your head. If you can't even focus on it, you ain't got to worry about having it because you never will. But if you think about it long enough and hard enough, you'll start to move in that direction on accident. One of the things that I want you to leave this live understanding today is that every problem is a thinking problem. Every problem is a thinking problem. I don't care if you need to make more money. I don't care if it's a relationship problem. I don't care if it's a parenting problem. You want a better relationship with your kids. I don't I don't care if it's a fitness problem. I don't care if it's a health problem. If you change your thinking, watch what happens to the problem. When you change the way you use your mind, you'll find new habits on accident. You gotta quit putting so much focus on the problem. You gotta quit putting so much effort. You gotta put— quit putting so much attention on the problem. You gotta start asking yourself the magic question. What's the magic question, Jay? The magic question is, what would I rather have? I want you to get in the habit when you see something that you don't like, instead of harping on what you don't like, instead of picking apart what you don't like, instead of getting on the phone talking about what you don't like, I want you to ask yourself, what would I rather have? What would I rather have? When you can have it of asking yourself what you would rather have, is you gonna have this new thing to focus on. Let me tell you something, where your attention goes, your energy flows. So now, instead of putting your attention on what you don't want and allowing all your energy to go into what you don't want, you now ask yourself, "What would I rather have?" And you put your undivided attention on what you want. And as you put your attention on what you want, guess what's gonna happen? Good ideas gonna start showing up. Inspiration gonna start showing up. Motivation gonna start showing up. The mentors gonna show up. You gonna start accidentally reaching for no books. You gonna start accidentally. listening to new podcasts. You're gonna start accidentally making new friends. You're gonna start accidentally discovering your solution. Understand this, the solution is already there. The solution showed up with the problem. If there wasn't a solution, it wouldn't be a problem, it would just be. So the fact that there is a problem means there's a solution out there. Really big problems have really big solutions. Okay. Really small problems have little itty-bitty Solutions, but big problems, big solutions. The bigger the problem you face, and the bigger the solution is out there. What I need for you to do? Well, I don't need you to do anything. What you need for you to do is take your attention off of the really big problem so that you can become a vibrational match for this really big solution. If it's a big problem staring you in your face, that means it's a really big solution out there with your name on it. But in order for you to allow this solution into your life. In order for you to begin to resonate with this solution, you got to stop resonating with the problem. You can't pick up the solution if your hands is full of the problem. So I need you to stop focusing on the problem. I need you to stop getting on the phone talking about the problem. I need you to stop getting on TikTok watching videos about the problem. I need you to start talking about the solution. I need you to start getting on TikTok watching videos about the solution, watching live streams about the solution, reading books. About solution. You want to in your journal, write in your journal about the solution. Stop giving all of your time, all of your effort, all of your energy to the problem, because it's your own consciousness that's keeping the problem alive. Okay, you are a human, you are a creator, and it's time to stop creating the problem so that you can start creating the solution. Sometimes you're so busy working on the problem that you forget, hey, I got to work on the solution. Working on the problem is not the same thing as working on the solution. And step one to working on the solution is getting clear about what I want. I can't get what I want until I know what I want, okay? If I don't know what I want, I'm liable to end up anywhere. But when I know what I want, I'm already halfway there. I need you to say that out loud. Once I know what I want, I'm already halfway there. I need you to understand that most people that book a session with me, most people that work with me, their biggest problem Because they don't know what they want. They think they need to quit smoking. They think they don't got confidence. They think they undisciplined. They think they not smart enough. Most times their biggest problem is they don't know what they want. They know what they don't want, but they don't know what they'd rather have. I spend usually the first hour of every session helping the person to get clear about what they want. It's not a you don't know what to do, and so you don't feel like the type of person that can do it, and you Unclear about what you want. Ask yourself, what do I want? Well, Jay, I don't know what I want. What's the quickest way to find out what I want? You want to know the quickest way to find out what you want? Y'all tap the screen, I'll tell you. Give me some energy and I'll tell you. Yeah, let's get active. Let's go. Let's get into it. The quickest way to find out what you want is to look at what you don't want and say, what would I rather have? That's not rocket science, is it? That, that, that's, that's