Coach Jay presents his 5C method—Clarity, Calibration, Confidence, Competence, Consistency—arguing that imagination is your only real limit. He explains why most people know what they don't want but can't picture what they do, and how that clarity fuels automatic progress. He's rebranding to "I Coach Bosses" and launching free workshops and group programs for 2025.

What's up, what's up, what's up? Welcome to the live, welcome to the live. How y'all doing this morning? Let's get going, let's get going. Y'all know we like to start off every morning talking straight facts. What's the facts for today? The facts for today is you could be doing half anything you desire. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. Okay, if you can hold it in your head, you can hold it in your hands. And if you're stuck, that lets me know that you holding something in your head that's not working out for you. Before you could do anything out there, you got to be able to conceptualize it in here. You got to get a concept of your success mentally before you can have it physically. You got to get a concept of your wealth mentally before you can have it. Physically, you can be, do, and have anything you desire. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. And today we're going to be talking about how do I strengthen my imagination? How do I lock this picture in my imagination of what I like to have? You gotta understand, once you get that clear picture in your imagination, you start moving towards that desired outcome on accident. Whatever picture you're holding in your mind is the picture you move towards on accident. So if you're constantly moving towards unwanted things, that lets me know that you holding unwanted images in your head. We gotta get you reprogrammed, baby. We gotta get you recalibrated. You could be, do, and have anything that you desire. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. If you can think it, you can do it. If you can't think it, you can't do it. If you can hold it in your head, you can hold it in your hands. If you can't hold it in your head, you don't got to worry about holding it in your hands. But what you got to do on the front side is you got to get clear about what it is that you want. I'm Jay Shaw. I coach bosses, and I coach bosses using what I call the 5C method. 5C method is very simple. The first C is clarity. You can't get what you want until you know what you want. Most people have no idea what they want. That's why they don't get it. They know what they don't want, but they don't know what they would like to have. Most people lack clarity. That's why they don't have the life they want. After you get clarity, we move to the second C. The next C is calibration. You got to get in alignment with what you want. You get clear about what you want, you get clarity about what you want, then you got to calibrate to what you want. Most people— hear me out— most people are calibrated to what they don't want. That's why they get so much of it. So you got clarity, you got calibration, and after calibration, the third C is confidence. Gotta have confidence. Most people don't even know what confidence is. You want to know what confidence really is? Confidence is being so calibrated that you don't shift from it. You don't care what they say on the news. You don't care if your partner believe in it. You don't care if the rest of the world think it's a stupid idea. You don't care if nobody supports it because you're not calibrated to what they think. You calibrate it to your clarity. That's the third C, confidence. The fourth C is competence. That's when we start to get the skills. That's when we start to grow. That's when we start to do the development. Most people think that step 4 is step 1, and it shoots a lot of people in the foot. Step 4 is not step 1. Step 4 is step 4. Then the fifth C is consistency. Today we're gonna be talking about the first C. We're gonna be talking about clarity, because clarity is the foundation. Without clarity, You don't even know where to get started. And until you get clear about what you want, you could be standing next to somebody who can connect it for you. You don't even know to reach out and shake their hand. You could be standing in the midst of opportunity, but without clarity, you don't even realize it's an opportunity to be taken advantage of. What's going on, G? What's going on, 1965? What's going on, J-Bob? But that's what we're going to be talking about today. Before we just get into it, man, y'all talk to me a little bit. Where y'all from? Tap the screen. I want to make sure we got some real people here. I want to make sure we got some real interested people here. If you tired of being stuck, you ready to take things to a new level, you know that you— you know that there's greatness in you, you know that you got potential, you're just not quite sure where to get started, go ahead and tap the screen. We're going to teach you how to run it up. What's going on, Dee Dee? What's going on, Ken? Hey, Karen, what's up? J-Bob. Yeah, you could be doing half anything you decide Your only limits are in here. If you get rid of the limits in here, the limits will disappear out there. If you get lit, if you get rid of the limits and beliefs out here, you'll start growing on accident. You'll start expanding on accident. You could be doing have anything you desire, anything you desire. Only thing that can stop you is you. Can't nothing else stop you. The economy can't stop you. A bad relationship can't stop you. A mistake can't stop you. The only thing that can stop you is you. If you could think it, you could do it. But pay attention to the order of it. If you can think it, you can do it. Before you can do it, you got to think it. You got to become the type of person that could do it. Be, do, have. Before you could— first thing you got to do is become the type of person that could do it. After you become the type of person, the doing is in your nature because you became. And after you do the doing, you gotta have the results. Be, do, have. What's going on, A? What's going on, Jamie? How you doing? Welcome to the live. You could be, do, and have anything you desire. Nothing can stop you except for you. Hey, Jackie, what's up? Martinez. Nothing can stop you except for you. Your only limit is your own imagination. The only limit is your own imagination. What we got to do is we got to think on purpose. We gotta stop thinking no accident. I don't know who told you you were accident. You're not no accident, baby. You got a purpose. You got a major purpose, and you gotta start living like you got a purpose. You gotta start getting intentional with your life. We done with this. Let me see what's gonna happen. Let me decide what's gonna happen. Let me decide the type of