised because your question— your mind gonna answer any question that you ask it. If you ask your mind why I look so stupid, it's gonna give you a list of reasons why you look stupid. If you ask your mind, hey, how could I be more confident, it's gonna give you a list of ways to be more confident. So be careful what you ask yourself. Because sometimes you ask yourself questions that you don't want the answer to. I ask myself questions like, bro, if I was the most confident man in the world, how would I go on my live stream? Oh, I'm okay, I'm gonna do that. If I had all the money in the world, how would I walk into the bank? Okay, I'm gonna walk in here like that. If I knew I was the dopest hypnotist in the world, if I knew I was the best hypnotist alive and other hypnotists from all over the world lined up to work with me and learn with me, How would I walk into this meeting? Okay, I'm gonna walk in here like that. Guess what's been happening? I've been doing that about 10 years. Ask myself, if I was the best hypnotist in the world, what would I do today? Okay, well, I'm gonna just do that. And after like 10 years of asking myself, if I was the best, what would I do? I do that. And just doing it, guess what happened? These boys can't touch me with a— man, I'm, I'm so cold. And the few, the few hypnotists who can touch me, I've befriended them. I, I've befriended them. Like, but ask yourself, if I was the best, how would I— what would I do? Not once I'm the best, I'm like, nope, you putting it off. If I was the best right now, what would I do? If I was the best and wanted to keep being the best, what would I do? Thank you for the like, appreciate it. Okay, let's, let's take it to— let's take it out of hypnosis, put in basketball. If I was the best basketball player in the world, what would I do? I'll shoot 1,000 shots a day. I'll be at the gym maybe 4 or 5 hours a day. I'm gonna do that right now. I'm gonna work out every day. I'm gonna eat like this. I'm gonna train like that. Bet. I'm gonna get 8 hours sleep a night. Bet. I'm gonna do that right now. Why would I wait till I'm the best to start doing it? Like, that's the pieces to being the best. The stuff that you would do if you were the best are the pieces to becoming the best. And any pieces that you can handle from right here, right now, start using those pieces. But nah, you like, nah, I ain't taking a step till I got everything. Well, if you ain't using the pieces you got, you're not gonna get the other pieces. That makes sense. Y'all ain't talking to me. Y'all just sitting there looking like, like this a TV show. This ain't a TV show. I go live for a reason. I go live because I want to talk to you. If I just wanted to record something and put it out there, I upload the video to YouTube. I'll just record the podcast. I'm on here in the live stream because I want to talk to y'all. Oh man, I want to make sure I'm connected. I want to make sure that we up. Yeah, I want to make sure that we here. Let me come in on my computer and make sure I ain't missing that. Y'all might be saying something, the messages might not just be showing up on my phone. Let me see. But yo, if this your first time in here, man, I am Big Abundant. I'm a clinically trained hypnotherapist, and I just believe as humans we could be, do, and have literally anything we want. It ain't nothing that we can't do. What's going on, Huskies? Yeah, it ain't nothing that we can't do. And if you can hold it in your head, you can hold it in your hands. That's all I'm saying. Did you miss anything? We just been talking. You, you done seen me stream before. I ain't said nothing that I ain't said before. My message don't change. My message does not change, man. You could do anything you put your mind around, and you can do the things you don't put your mind around too. You just not gonna have the energy and the motivation to do them. But it ain't nothing you can't do. It's some stuff that you can do that you're not willing to do, but it ain't nothing you just can't do. Let's get that clear. Let's get that understanding. It ain't nothing that you can't do. Yeah, I can stand up right now. I just don't want to. It's more comfortable sitting down. I could jump up and touch the ceiling in here right now. I just don't got the desire to. I, I can touch the ceiling in my living room. It's a lot higher than this, but I'm gonna need a ladder to touch though. Like, it ain't about can or can't, it's about willing to sit with it long enough to figure out how to do it. People gotta— I can't, bro, you could do anything. Now, you might— you could say you're not willing to figure out how to do it, but it ain't no such thing as can't. Like, just, just dismiss that whole fucking concept. Can't. Like, just, just get that out your life. Can't say not willing to. I can get a six-pack right now. I'm not willing to put in the work. I'm not willing to eat like I need to eat to get a six-pack. I'm not gonna say I can't get a six-pack. I'm not willing to eat like I need to eat to get a six-pack. Not gonna lie, I'm anxious, and when I'm going in the store, my heart beats fast. If you weren't anxious, how would your heart beat when you went in the store? Start practicing that in your room. Don't practice it in the store. It's too late to practice when you're already at the store because you got all these memories of what happened the last time you was at the So when you're in your bedroom, start imagining you in the snow, but you can feel the safety of being in your bedroom. And your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between something you vividly imagine and something that's really happening. I can tell you a scary story and make your heartbeat faster. I can tell you a relaxing story, I can switch it to my hypnotic voice, and I can make your heartbeat slow down. I can start talking fast like this, and I'm like We can change our physiology, we can change our psychology