simple stuff. You can do that. A four-year-old can do that. A five-year-old can do that, right? Look at what you don't like, and instead of getting hypnotized by what you don't like, say, "What would I rather have?" I don't like my job. I don't like the way my bosses treat me. They underpay me and overwork me. I don't like it. What would I rather have? I want to be my own boss. You manifested this. That's what's up. I want to be my own boss. I want to work for me. You know what? Fuck. I get that. Oh, excuse me, pardon my French. I don't want to work, I want to play. I want to play. I want to attract my money doing things that I would do for absolutely free. I want to do this. I want to talk for a living. I want to motivate. I want to remind people who they are for a living. I want to be a clinically trained hypnotist. I want to work with entrepreneurs. I want to work with high performers. I want to work with professional athletes and teach them how to use their mind and reach the next level of greatness. And I came on— I went on this morning. I had a full schedule this morning. We've been in sessions all day. You got to start putting your attention on what you want. You can't get what you want until you know what you want. Do you got your own golden ticket dream woman? Those free right now. If you don't got your golden ticket, get your golden ticket. What's going on, Rosie? What's going on over here on YouTube? That's gonna put you in the golden ticket. The golden ticket is where I go in depth about the 5 C's. Y'all know I teach these things called the 5 C's. But guys, I'm telling you, you could be, do, and have anything you desire. I wouldn't get on here and lie to you. You can be, do, and have anything you desire. Your only limit is your own imagination. If you can think it, you can do it. I'll even go as far to say, if you think about it long enough and hard enough, you'll do it on accident. If you could think it, you could do it. What you mean when you say even a specific person? What's going on, Amelia? How you doing? Welcome, welcome, welcome. What we got over here on YouTube? Why y'all quiet? Y'all ain't saying nothing over here. What's up? Talk to me. Even the ex back just curious. So you gotta understand, your ex got free will just like you got free will. You can't make your ex do nothing that you don't— that they don't want to do. But I will encourage you to look— like, you might be looking at layer 1 of what you want, and layer 1 might be that person. What's layer 2 of what you want? What do you want from that person? You want to feel supported. You want to feel love. You want to feel like you got a partner. You want to feel like you matter to somebody. Like I want you to dig into what you want from that person, and you start calibrating to that second layer of what you want. And watch how source, watch how God will provide that for you. Now it might come through the form of that person, or it might come through the form of another person. Got to think it's eight billion people in the world. You just joined the community. Welcome to the community. Community money. Hopefully you free Friday at 6 PM Central Standard Time so you can come kick it with us. So you can't make your— you can't take your ex's free will and make them be with you if they don't want to be with you. But inside of the community, there is a hypnosis recording for detachment. Detachment is a superpower. You'd be surprised how when you detach from that relationship— because you got to think, nobody don't want to be with nobody who need People like when you need something, you vibrationally separate yourself from it. If I need you to watch the live, if I need you to touch, you're not gonna do it. Think about like celebrities; they got all of this money. People give them clothes. People like can you please come eat at my restaurant? It's free. Them not needing it makes them a magnet for all these things they don't need. But if a homeless person coming there with no money, they might say get out of here. You you need nobody ain't trying to give you what you need because the needed. It's to vibrationally not have it. So you got to detach so you can come out of this state of need, so you can come out of this state of not having it. And you'll be surprised how quickly, especially when somebody's used to you chasing them, used to you begging them to come kick, and you detach and you no longer need them, you'll be quickly— you'll be surprised how quickly that tide could turn. And now they, they on your line. But you gotta ask yourself what's motivating that. But, uh, I would focus on— I would start to do what I call calibration. The second C, I would start calibrating to layer 2 of what you want. Layer 1 is that person. Layer 2 is the reasons you— what do you want from that person? You want their love, you want their support, you want their company. Start calibrating to the company. Start calibrating to feeling loved. Start calibrating to a secure relationship and watch how you become a match to it. And It'll show up either through that person or through another person. It's 8 billion people in the world. No, by detaching, you let go of the need to have it, and it's, it's really surrendering. And what you surrendering to? Not so much— you're not surrendering to the fact that you'll never have it. You surrendering to that power within you to create anything you desire. So a lot of times people hear attached to people who surrender. They think, so I'm just supposed to be okay with not having it? That's not what surrendering about. Surrendering is about letting go of conscious effort