life that I want to live. Y'all, we down to the last 90 days of the year. Did y'all know that? We down to the last 90 days of 2024. It's time to get clarity right now so you can roll into 2025 with some momentum. You don't gotta wait on January to kick things into gear. You could kick things into gear right here, right now. By January, you could be working with some serious momentum. By January, you can have new habits already on autopilot. You don't gotta wait on the rest of the world. You are a creator. You came here to create. And it's time to start creating right here, right now. What you waiting on? What you waiting on? I need you to get clear about what you want. Do you know what you want? You right here, do you know what you want? Because you could be doing, have anything you desire, but step one is getting clear about what you want so that you could focus, so that you could lock in. Stop seeing what's gonna happen. I want you to decide what you want out of 2025. Right now, I want you to decide what you want the end of 2025 to look like right now. And I want us to spend this last 90 days of this month really getting clear on what we want. Without clarity, you ain't got a leg to stand on. A lot of people reach out to me and they think that they lacking confidence when what they really lacking is clarity. Confidence requires clarity. It's impossible to have confidence without clarity. Confidence is literally your, your belief that you can achieve a particular outcome. If you don't have a particular outcome in mind, how do you start to generate the confidence towards it? So a lot of times people feeling unconfident, what they really feeling is that lack of clarity. Clarity is the foundation of, of everything, man, of everything. Without clarity, you can't be confident. Without clarity, you can't calibrate. Without clarity, it's impossible to lock in because you don't know what you want. You got to get crystal clear about what you want. You got to get crystal clear about what you want, and you got to stop spending so much time thinking about what you don't want. You got to realize that knowing what you don't want and knowing what you want is not the same thing. There's some overlap, but knowing what you don't want is not the same thing as knowing what you would like to have. Appreciate them taps, Rizzle. Appreciate you. What's up, Tony? Knowing what you don't want is not the same thing as knowing what you want. And most people, they know what they don't want, but they never take the time to say, okay, what would I rather have? What would I rather have? Most people, they see something that they don't want and they stop right there. They lock in on that. They think about that. They focus on that. Don't focus on that. That's not what you want. Why are you focusing on things that you don't want? You got to use what you don't want as the launching pad. You got to go, I don't like that. What would I rather have? What would I rather— I don't like the way this person talked to me. I don't like the way this person treated me. I want people to talk to me with respect. I want people to value what I got to say. I want to feel like I matter. You see how we're using what we don't want to get clear about what we would rather have? But we don't sit there and just focus on what we don't want. What's up, Nana? We use what we don't want to get clear about what we'd rather have. Then we put our undivided attention On what we'd rather have. And that's when you start to move towards it on accident. Step 1 of creating the life that you desire is sitting down asking yourself, what would I rather have? Notice what you don't like, but don't lock in on it. Notice what you don't like and go, what would I rather have? That's the first step to being successful. That's the first step to creating on purpose. Noticing what you don't like and going, what would I rather have? That's simple. You could do that, right? You could do that right here, right now. I don't like that. What would I rather have? I don't like the fact that there's not a lot of people here. What would I rather have? I'd rather have the room pouring with people. I'd rather have the room flooded with people. I want people from all over the world coming in here, getting this knowledge and applying it in their life. I want to have one of the biggest streams on TikTok. I want to wake up every morning and inspire people. I want people to leave this live knowing, understanding they could be doing, have anything they desire. That's what I'm going to lock into. As I lock into that, it's going to change me energetically. It's going to change the way I talk. It's going to change the way I vibe. It's going to change the way I flow. It's going to change the zone that I'm in. Because when I do that, I'm under the influence of what I desire. And when I'm under the influence of what I desire, I'm going to get ideas that align with what I desire. My tone of voice and my body language is going to reflect my desire. My mindset, my attitude is is going to reflect my desire. Now, if I get under the influence of what I don't want, my body language is going to be reflective of what I don't want. My energy is going to be reflective of what I don't want. Is that making sense? My mindset is going to be a reflection of what I don't want. I can't afford that. That's too expensive. And I ain't talking about terms of money. I'm talking about in terms of energy. I'm talking about in terms of energy. It's too expensive to walk around in life Thinking about what you don't want. It's time to get clear about what you would like and lock in on it. Because I'm gonna say it over and over again because it's true: you could be, do, and have anything you desire. Anything. You don't have no limits. Your only limits exist in your own imagination, and that's your imagination. You got to realize that your mind is not you. Your mind is a tool that you use. Your mind is not you. Your mind is a tool that you use, and you got to start using the tool On purpose, you got to just stop letting random things pop up in your head and thinking just because they popped into your head that they are true. Especially when it comes to limited beliefs about yourself, you got to realize that just because you think it don't mean it's true. And you got to start thinking on purpose. If you gonna be successful, you gotta start thinking on purpose. You gotta just stop letting your mind do whatever it want to do. You gotta train the mind. You got to cut off that monkey mind, and you got to learn how to lock in. You got to learn how to concentrate on things. You got to learn how to decide this is the energy that I want to sit in, how to point your mind in that direction. It takes practice. Let me tell you something: if you can watch a sad movie and get