by what we think and what we give our attention to. But the mind— the body follows the mind. Where the mind goes, the body follows. You want to feel good, think about things to feel good. How can you be more— I just told you. If I was confident, how would I show up? It's gonna be this voice like, but you're not confident. I, I understand that, thank you. But if I was, how would I show up in this moment? And you get in your room and practice that. I practice being confident every day. I've been practicing being confident for about 10 years at this point. Every— you think I was crazy if you came here in the morning. I get in the mirror, I look dead in my eyes, and I talk to myself. You are confident. You hypnotize anybody, anytime, anyplace. You the greatest hypnotist to ever live. You could be, do, and have anything that you desire. And the first few times I said it, it felt fake. I felt like I was lying. I felt like a fraud. I felt crazy. But then this magical thing happened after doing it for a while. I started, I started believing myself. And when I started believing myself— oh man. I overthink a lot in school and think my answers are wrong too. I hear you. And the more you practice that, the better you gonna get at it. So you gotta— now it's gonna, it's gonna take some work, but in the simplest form, that's what you got to do. You got to build a new neural pathway in your mind, and you build a new neural pathway by practicing the behavior you would want to do instead. That's all we do in hypnosis. That's all we do in hypnosis. We say, in a second, I'm gonna count from 10 all the way down to 0, blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. People think making the arm raise up is hypnosis. People think when I glue people's eyes shut and stuff, that's the hypnosis. All of that is a distraction. It's to get the conscious mind so busy, so distracted, so out of the way that when I say— and you can feel yourself being confident— that part of you that usually go, but, but wait, I can't do that— that part of you, we send that part of you to la-la land because right now you're not in trance. So every time I say everything I say to you right now to try to penetrate, it's a part of you called Critical faculty. The critical faculty gonna throw it right out because it don't align with what you already know to be true. You're not in hypnosis. So anytime I say you can walk down that hall with your shoulders back, your chest out, and your head up and feel amazing, there's a part of you— But I know I can't because I tried today and it didn't work. When we put you in hypnosis, we get rid of that part of you. We suspend that part of you, and we talk directly to the part of you that sits under that. We talk directly to the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is childlike. The subconscious mind is a part of you that believes in Santa Claus, tooth fairies, tooth fairies, and Easter Bunny. It'll believe any fucking thing you tell it, including the stuff that you've been telling it. But in order to tell it something new, we got to get the critical faculty out of the way, because the critical faculty is like the bodyguard for the subconscious mind. So we got to distract the bodyguard. We gotta like let a really attractive woman or something— we gotta get the bodyguard looking elsewhere. And when the bodyguard focusing on that, we can sneak in the new ideas, sneak in the new concepts. Then when the bodyguard come back, the new ideas are already inside the club. That's the simplest way I could think to explain. That's what it is. And you can get yourself there by laying down on your bed, no pillow, just laying down flat, and practice relaxing your body, like so relaxed where it feel like you just float. Like, imagine like your, your body like an air mattress. You know when you letting the air out of an air mattress, you take the little thing at the bottom and it just starts to— and you can roll it up. Imagine it's somebody doing it to your body. Imagine there was a little button in your toe and I just went, pulled the plug out. You could just feel the air coming out of your head, coming out of your neck, coming out, and just go loose, limp, and relaxed. And when you get so relaxed, just like to where you feel like you becoming one with the mattress, start practicing being the version of yourself that you want to be. Because right now I can't really help you because you, you're not in trance. So every problem, every solution I give you, you're gonna throw a problem at me, and it's gonna be very unproductive. We're gonna waste a whole bunch of time. What you got to do is you got to get in trance. You got to get completely relaxed, and from that completely relaxed state We can take those old thoughts out and put new thoughts in. It's like you want to take this ink pen out of my hand, but I'm holding it tight. You're gonna have a hard time getting it out, and every time you pull that way, I'm gonna pull back this way. But if you get me distracted and you get me worried about something over there, while I'm doing that over there, you can come snatch the pen, and by the time I'm like, hey, my pen, you already got it. You already ran off. That's what we do in hypnosis. We get that part of you that's holding on to those old thoughts, right, real tight, because you got this thing called a self-image, and you cannot outperform your self-image. If your self-image believes something to be true, you're gonna do whatever you need to do to make it be true. That's what we do when we do stage hypnosis. We alter people's self-image. I'm gonna tell you, this ink pen is the heaviest ink pen in the world. It weighs 8,000 pounds. Could you imagine what it would feel like to pick up something that weighs 8,000 pounds? You can't even get it to budge. Yeah, imagine what that feels like. I'm gonna put this ink pen down on the ground and it's so heavy. I want you to try to pick up