and trusting your subconscious mind, trusting that inner creator in you to make whatever that thing is. You letting go of conscious— it's like saying, imagine if you driving the car, right, and you're going, well, I want to do my part, I'm gonna get under the hood and help the engine. It's not your job to help the engine. You don't know how to engine, and you in the way if you're trying to help the engine. Your job is to hold the car in the road. I want to help the alternator. You don't know how to alternate. Your job is to hold the car in the road. I want to help the transmission. You don't know how to transmission. Your job is to sit in the driver's— detach. Stop trying to help the engine. Stop trying to help the transmission. Pick the destination to hold the car in the road. What's going on, Sean? How you doing? What's good, man? I ain't realize who you was at first. What's up, bro? What is up? What is up? What is up? But does that make sense? Detaching isn't about saying, okay, it's fine, I'll never get it. It's about letting go of conscious effort and trusting that subconscious power within you to create it. Surrender to that internal creator. For sure, for sure, man. But guys, You could be doing have anything you desire. If you can think it, you can do it. You can't think it, you got a problem. But it's a problem that you can fix. You got to start thinking. You got to start putting your attention on it. If you can hold it in your head, you can hold it in your hands. Can't hold it in your head, can't hold it in your hands. Letting go and letting God—that's a great way to put it, money. Appreciate you, son. That's a great way to put it, Money. Let go and let God. Let go. If you could think it, you could do it. Start. So like, as things really pick up momentum on my end, as we really get this thing moving the way that we want to move, one of the things, one of my biggest realizations in 2024, and I knew this already, but it really became conscious. Like, I knew this subconsciously But it really became conscious in 2024. Being successful, building this thing that I want to build, it's 95% thinking, it's 95% visualize, it's 95% seeing it, and 5% like work. And before then, I was doing 95% doing, 95% working, and 5% thinking. And when I'm doing 95% working and 5% thinking, what I'm doing is I'm out here trying to execute a half-baked idea. I ain't even finished thinking about it yet, yet I'm out here trying to do something. I'm out here trying to build a website. I'm out here trying to come up with a marketing strategy. I'm out here trying to price things when I haven't even got a clear picture of what I'm building, right? It's, it's 95% sitting— man, I got this recliner over here. It's 95% sitting in that recliner kicking my feet up and getting in my imagination playing. It's 95% closing my eyes and seeing my calendar looking the way that I want to look. It's 95% of saying, what's— who's my dream client? What— who are the clients that I would work with for free? Who are the clients that excite me to work with? And by the time I get out of their recliner, man, I should have such a clear picture of what I'm building that the way I build a website on accident, I come up with the name on accident, like the ideas are flowing through me because I got such Clear image of what I'm building now. And like a lot of times, the people in front of me, their biggest problem is they don't have a clear image of what they're building. They don't have what we call a well-formed outcome. They don't got clarity. Step 1, you got to get clear about what you want. And people so anxious to calibrate, people so anxious to book a hypnosis session and get hypnotized, people so anxious to do the affirmations and the vision boards and the exclamations and the incantations and the the focus wheels because they actually feel like they're doing something when they do that stuff. But if you don't got clarity, what, what the hell are you calibrating to? Like, you doing affirmation, you say affirmations don't work. Yeah, you're right, affirmations don't work without clarity. I can't be consistent. You're right, it's hard to be consistent without clarity. I'm not disciplined. You're right, it's hard to be disciplined without clarity. But I'm telling you, if you just can get clear about what you want, take Take your time, get in your imagination and visualize it. See it, experience it, try it on. See it. You altering your neural structure. You're laying the neural pathways to create that thing. When you got that vivid image inside of your mind, man, you will create it on accident. When you've seen it inside of your mind, you know what it looked like. You, you could, you could see it vividly when you close your eyes. You trust me. Procrastination is the least of your worries when you already saw it. We ain't got. We ain't worried about you procrastinating. We worried for getting the shower. We worried about you neglecting other areas of your life when you've already saw it. Your problem is you haven't saw it. Without a vision, the people perish. Ain't going to without a vision, the people perish. So you out here trying to calibrate without a vision, and you wondering why you perishing. You have not asked. How do you ask when you don't even know what you want? Seek and ye shall find. You out here seeking, but you don't know what you're looking for. Knock and the door will be opened unto you. You don't know which door to knock on because you don't know what you want. And you don't have a discipline problem, you got a clarity problem. You don't got a confidence problem, you got a clarity