sad, if you can watch a funny movie and laugh, if you can watch a scary movie and get scared, you can create a picture of your future that you like. You can look at it, and you can get inspired. You can create a picture of your life that you like. You can create the version of yourself that you would like to see in here, and you can focus on it, and your body is going to respond to it. As humans, it's in our nature to respond to what we pay attention to. So I need you to start paying attention on purpose. I need you to decide what you want out of life. What do you want? Because the reason you don't got it is because you haven't taken the time to get clear about it. And it's not enough for you to think, you know, in your head. If it's not on paper, it's not a goal. If it's not written down, it's not a goal. It's a dream. And forget what they told you. Dreams don't come true. Goals come true. You could be doing, have anything you desire, but you got to be willing to put in a little bit of work. Tap the screen. Let me know you really you willing to put in some work to get what you want. I'ma load you up with some tools and resources. We gonna chop it up for about an hour, and I'ma load y'all up with some tools and resources. Before I get out of here. I'm going to need some energy, y'all. I'm, I'mma need people tapping the screen. I'mma need people sharing the live. I'mma need y'all in here with me tapped in if I'mma come in here and pour out my energy. What's going on, T? Welcome to the live. What's up, Adrian? What's up, Lou? How y'all doing? We talking about the fact that you could be doing to have anything you desire. I know some people probably stuck in life, and I'mma be real with you, the only thing keeping you stuck is your own conception Of yourself. If we get you a different conception of who you are, once we remind you who you are, we ain't got to teach you nothing. We just got to remind you who you are. You already know everything we're about to talk about. You just might have forgot. You could be doing have anything you desire, but you got to get a clear picture of it in your mind. You got to put the destination in the GPS. Imagine what it would be like if you got in an Uber and said, "Don't take me to the mall. I hate the mall. It's too expensive." I don't like the mall. I don't know why y'all go to the mall. Yeah, don't take me to the mall. I hate the mall. What would happen if you just got in an Uber and gave the driver a list of places that you didn't want to go? You know you want to go somewhere, you know, but you don't really know. But you know where you don't want to go, so you're just in the back of the Uber telling the driver where you don't want to go. How do you think that would work out? What's up, X? How would that work for you? Don't take me here. I don't want to go there. You got to get clear, man. You got to tell the driver where you want to go. That's how a lot of people go through life. They go through life thinking about, under the influence of what they don't want. I don't want this. I don't like this job. They don't treat me right. They don't value me. What do you want? I want you to get in the habit of every time you catch yourself complaining, every time you catch yourself trying to go in that downward spiral, I want you to get in the habit early on. I'm saying, what do you want? I know, okay, you see what you don't want. You see how focusing on that is making you feel. What do you want? Focus on that. That's going to give you a different set of emotions. That's going to give you a different set of ideas. That's going to give you a different body language. Focusing on that is going to make you charismatic. Focusing on that is going to unlock your confidence. Focusing on that is going to help you actually get that. Because focusing on what you don't want is going to piss you off. Focusing on what you don't want, it's going to annoy you. Focusing on what you don't want is going to lower your calibration. Focusing on what you don't want is going to stall your creativity. Everything that you want is on the other side of getting clear about what it is and focusing on it. You gotta get clarity. All the advanced techniques that I teach, all the other stuff that I teach, means nothing until you get clarity. That's why clarity is the foundation of everything we do. You got to get Clear about what you want. When people come into my office, that's one of the first things we got to figure out. What do you want? My wife said if I don't care what your wife said, what do you want? My doctor said if I don't quit, I don't care what your doctor said. What do you want? Once we understand what we want and we put our focus on it, oh man, we start moving towards it on accident. When you hungry, when you want food, you don't gotta beg yourself to eat. When you thirsty, when you want water, you don't got to convince yourself to want water. When you motivated, when you inspired, when you got a clear picture of the life that you want and you thinking about it and you under the alignment of it, you ain't got to force yourself to do the work. You ain't got to go chase down the ideas. You wake up with ideas. What's going on, Tanija? Did I say your name correctly? Let me know if I didn't. But you could be doing half. Anything that you desire, and when I say anything, I mean anything. And it's not just something I I say; it's something I've seen happen time and time and time again. For sure, for sure. Welcome to the fam. It's something I've seen time and time and time and time again. I've seen people coming to my office, come join me on Zoom. I've seen it when we first start talking. They don't know what they want. As I meet with them and talk to them, what's going on, niche? And help them get clear about what they want. What happens is they start to move there. On accident, what happens is they still go through challenges, but life starts to throw them the type of challenges that's leveling them up. Life starts to throw them the type of challenges that's forcing them to develop into the person they meant to be to get this thing that they want. I didn't say the challenges disappear. I said that you gonna accidentally start moving toward what you want, and when you know what you want and you focus on it and you under the influence of what you want, you find the energy to overcome the obstacles. You find the ideas to overcome the obstacle. When you in a room and you got the opportunity to present what you've been working on and talk to the right people, the right words pop into your mind because you're no longer living under the influence of what you don't want to have. You under the influence of what you want. Appreciate it, Tanisha. Tanisha gave me some energy. Thanks for the follow, Professor X. Y'all new people who