that pen and notice that you can't. Notice that the harder you try, the harder it sticks. As I change your self-image of the concept of that pen, as I get you to see that pen different, you will create the physiology necessary to not be able to pick up that pen. Antagonist muscles will work against each other. The muscles on the bottom of your arm will work against the muscles on the top of your arm to make sure that you can't pick But you gotta get, get them in that relaxed, super— not even relaxed, but you got to get them at a point where they're not using that critical portion of the mind. You got to get them into a receptive state. You can do it by getting them super excited. You can do it by scaring the shit out of them. You can go, ah, and get them super scared, and they'll become super suggestible in that moment. That's why the news always scaring the shit out of people, because people do what you tell them to do when they scared. People become super suggestible. They become hyper suggestible when they're scared. But yeah, just get— you got to get yourself in a state where you're not like, well, that won't work because of this and that won't work because you can't do nothing from there. In fact, you make it worse because every time you push it, it push back and it get a little bit stronger. So yeah, we ain't even gonna— yeah, we ain't even gonna go with the back and forth and back and forth. I tried to watch your videos. They make me feel relaxed, make me feel calm, but it don't work. Repetition. Repetition. You got 5 laws of suggestibility. One of them is the law of repetition. And don't look for evidence that it's not working, look for evidence that it's working. So you listen to it every day, every day. Might take 3 months, might take 4 months, because every day you go to school, you're getting evidence that works against it. So really, you getting some, you making some leeway, but when you go to school and you notice something different, you walk it back a little bit. It's like you can't eat spinach one time and think you gonna— no, you gotta, you gotta do the stuff every day. Repetition. You've been doubting yourself every day for a long time. You're not gonna believe in yourself one time for 15 minutes and it just undo 10 years of doubt. You see what I'm saying? Repetition. Every day I practice confidence. Every day people might see me, boy, you already confident, why are you still practicing it? Because I know what's gonna happen if I stop. Every day, every day, every day. I run through affirmations every day. I update my affirmations every day. I enhance them every day. You can't just do it one time. If I go to the gym once a year, I ain't gonna look this great. I ain't gonna— once a year can't maintain these results, baby. I go a few times a week. One time, twice. No, I'm playing. But every day, you got to do it every day. You can't do it one time and say it didn't work. You got to Keep doing it day after day after day after day after day after day after day after day. And when you see it working, that's when you really start doing it. Don't stop. Now the pathway is there, you gotta solidify. Then what happened is it becomes your new normal. It becomes the new habit. Like right now, you don't have to try to get nervous when you walk down the hallway. You've done it. It's muscle memory. So you got to make the new behavior muscle memory. And you do that by practicing it, by seeing it, by feeling it over and over and over again, over and over and over again. And you go, oh, it wasn't perfect, but oh, it was, it was a little bit better than yesterday. Yes, it's working. When you get that yes, it's working feeling, oh man, now the momentum finna pick up and we go— we're gonna take off. We're gonna take off. But every day, you can't do it one time and go, all right. And especially in the back of your mind, if you're thinking it's not gonna work, I didn't try this before, it's not gonna work. Well, people talk about the placebo effect, but you also got what's called the nocebo effect. You thinking something will work will make it work, but you thinking something won't work will make it not work. You got to put full faith in it that it's gonna work. Belief is the magic ingredient in all of this stuff. This thing that I do for a living that I call hypnosis, if you don't got belief, you don't got hypnosis. The thing that we call prayer, if you don't got belief, you don't got prayer. Even the Bible tell you that you have not because you ask not. If you— Jesus goes forth to say, if you tell a mountain to jump into the water with absolute belief, you ain't got no choice but to get into the water. Like, if you don't got belief, it don't got anything. You're just going through a ritual at that point. Until you put belief in it, you're not gonna really change a thing. You gotta put belief in it. It gotta have belief behind it. If it ain't no belief in it, you wasting your time and you making this the situation worse. Because when you're doing it without belief, it's not gonna work. Then you're gonna go the next day, you're gonna see that it didn't work, and now you strengthening like, I'm stuck like this forever, it didn't work, not even Big Abundant can help me. Yes, I can, but it takes repetition, it takes leaning in, it takes Getting in and locking on it and seeing it. You got to taste it, touch it, feel it happen before it happened. I wasn't always confident. I don't know if you ever was— I don't know if you was in the room on tag one day, but it was somebody who came in the room I went to high school with, and he saw the way I was in the room. He saw the way I was talking and the energy I was bringing and how he saw what I bring. He go, Jay, is that you? I go, yeah, who is that? He let me know who he is. He's like, bro, when this happened— and I, I know the version of me he— that he knew, so I knew what he was talking about. I said, yeah, bro, it's the