problem. Confidence requires clarity. Say that out loud. Somebody put that in the chat for me. Confidence requires clarity. Confidence requires clarity. Confidence is your belief, your potential to achieve a specific outcome. Your belief in your potential to achieve a specific outcome. If you don't have a specific outcome to believe in, how do you— how does that make sense? You can't get what you want until you know what you want. And another important distinction is you got to understand that knowing what you don't want is not the same thing as knowing what you want. Knowing what you don't want isn't the same thing as knowing what you want. Knowing that you don't want to be sick is not the same thing as having a burning desire to be healthy, having every cell in your body functioning the way that God designed it to. Wanting to be energized in your body and comfortable in your skin, knowing that you don't want to be fat. It's not the same thing as having a burning desire to be— have a burning desire to be high energy, having a burning desire to be this amount on the scale, having a burning desire to wear this size shirt and that size pants. You gotta stop focusing on what you don't want. Stop getting clarity about what you don't want. I need you to get clear about what you want. I need you to put your undivided attention on what you want. And notice how when you start focusing on what you want— what's going on, Dunsey— you're gonna start moving towards it on accident. When you start putting your attention on what you want, you're gonna start moving towards it on accident. When you start calibrating what you want— appreciate you, Don— when you start calibrating what you want, man, when you pick up momentum— see, calibrating once ain't gonna get it, but when you get the momentum of being calibrated It's not gonna matter what they say on CNN. It's not gonna matter what they say on MSNBC. It's not gonna matter if other people don't believe in it and support it. When you really get calibrated to what you want, it don't matter if it's 6 people in the room or 6,000 people in the room. You're not gonna get nervous if it's 6,000 people in the room, but you also not get mad and aggravated that it's only 6 people in the room. Because you don't— when you don't calibrate, when you don't got a goal to calibrate to, you start calibrating the stuff that really don't matter. What's going on, Asha? When you don't got an outcome to calibrate to, you start calibrating to how many people look at my picture, to how many on my post. Now you tie your self-worth to stuff that you don't got control over. So now you measuring this stuff, this control, this controlling how you feel, and you producing based on how you feel, and you feel inadequate because you are calibrating to how many people showing up to something that you started yesterday, to something that you've been inconsistent with, to something that you haven't been consistent with. And you're calibrating to the fact that only 4 people showed up when it's brand new. So okay, yeah, 4 people showed up, but when you count to the 4, you're gonna get stuck at a small following because that's what you calibrated to. Now what you should be doing is figuring out what I want, what's the outcome that I want, and I'm gonna calibrate to this outcome before it even even happens. And I'm gonna be calibrated to this outcome while it's 5 people in the room. Appreciate you, Don. I'm gonna be calibrated to this outcome while it's 6 people in the room. I'm gonna be calibrated to this outcome while it's 10 people in the room. I'm gonna remain calibrated to this outcome. And what remaining calibrated to this outcome gonna do is it's gonna gradually draw more people in the room. Does that make sense? And if you keep showing up day after day, if you keep showing up consistently, while you being calibrated to this image that you got in your mind, guess what gotta happen? Not what might happen, not what should happen. Guess what gotta happen? People gonna show up. But if the people show up and operate it to 4 people in the room— what's going on, y'all? It's a little slow. I'ma— I ain't really doing nothing. I'm gonna get into my stuff when we get 100 people in here. Because I got some good stuff, I got some good information to tell y'all, but it's only 7 people in here right now, so, um, I'ma just wait. You think them 7 finna stick around? You better get calibrated to what you want, and you better start sitting in that energy right now. And when you see me, that energy right now, and them 7 people really feeling what's going on, guess what's gonna happen next time you go live? Them same 7 gonna show up again, and some more people gonna find out about about you, and you staying calibrated to what you want, and you keep showing up, more people gonna show up about you, more people gonna show up for— and it's gonna keep picking up momentum. But a lot of people want the whole tree to grow in the instant they plant the seed. That's not how it works. That's not how it works. Get clear about what you want, not what you don't want. Knowing what you don't want is not the same thing as knowing what you would like to have. Does that make sense? Get clear about what you want. After you know what you want, you got to start calibrating. Them the first 2 steps of the 5C process: clarity, calibration. Clarity, calibration. You got to get clear about what you want. Now that you know what you want, you got to start calibrating what you want. Calibration is simply about putting your attention on it. When you watch a funny movie, When you calibrate to a funny