coming in the room, I don't know if y'all ever met me. I'm Coach Jay and I coach bosses, and I want to pour some game on y'all today. I'm going to start to teach y'all my 5C method. The 5C method is the method that I teach to professional athletes, that I teach to entrepreneurs all over the world, that I teach to high performers. The 5Cs are clarity, calibration, confidence, competence, and consistency. Today we're talking about clarity. Now I'm gonna give y'all resources before I wrap up the live that's gonna take you through all the 5Cs, but today I'm talking specifically about clarity because clarity is the foundation, and without clarity you ain't really got anything. Clarity. That's the first C. You can't get what you want until you know what you want. It's not enough to simply know what you don't want. Most people stop at what they don't want, and that's why they got it. Most people go, I don't like this job. They don't treat me right. They ain't paying me enough. They overworking me. They underpaying me. I don't like this job. And they, they sit on it. They get on the phone, they talk about this job they don't like. They get on TikTok and watch videos about this job they don't like, but they never ask themselves, what would I rather have? That's what that's where the magic happened. That's a magical question. You need to put that question on your bathroom mirror. What would I rather have? You in a relationship you don't want. Don't focus on the the stuff that you don't want. Use what you don't want. I didn't say ignore what you don't want. I said don't focus on what you don't want. You're not stupid. You gonna notice it. But after you notice it, get in the habit of asking yourself, what would I rather have? I don't like the way my partner treat me. I don't like the way my— I don't feel like my partner respects me. What would I rather have? I'd rather feel valued. I'd rather feel like I'm a part of a team. I'd rather feel like I matter. I want to feel like I'm in a partnership. I want to feel like I'm with my best friend. I want to feel happy. I want to feel energized. I want to walk into my house. I want my house to energize me rather than de-energize me. Even as you start to describe what you want, you start to move towards it. Think about it. When you watch a funny movie, you ain't got to try to laugh. Just watch the movie. You watch a sad movie, you ain't got to try to feel sad. Just watch the movie. But when you watching the movie about what you don't want, you ain't got to try to feel aggravated. You ain't got to try to feel annoyed. You ain't got to try to feel pissed off. You ain't got to try to procrastinate. Just watch the movie. But when you start watching a movie about what you want, when you start watching a movie about what you desire, I ain't gotta try to get out of the bed at 6 AM. It aligns with what I want. I'm under the influence of what I want, so it's in my nature to do things that get me where I want to go. I don't gotta try to go to the gym. I know what I want. I know what I want my body to look like. I know what number I want to see on the scale, and I'm thinking about that more than I'm thinking about the effort that it takes to get it. I'm locked into what I want, and because I know what I want, I start to move towards it on accident. I start to meet people who can help me get there on accident. Man, you'll be surprised at the amount of opportunities that fell in my lap, but they only fell in my lap when I knew what I wanted. I'm one of the luckiest people that you know, but the reason I appear to be lucky is because I know what I want. I focus on what I want, so I'm a vibrational match to what I want. If you stop focusing on what you don't want, oh man, I'm not saying you're not gonna have to do no work, but I'm saying you're gonna have the energy to do Do the work. I'm not saying you're not gonna have to come up with some good ideas, but I'm saying you're gonna wake up with those ideas. It's a difference between, oh man, I gotta go to the gym, and I get to go to the gym. It's a difference between, oh man, I gotta go live, and I get to go live. It's a difference between, man, yeah, I'm gonna coach people because I don't want to starve and I want to pay my mortgage, and I'm the luckiest man in the world because I get to do this thing that I love and make a handsome salary doing it. I get to coach. I get to go to the gym. I get to eat healthy. I get to drink water. I get to be inspirational. But I don't like— so you got to understand, before I did this, I was in the military and I hated it. And I spent a lot of time hating it. I was spending all my energy hating what I didn't want instead of building what I would rather have. So I would sit down with other people, man, I can't wait to my contract. I can't wait to get out of this stupid And I gotta go over here, and I gotta wear this, and I can't grow my beard, and I can't grow my hair, and I can't wear earrings, and I can't wear. I don't like this. Boy, the day I asked myself what would I rather have, my life started changing, and I didn't even realize how quickly it was changing. The first time I asked what would I rather have, man, I want to be my own boss. I want to live where I want to live. I want to grow my beard. I want to wear my earrings. I want to wear my nose ring. I want to grow my hair. Like, after I started asking myself— after I started asking myself what would I rather have, I started moving towards it on accident. I took my braids down last night, so y'all just bear with me. But after I started asking myself what would I rather have, I started moving toward it on accident. You could be, do, and have anything that you desire. You got to ask yourself better questions. You got to get from under the influence of what you don't want. You got to get under the influence of what you would rather have. I was thinking about becoming an air marshal, but I'm still second-guessing. It's okay to second-guess, but I need you to just spend more time seeing yourself as an air marshal than you spend second-guessing. It's in your nature to second-guess. We call that homeostasis. It's in your nature to second-guess. Think about it. If your body get too hot, you ain't got to try to sweat. Your body gonna try to cool you off. If you get too cold, you ain't got to try to shiver. Your body gonna say, hey, this is the temperature we supposed to be at. So now you think about being an air marshal, that's raising that temperature of possible or impossible. So that's your body sweating. The second guessing is just sweating. Grab a towel, wipe it off, and keep working. A little sweat ain't gonna kill you. The second guessing is just sweat. Don't do it. Don't let the sweat stop you. If you go to the gym and you're not sweating, what the fuck you there