same body but it's a new mindset. Same me, same version of my same, same me, but it's a new mind driving this thing now. So I walk different now, I talk different now, I feel different now. And I feel different because I talk to myself different now. Back in those days, I was having a conversation that was like, hey man, they You're not as good as them. You don't look as good as them. You don't move like— that's the conversation I was having these days. I got a conversation. Well, first off, I'm not comparing myself to nobody, but I do know every time you see me, I'm gonna look a little bit better than the last time I did. I'm gonna be a little bit better at what everything I'm doing than the last time. I know I'm gonna get at least 1% better every day. I'm gonna get at least 1% better every day. I could be the worst speaker in the world, but if I get 1% better every day, in about a year you're not even gonna recognize Look like that's the same dude we seen last year. Damn, this, this shit is good. Like, 1% better every day. I ain't trying to get perfect, I just want to get a little bit better than yesterday. That's what I tell all my clients. You'll be surprised what getting just a little bit better and a little bit better and a little bit better do for you. You'll be surprised what it do for your relationships. You'll be surprised what it do for your finances. You'll be surprised what it do for your parenting ability. You'd be surprised what they do for the way your body looks. You feel just a little bit better every day. My kids doing amazing, man. They getting big, they smart, they charismatic, they, they, they lit. But just a little bit better every day. A little bit better every day. If you could do that— and you can, I don't even know why I said if— so forget the if. You can do that. You can get 1% better every day. Imagine if you got 1% better every day for an entire year. That's 365%. Say something in the comments if you can use a 365% increase in some areas in your life. I know I can. 365%. Yes, yes. And then some days you won't— out of nowhere, you're gonna make a 10%. Increase 20%, but we what we aiming for is just 1% better every day. One, how can I get just a little bit better than I was yesterday? How can I get just a little not perfect, just a little bit better than I was yesterday? Just just just a little bit, just a little wee bit better, and that shit add up, man. It adds up. It adds up. It adds up. I mean, I didn't have so much fun talking to y'all and just. Pouring this stuff on y'all. Hopefully y'all enjoyed it. I'm gonna be going live on YouTube a lot. I've been watching YouTube, I've been studying YouTube. I see what's going on over here and I like what's going on. I want to be a part of it, so I'm putting a lot of my effort into YouTube. I didn't pull back on a lot of platforms because I, I want the people on those platforms to come here to watch me. For sure, for sure, Whiskies. I got you, and I appreciate you pulling up and kicking it with me and all the support you just shown over all the time you've been following the page. Appreciate you. Yeah, thanks for pulling up with me. Yo, anybody catching this replay, the people here right now, I love y'all. It ain't a thing y'all can do about it because like I'm a lover and I, and I love y'all. Like that's just what it is. Please, please, please hit that subscribe button, hit that like button. YouTube got a bunch of buttons down there. Use those buttons, share the live. All of that stuff because it helps us as content creators. Like, I used to get frustrated, like, bro, people come in, they'll talk, they don't like, they don't subscribe. Then I realized, like, when I'm on TikTok, when I'm on YouTube and I'm enjoying content, it's so many things that I enjoy that I never think to like. And I'm like, oh shit, they're probably doing the same thing. They don't understand that it helps YouTube know that, hey, this is good content other people like, so YouTube show it to other people. So yeah, if you enjoy my content— if you don't enjoy it, then you don't gotta like it. But if you do enjoy it, if you do come enjoy coming here kicking it with us, hit that thumbs up button, hit that subscribe button, leave a comment. Because people love to inbox me and go, hey man, I love the content, I already know it's dope. Like, no, like, not even being arrogant or nothing, but I know it's dope. I need you to tell the people who don't know. I need you to go on Google and write it on my Google review page. I need you to put it under the videos where other people can see it because it creates this thing called social proof. And social proof is a very hypnotic tool. Maybe we'll do a, um, I might do a live one day talking about the power of social, social proof. If you in a room full of people one day, just start looking up. Watch how many other people start looking up to try to figure out what you're looking at. So start liking the videos, start leaving comments under all of the content. If you're gonna support me, like, support me. I like that one foot in, one foot out stuff. They ain't gonna get us to where we want to be. I want to— I'm, I'm trying to motivate 1 billion people before I close my eyes for good. And I want to build a body of content that can live on. I want to be dead and gone, I want my great-grandkids better go pull up videos and get motivated by me even though I'm dead and gone. I want people who have never had a pleasure of meeting me in person because they're in another country or they just another part of the world where it's very unlikely they will, they will ever cross paths, but I want them to be able to go find these videos when I'm Dead and gone, and be able to say, okay, this is what I need to do. I'm doing it, and then they can get these results. That's what I'm out to do, man. So y'all can help me do that by liking, commenting, subscribing again. I'm finna get ready to get out of here.