movie, you don't got to try to laugh. You laugh on accident when you calibrate to a funny movie, right? If you calibrate to a scary movie, you ain't got to try to get scared. You get scared on accident when you calibrate to a scary movie. Makes sense. You calibrate to a sad movie, you ain't got to try to get sad. As a matter of fact, you could try not to get sad, but if you calibrate to that sad movie, week, guess what's gonna happen? You're gonna get sad. Now, when you calibrate to what you don't want and you calibrate to how it's not fair and how your boss mistreats you and they overwork you and underpay you, and it's just not— when you calibrate to that, you ain't got to try to feel bad. You ain't got to try to feel overwhelmed. You ain't got to try to feel anxious. You ain't got to try to feel down and depressed. That's the natural result of calibrating to what you don't want. But when you look at what you don't want and say What would I rather have? And say, "I'mma calibrate to them. I'mma calibrate to this thing that I want. I'mma calibrate to my desire. I'mma start putting my attention on my desire." When you do that, you're gonna get inspired on accident. You're gonna feel motivated on accident. You're gonna start coming up with some really good ideas on accident. You're gonna end up with lots of people in your stream on accident. You're gonna end up with people inboxing you and asking to book with you on accident. Just because you was able to get clear about what you wanted and start calibrating to what you want. You can't get what you want till you know what you want. You can't get what you want till you calibrate to what you want. You're not a vibrational match for what you want until you start calibrating to it. Is this making sense? This simple stuff, right? It's not rocket science. Am I telling you to do anything you can't do? Figure out what you want. How, Jay? Ask yourself what would you rather have. That thing that you complaining about, stop complaining long enough to say, okay, what would I rather have? I've been complaining for five years. I've been complaining about the same thing in my previous three relationships. For show, for show. I've been complaining about this same damn thing for ten years. What do I want? Because complaining ain't ain't doing. When I was little, my mama used to say, "You better fix your face before I give you something to cry about." That's life right now. You better fix your face, uncross your arms, and poke out your lips. Before you— before I give you something to cry about. You've been complaining about who in the White House for months now. What do you want? You've been complaining about that job for too long. What do you want? You've been complaining about that business not going the way you want for too long. What do you want? You've been complaining about that 50 pounds you don't want for too long. What do you want? You can't get what you want until you know what you want. Stop talking about what you want. Everybody around you tired of hearing it. Stop. We don't— we— what do you want? What do you want? The analogy that I always use just to make this crystal clear: imagine if you were Uber driver. Somebody get in your Uber and say, hey, don't take me to the mall. I hate the mall. The mall was stupid. All those teenagers up there, those expensive-ass clothes. I ain't paying no $100 for no one pair of shoes, man. Don't take me to the mall. You go to the mall, you stupid, man. I do not go to the mall. I do not like the mall. I don't do it. I ain't been to the mall in— I can't remember the last time I went to the mall. Don't take me to the mall. I hate them all, bro. If you don't get the— man, if you don't get your ass off my car talking about where you don't want to go, if you don't get out of my car. So calibrating is when you put your attention on. So let's say you Something happened at work that you don't like, and you get in the car and you say, "Girl, let me tell you what happened today at work." So Tom, keep in mind it was my off day, and I came up there to help them because they were short-staffed. As soon as I walk in the door, he already on one. You calibrating. You reliving something that happened earlier today that ain't going on right now. You calibrating. Calibration is when you're doing affirmations. Calibration is when you writing in your journal. Calibration is when you are using any of your five senses and changing. I understand the way you feel. My favorite way to calibrate people is through hypnosis. When people come in my office, I pop them over there in that chair. I'm trying to flip this around, they don't want to flip. I pop them over there in that chair. You see that sign? Let's calibrate. I'm gonna sit them in that chair, I'm gonna close their eyes, have them take a real deep breath in, and we're gonna get them calibrated. I'm gonna put them on the Zoom meeting, tell them close their eyes, we're gonna get them calibrated. But we can't calibrate until we know what we want. We can calibrate for what we know we want, but we're really wasting time. Okay, calibration is about putting your attention on it. Calibration is about focusing on it. Calibration is really about reprogramming your nervous system. Let's go over here to this whiteboard. Let's talk about what calibration really is. There's all sorts of ways to calibrate, but let's talk about what calibration is. Okay, so you got your subconscious mind. It's 98% of your thinking potential, and your subconscious mind runs off of feeling and emotion. Okay? Your subconscious mind is 98% of your thinking potential. And what happens