for? Excuse my French, but if you go to the gym and you never break a sweat, If you go to the gym and you never elevate your heart rate, you're not really working out. You could have stayed at home. You at the gym, and that second-guessing lets me know that you sweating. Keep sweating, keep moving, keep holding that picture of what you want. When I first decided to become a full-time coach and a full-time therapist, you don't think I was second-guessing? You don't think I was sweating? That just mean you alive. Like, the word nervous is so funny to me. I'm nervous. Well, your body is full of nerves, so if you stop being nervous, you probably dead. You mean your nerves are moving? You mean your nerves are passing information through your nervous system, letting you know that, hey, something coming up you ain't never did before, you might need some extra energy? Glad you got this. I'm glad you caught this live too, Susie Q. I need you guys tapping the live— I mean tapping the screen. I need you guys sharing the live because I'm gonna be going live every morning. I set my alarm for 6 AM and I'm usually on here by 6:15 or so. But every morning we're gonna be going live and we're gonna be— well, not every morning, Monday through Friday. Saturday, Sunday, we'll see. But Monday through Friday, I'm gonna be starting the day on the live reminding you, not teaching you. It's very important you understand this. I'm not teaching you anything. Everything we talking about, you already know. But at some point, you might have forgot. At some point, the truth got covered up with lies about who you really are. Because the fact of the matter is, you could be doing half anything you desire, and you already know that. Think about all the stuff you can't eat. Think about all the stuff that you learned in the first 2 years of your life. You learn how to walk, you learn how to talk, you learn that's mom, that's dad, that's my big brother. That's— you learn all of this stuff. If you grew up in a house where people speak 5 languages, you learn all 5 of those languages without even trying. If you grew up in a house where people speak 10 languages, you'll learn all 10 of those languages without even trying because that's who you are. Think about the process that had to happen before that happened. You were a sperm cell. You had to beat out 500 million other sperm cells to fertilize that egg. You wanted to be here so bad that you beat 500 million other sperm cells. That's how bad you wanted to be here. Then you got inside of the womb and they say, hey, if you really want to be out there, you need a heart, you need some lungs, you need a kidney, you need a bunch of cells. You like, you need millions and millions of You sat in that womb and you built all of those cells. You wanted to be here. It's not a mistake that you're here. It's not an accident that you're here. And I'm going to tell you again, I say this all the time. What's up, Anna? God is not a messy creator. God creates in order. God creates in a straight line. Okay? God didn't create Adam and then create Adam's purpose. God had a purpose for Adam before he created Adam. And it's the same way with you. You had a purpose before you had a name. It's time for you to stop living like an accident. You are not an accident. Yeah, I changed my username. We done rebranded completely. We done changed everything. We done changed everything. You can be, do, and have anything you desire. I'm on all the other platforms under the same name too. Lock in with me there too. You could be, do, and have anything you desire. The only thing that can stop you is you. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. If you could think it, you could do it. If you can't think it, you can't do it. Appreciate you, Tanija. If you can hold it in your head, you can hold it in your hands. If you can't hold it in your head, you don't got to worry about holding it in your hands because you never will. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. Your only limit in life is your own conception of yourself. I want you to start thinking on purpose. Like in this the four-step pro— in this five-step process that I teach, action is step four. We gotta we gotta get the internal right. We gotta get you clear. We gotta get you clear about what you want. We gotta get you calibrated to the clarity. We gotta get you confident in the calibration. Then we start on the competence. I want you to forget about the doing. People always want to change what they doing. Let me tell you something: if you change your mind, you will do different on accident. If you if you just change what you're thinking, you'll start taking different action on accident. But a lot of people want to do is sit in the same thinking and try to take new action. That don't work. That don't work. Well, make sure you hit that follow button, Anna. Y'all give me just a second. I'm gonna pause the live and I'm gonna be right right right right back. But y'all keep tapping the screen and keep on bringing energy in. If you got any questions, we gonna answer them soon as I get back. Let me see something. Boom! Told y'all I was coming right back. But do y'all— are y'all understanding what I'm saying when I say that you could be, do, and have anything you desire? I don't want you just to get theory. I want you to leave here with an understanding that you can apply instantly and start getting different results out of life. Do you guys have goals written down? Do you have clear, well-defined goals written down? If you don't, it's fine, but we gonna fix it. If you don't, it ain't the end of the world, but boy, it's only a few feet from it. It's only a few blocks from being the end of the world. We got clearly defined goals written down. If not, I'm gonna show you where I want you to go so you can get there. I don't want you to go to sleep tonight. I want you to take it deeper than SMART goals. I want you to come up with a well-formed outcome. We use this thing called the 5C Clarity Blueprint. This is where I have all my clients fill out. I'm gonna put y'all on game. Give me a second. Let me get to it. We go here, go here, and go here. Okay, give me just Uh, minute. All right, so if you guys click the link in my bio, it's gonna take you— it's gonna take you here. If you go to this and you see this, get my 5C Clarity Blueprint for free and gain access to the inner circle, that's gonna put you into my inner circle and it's gonna text you a link. For what I call a 5C clarity blueprint, and I'm not gonna lie. It's probably gonna take you a good 10, 15, 20 minutes if you really take your time to fill that out. If you serious about getting what you want, I want you to fill that form out. If you're not serious about getting what you want, don't waste your time. But if you want what you want, if you ready to have more, if you want 2025 to be the year, the time to start is now. You don't start when the game start. You start before the game. I tell my athletes all the time, you don't get the trophy and then become a champion. You become a champion like you start eating like a champion, you start training like a champion, you start living like a champion. As you work out like a champion, as you practice like a champ, like a champion, as you study the game like a champion, guess what? Gotta show up. The trophy don't make you a champion. The trophy represents that you are a champion. So if you waiting on the trophy to become a champion, You ain't ever gonna get a trophy. But if you just become a champion, if you just get in the mindset of champion, if you just go hang out in the vibration of champion, guess what gotta show up? The trophy. Stop waiting on your trophy to become a champion. Stop waiting on the money to become rich. If you start thinking rich thoughts, if you start having rich conversation, if you start reading rich books and start having rich discussions, And you remain in that vibration, guess what gotta show up? Money. But if you waiting on the money before you willing to entertain the ideas, if you waiting on the money before you willing to have the conversation, the money never show up. It's the same way with your goals. In order to hit them, you got to get clear about what they are. What do I want? How will I know when I get it? What will I see when I get it? See, SMART goals ain't gonna ask you this. What will I hear when I get it? What will be different when I— if I woke up tomorrow and I had it, what would that feel like? What type of body language would I walk through the world with? What new skills do I need to get it? What skills do I already have that's going to help me get it? What resources do— yeah, the SMART goal ain't going to ask you that. That 5C blueprint going to get you right. So if you're really serious about creating the life you desire, I got you free of charge with The 5C Clarity Blueprint, and I also got a free 5C workshop. That second poll right here, if you click that free 5C workshop, it's gonna take you through all five of the C's. Right now we talking about clarity. I'm not gonna say this my favorite C, but it's the foundation. Other C's don't matter without clarity. You can't calibrate without clarity. You can't get confidence without clarity. You can't get competence without clarity, and you can't apply consistency. Without clarity. So I'm not going to say that clarity is my favorite C, but it's, it's the foundation. So we always got to start with clarity. I came up with this 5C method about 10 years ago. I'm gonna be honest with you, I came up with it at first because I got jealous of my clients. I started realizing that my clients were getting crazy results and they were getting them fast, and I was the common denominator. So I started doing a weekly session with myself. I say, shit, I need to hire him, he's a great coach. It's not my favorite. If I'm being honest, confidence is probably my favorite one because that's when the momentum really starts to build. The reason I spend so much time on clarity is because most people don't fucking have it. And they think they second-guessing theyself and they think they can't do it and they think they unconfident and they think the world against them and they think— and only thing that's missing is clarity. Most people, like 80% of people, if I just help them got clarity and got out of their way, they would Likely still be successful. Probably take a little more time, but if I just help them got clarity and got out of their way, they could probably figure it out. Clarity is you don't know what you don't know. You can't get it until you know what it is. Most people don't know what it is. Most people they really know what they don't want. I I can't stand my partner. That my partner don't respect me. My partner don't value me. My partner is this. My partner. What do you want? Like I understand it. I'm not saying you wrong for feeling how you feel, but in order to get what you want, you got you gotta you gotta put that down so you can pick this up. Your hands are full of what you don't want, so you ain't got no hand free to grab what you want. So that's why I spend so much time on clarity because we've been trained to pay attention to. We've been trained to work on problems instead of build solutions. And we got to rewire it. Why are you working on the problem? Why are you working on the problem? If you got a garden, look, let's go down this road. If you got a garden, this garden is full of beautiful roses, full of all types of beautiful flowers, and there is a weed growing in this garden. Do you argue with the weed? Do you fuss with the weed? Do you try to convince the weed to change into a rose, or do you pull it out and focus on your roses? What people do in life is instead of just pulling the weed out and throwing it out the garden, they want to convince the weed to change. Weeds don't change. You don't argue with the weed. You don't water the weed. You pull it out at its root. Somebody's comments got filtered. You pull it out at its root. Stop trying to overcome negative people. Stop trying to convince them. You don't got to convince them. You You got to ignore them. You don't got to get them to agree with you. You got to stop talking to them and spend that energy building what you already know. If you know something in your heart of heart to be true, you don't got to convince nobody else. It's a full-time job convincing you. I ain't got to be— I ain't got to convince nobody that I— bro, people thought I was crazy when I got out of the military to do this full-time. And if I was busy trying to convince them, I wouldn't have the energy to build what I built. I didn't use my energy arguing with them and trying to come— shit, they'll see it. Now we done built something they can't help but to see. They see it. You ain't never heard an oak tree grow, but look up. You ain't never seen an acorn walking down the road trying to convince you that it was going to become an oak tree. It just went inside the ground and started growing. I need you to get clear, go sit in the ground, and start going. Growing. If that little ass acorn can become that big old oak tree, you don't think you— you think God put more thought into an acorn than he put in the big old you? You better quit playing. You better wake the hell up. You better wake up. If you could think it, you can do it. If you could think it, you could do it. But you're gonna have to get clear. You're gonna have to get some clarity. You're gonna have to get calibrated. But it's gonna start with clarity. So when we finish, not right now because we talking right now, so I