a lot of times is this 98% is focused on the unwanted. It's calibrated to what you don't want. Then you got this conscious mind up here that's that remaining 2% of your consciousness. This conscious mind runs off logic, reason, analysis, willpower, and decision-making. And usually people try to use this conscious mind to get what they want, but that's not how it works. So calibration is about getting the conscious mind and the subconscious mind on the same page, and that's what I call confidence. Confidence is when logically I know I can have it. My analysis shows I can. It makes sense. I'm qualified. I got the credentials. I can do that. Subconscious runs off feeling and emotion. So when I'm— I need to feel like I can do this. There's a difference between knowing I can do that— logic, reason, and analysis— and feeling like I can do that and emoting like I can do that. So calibration is the process of getting the conscious mind and the subconscious mind on the same page so that I can have full confidence. I got the 98% and the 2% all feeling like I can do it. So in order to do that, the first thing I got to do is I got to get clarity. I got to get clear about what I want. Now, once I know what I want, that satisfies the conscious mind. I've used my logic to say my life costs this much money, I got this many kids, I got these bills I need to pay. Okay, boom. I use logic to say I want $10,000 a month. So logically, I know that I want $10,000 a month. I know that I got credentials. I know that I put in some work. I know that I've been doing what I do for a while. I'm worth $10,000 a month. I got the skills to justify $10,000 a month. But now I gotta get to feeling like I can do It's one thing to know it logically, it's another thing to feel like it's true. So I'm using things like hypnosis, I'm using things like affirmations, I'm using things like vision boards to get my subconscious mind feeling like I can do it. So it's all types of ways to calibrate. Talking about what you want, journaling about what you want, affirmations around what you want. You can work with a coach like me and get coached into reprogramming your subconscious mind. Releasing, limiting beliefs, reworking your inner child. There's all types of paths. My preferred method is hypnosis, but that's not the only way to calibrate. But does that give you a little bit of clarity about calibration? Calibration is about stirring up the feeling— I'm sorry, YouTube, I left y'all behind. Y'all gotta say something. I forgot y'all was over there. Calibration is about getting your endocrine system feeling like you already have it, getting your nervous system feeling like you already have Understanding that having is a state of being, just like not having is a state of being. You can be in a state of physically not having, but let's say you got some taxes on the way, so you know you got $5,000 on the way. Even though that $5,000 is not tangible, even though you can't touch it yet, it's in your mind. You know that it's on the way, so you already shopping. You already got your shoulders back and your chest out because you, you don't physically got it, but But mentally, you know that it's on the way. But you also got people who will be in a state of having, but neurologically and hormonally, they don't have. Let's say you got a pile of money in the bank, but you— what if I do my taxes wrong and the IRS take it? What if my wife leaves me and take half? What if somebody— what if, what if, what if? So even though you physically got the money, neurologically and hormonally, you don't have it. Having and not having is not about what's going on about— well, not what's going on out there, it's what's going on in here. Calibration is about programming your inner world as if you already have it. And like I said, it's all sorts of ways to do that. My preferred modality is hypnosis. So that makes sense. Do we clear that up? Did we clear that up? And that's also what we get really deep into in those Friday meetings. So if you don't got your golden ticket, go to icoachbosses.com, get your golden ticket, it's free. And I, I help people in a group environment to calibrate. But people who just signed up today, there is a clarity course in the classroom. You should have an email that will allow you to log into our community. Go into that community and go into that, um, lessons tab and do that clarity course and show up to our Friday meeting with some clarity, then I better help you start calibrating and talk to you about what that looks like in our Friday meeting. If you can think it, you can do it. Can't think it, you got a problem. But it's a problem that's not that complicated. You just got to start thinking. You got to start putting your attention on it. You got to open yourself up to this idea: if I could think it, I could do it. My only limit in life is my own imagination. Nothing can stop me except myself. Death can't stop me. That disease can't stop me. A diagnosis can't stop me. A divorce can't stop me. Now, I might focus on those things and decide to quit, but that thing didn't stop me. I quit. I might have been focused on that when I quit, but that's not That thing didn't stop me. I quit. I'm done quitting. I'm not a quitter. I'm a creator. I'm not a waiter. I'm a creator. I came here to create. I understand that my thoughts become things, and I'm ready to start thinking on purpose. I'm ready to get crystal clear about what I want and start thinking in terms of what I want. I realize now that I don't got access into my best ideas until I get clear about what I want and start calibrating to it. It's hard for