need you to stay put right now. But when we done for the day, you're gonna click that link on my profile. If you haven't followed me yet, go ahead and hit that follow button. Hit the iCoach Bosses at the top, hit follow. But when we done, you're gonna go to the Linktree and you're gonna fill out this 5C Clarity Blueprint, and it's gonna give you the blueprint and it's gonna put you in my inner circle. Let me show you exactly what's gonna happen after you— oh, I can't show you because it's gonna send you a text message with a link. But I want you to get that filled out. I want you to get that filled out. And if you really want to go deep into learning 5C, you can also check out the free 5C workshop. All right, because I think I need money to start. I'm not gonna say fake it till you make it. I'm gonna say become it. There's a difference between faking and becoming. When you faking it, you know that you faking it. But I want you to— let's put this into perspective, right? Like, I got all types of degrees and certifications and all this different stuff, right? And I got paper that represents those certifications. Now, those papers hang on my wall in my office. Let's say my office burned down and I no longer have those papers. Am I no longer certified because I don't have the paper? No. No, I'm certified. The paper just not there. I could call that institution and go, hey, it's Jay. I lost my diploma. I lost my degree. Can you guys send me another? I could get another piece of paper. The paper doesn't certify me. The paper represents that I'm certified. That makes sense. The money don't make me rich. The money represents that I am rich. The money is a representation of what's already happened in here. The certification is a representation of what's already happened. In here doesn't certify me. It represents that certain processes and certain thoughts have been locked in here. So now that paper represents that, but it doesn't make me that. I make the paper, the paper don't make me. So if I'm waiting on paper to feel made, I never get made. I become made, then the paper shows up as a reflection that I'm made. Does that make sense? So if you need money to get— you don't need money to get started. You need to become the type of person That the money flows too naturally. And as you become that type of person, guess what? Gotta show up the money. So don't fake it. Become the type of person that's worthy of having it. And as you become that type of person and you move into that second C, which is calibration, and you become calibrated to that second person, and when you calibrate it, it don't matter what they say on CNN. I don't calibrate to the economy. I'm gonna force the economy to calibrate to my creative. Smart, resourceful ass. I'm not going to calibrate to the dating pool. I'm going to force the dating pool to calibrate to my handsome, energetic, creative, fun self. So don't calibrate outwardly. You need to get clarity and start calibrating to that. And as you remain calibrated to that clarity, the economy is going to have to calibrate to you. The dating pool is going to have to calibrate to you. The job market is going to have to calibrate to you. People like I know other people who do what I do, and they say things like, "Man, you can't make no money doing that." People not investing in self-development. People not spending money on stuff. Shit, maybe in your calibration, but in my calibration, people pay a lot of money to be calibrated. Are you a millionaire? Well en route, user. Well en route. Very calibrated to it. What's going on, Jerry? You could be, do, and have anything you desire. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. Why you rebranded? What I Coach Bosses mean? So, um, I got tired of coaching a certain type of people. I got tired of coaching people without vision, and I decided that I only want to work with high performers. I coach bosses is a reflection of that decision. Some people see I coach bosses and instantly get turned off, and that lets me know you're not calibrated to this. This is— this don't fit your calibration. You don't want to work with me, and if you don't want to work with me, it's a pretty good chance I don't want to work with you either. So I coach bosses is just a reflection of, um, where we headed. We narrowing the coaching pool. It's getting more of an apply to work with me than just to schedule an appointment. Like, if you go on any of our websites You apply for an appointment. We're not coaching everybody going into the new year. We're not working with just anybody going into the new year. I want to work with entrepreneurs. I want to work with high performers. I want to work with professional athletes. I want to work with people who consider themselves a boss. So that name is meant to— whenever you run a business, your marketing should pull in the right people and it should piss the wrong people off. Some people gonna see I Coach Bosses and they're gonna go, are you a millionaire? What bosses do you coach? I don't want to coach you. Get the fuck on. Scroll out the room. I don't want to talk. You asking the wrong type of questions. You're not thinking big. You limited. You trapped in a box. Go enjoy some free YouTube content, but I don't want to coach you. I coach bosses. So I coach bosses is a reflection of that. It's meant to pull the right people in and push the wrong people away. But that's just where we headed. It's us getting clarity on Who we want to work with. It's us getting calibrated to that clarity. It's us being confident in that calibration. And yeah, this is a name change. It was a long time coming, but it's here and it's working. But yeah, that's where the rebrand came from. We love everybody, but we just, we can't coach everybody. We can't, we can't coach everybody. We got to coach people And even if you look like in the messaging on here, the Go-Getter Secret Weapon, I help go-getters set clear goals and achieve them without feeling stressed, confused, and overwhelmed using my unique 5C method. If you're not a go-getter, you don't want to get coached by me. And people who don't work with me know if you're not a go-getter, you don't want to get coached by me. I'm not going to let you give up on yourself. I'm not going to let you talk down on yourself. I'm going to make you— you don't want to work with me if you really don't want what you want. So I Coach Bosses is a reflection of that, and my people who show up week after week and do the work, they're bosses and they earned that title. But yeah, that's how that came about. That was a great question, Anna. Thanks for asking that question. What's going on, D-Mel? You know firsthand, like, I'm not like— quit playing with me, let's go. This is the Clarity Calibrator. What's going on, Blue? Calibrate to the