me to think good It's hard for me to think good thoughts when I feel— it's hard for me to think rich thoughts when I feel poor. It's hard for me to think successful thoughts when I feel like a failure. Let me get clear about what I want and get calibrated to what I want so I can start feeling as if I already have it. When I start feeling successful, oh man, I'm gonna come up with successful ideas on accident. When I start feeling rich, when I start feeling abundant, I'm gonna come up with abundant ideas on accident. Now, As I execute these abundant ideas, guess what gotta happen? My bank account gotta catch up. What's going on, baby? As I execute these rich ideas, guess what gotta happen? My bank account gotta catch up. As I learn to love myself and I learn to feel loved and I start executing this love, that's what gotta happen. The romantic partners gotta show up. The toxic people gotta fall off because they're not gonna resonate with this love that I'm calibrated to. I gotta realize my job isn't to change the world. My job is to change my mind. As I change my mind, the world has no choice but to respond differently to me. I don't got to change my bank account. I got to change my mind. But this new mind will fix the bank account. I don't got to change my partner. I got to change my mind. As I change my mind, my partner gonna respond version different to this version of me. Like a lot of people, like you hear a lot of men talk about women that don't know how to submit. men and women that are too masculine. Well, bro, if you stop trying to make her feminine and you just become super masculine, guess what universal laws say? Universal laws say that that femininity has to fall down and succumb to that masculinity. Has to. But you so busy trying to fix something that you can't fix, you can't change. So I've been studying hypnosis and influence for damn near 2 decades. People do things for one reason and one reason only: because they feel like doing it. Okay? People do things for one reason and one reason only: because they feel like doing it. Stop trying to make people do things and learn how to create an environment where they feel like doing the thing that you want them to do. That goes for yourself as well. Stop trying to make yourself. Go to the gym. A better question you should ask yourself is how can I make myself feel like going to the gym? That's what I do as a hypnotist. I don't make people do things now because I've been doing it for so long and I got a lot of finesse and I'm really good at it. You might look at it and go, oh, he made her do that or he made him do that. I can't make anybody do anything. I am really good at setting up an environment where they want to take the Step that we want them to take. So understand that when you rerouting your life, it's not how do I make myself do this, how do I make myself feel like doing this. Think about it, when you feel angry, you do angry on accident. It's very easy for you to give attitude and short responses and run off at the mouth when you feel angry. You don't got to try to do angry when you feel angry, right? When you feel sad, You don't got to try to do sad when you feel sad. Your feelings give birth to your doing. So instead of saying, how can I make myself be successful? Better question, how can I make myself feel successful right here, right now? Get yourself feeling successful. When you feel successful, you'll do successful on accident. If you want to be sexy, you need that. How can I feel sexy right here, right now? Find something on your body you like. I don't know if it's your smile. I don't care if it's your nose. I don't care if it's your eyebrows. It ain't got to be your chest. It ain't got to be your belly. It ain't got to be your waist. Find something on your body that you like right now and start focusing on it. Man, I got some sexy eyes. And as you start feeling sexy, watch how you start doing sexy on accident. Stop focusing on what you don't like. Stop talking about what you don't like. You're not doing yourself no favors. You making yourself ill. Bad and you blaming it on the economy. You making yourself feel bad and you blaming it on the cost of groceries. You making yourself feel bad and you blaming it on your business not looking the way that you want to look. You making yourself feel bad and you blaming it on the people around you. You are making you feel bad. Feeling good is an inside job. Only you can make you feel good, okay? It's nobody else's job to make you feel good. Feeling good is a decision. And understand this, sometimes it's a hard decision to make. I'm not saying that it's always a good decision, that it's always an easy decision to make. I'm not even saying that you're gonna always feel good. I don't even always feel good. I feel good most of the time, but I don't always feel good. But when I don't feel good, it's my job to make me feel good. It's my job to say, okay, how much sleep have I got? Have I ate? Have I been drinking water? Have I taken time to clear my mind? What do I need to feel good? And it's my job to go out and get that. You got you got to make you feel good. Uncross your arms and feel good right here, right now. Now it might take it might take a while, especially if you got a lot of momentum and not feeling good. Feeling good might be out of reach for today. It don't mean it's out of reach for tomorrow. You could be doing that of anything that you desire. If you can think it, you could do it. But if you can't even think. You can let go any hopes of doing it. You got to be able to hold it in your mind before you can hold it in your hands.