clarity. This 5C method isn't just something that I made up. This is something that I live day in, day out. It, and it works. It works. I came up with this method because I was noticing the type of progress my clients were making, and I started looking for me a coach. And quite frankly, I couldn't find a coach that was what I wanted, so I started doing coaching sessions with myself. But I realized that I didn't know how to do for my clients— I didn't know how to do for myself what I was doing for my clients. So 5C came about through me re-engineering— not re-engineering, but, um, reverse engineering what I was doing for my clients. I started recording my sessions, I started listening back to them, and I said, okay, well, I always get clarity first. I don't ever do anything until I get clarity. And after they get clarity, I start to calibrate them to that clarity. I start to get them believing that that's possible. I start to get that clarity into their nervous system. Then I get them confident in that calibration. And then we start talking about the skills. Man, I never even started talking about skills until like session 5 or session 6. The first few sessions is all about clarity and calibration. Then I— so I started reverse engineering what I was doing for my clients and I started working on myself with it. I'm like, oh shit, this work. So it just became the method that we use. What's going on, Far? How you doing? What's up? What's up? What's up? But anybody got any questions based on anything that we talking about, man, I'm here for you guys. I am at you guys' service. When we finish, I am gonna have you to click the link in the bio and have you to go get this 5C Clarity Blueprint. You gotta get this blueprint, or the future lives, you're gonna be lost in the sauce. This blueprint is gonna help you get the clarity. That's your first time in here? Welcome to the room. I feel like I've seen your name before. I don't know. What's up, Jennifer? But this 5C Clarity blueprint is where things gonna start to pick up for you. So I need everybody in here once we finish, not right now, but once we finish, you're gonna click the link in the bio, go to this Linktree, and And you're gonna put your first name and your phone number in here, and it's going to text you the link for the 5C Clarity Blueprint. You're gonna click that link, you're gonna fill that out, and you're gonna take your time and fill it out. You're not gonna rush through it. Look, you don't wanna rush through your clarity. You don't wanna rush through your clarity. The clarity is the foundation of everything else we're gonna be talking about. So you're gonna take your time, you're gonna fill that form out. And it's going to email you a copy of your responses. Okay? And that's where we starting at, man. You're going to fill that form out and that form is going to get you right. That form is going to get you right. You could be doing, have anything you desire. When I say anything you desire, I mean anything. Your only limit is your own conception of yourself. If you can imagine it, you can do it. If you can't imagine it, you can't do it. But oh, if you can imagine it, Man, and if you imagine it vividly enough, if you imagine it often enough, you'll mess around and do it on accident. You gotta really all throughout your day you responding to your imagination. You constantly responding to what you imagine. You don't respond to the world; you respond to what you imagine about the world. I need you to start imagining on purpose. That's how you feel about your ice cream truck bit. I'm telling if you just keep. Feeling about your ice cream truck business, if you just keep thinking about your ice cream truck business in terms of what you want. Uh, so my background is in clinical hypnotherapy, and I'm a hypnotist by training. So we didn't— I didn't help hundreds of people quit smoking, lose weight, quit biting their nails, anxiety, PTSD, you name it. But I, um, I'd rather coach than do therapy. But I use my therapeutic background as a coach. You want to try that for depression? Okay, so this is what we've been talking about. We got to get you under the influence. I love that you said that because this is a great teaching moment. So you don't want to, you don't want to try that for depression. You want to try that for What you would rather have? You want to try that for an uplifted mood. You want to try that for the life that you desire. Like, we got to get from under the influence of the depression to get under the influence. That's what that clarity piece is all about. Because most people do things to get away from what they don't want. That clarity piece is about going, what would I rather have? Instead of doing things to get away from that, I'm doing things to get closer to that. It's a complete Complete game changer. It's giving a completely different set of instructions to your nervous system. So you don't want to try that for depression. You want to try that for happiness. You want to try that for bliss. You want to try that for clarity. And then you don't want to try it. You want to do it. Like a hypnotist, the words, the words give a lot of like as people describe. I could tell a lot by how people describe the problems. Like it's a difference in somebody saying, man, I just feel like I'm it's a weight on my shoulders. I'm weighed down. No matter how hard I try, I just fail. And I just feel— That's a kinesthetic person. That's a person who has a strong body connection. Then somebody else might say, I just can't see my way through this. Nothing works. It's just so unclear. That's a visual person. That's a person who is— they're literally seeing blockages in their life. When they try to move forward, they literally can't see their way through. So they still going to use the 5C method, but we're going to put them through a visual version of the 5C method. Something— so like the background in hypnosis really helps because you can, even as people talk, you starting to go, ah, I see, I feel you. Like you, the language give you a lot of information, a whole lot of information. We're gonna talk about a lot of that different stuff for sure, for sure. What's going on, Alton? How you doing, man? Welcome to the live. So for people who just coming in, man, I'm Coach Jay. I coach bosses and I firmly believe you could be doing half Anything you desire, anything you desire. Oh, they have a lot of overlap. I think any form of successful therapy requires hypnosis, whether you consider yourself a hypnotist or not. But if you're not changing the mindsets, if you're not changing that internal representation, if you're not making new associations and installing new triggers in that person, the therapy isn't going to hold. So I don't care if you're using talk therapy, psychotherapy, hell, aromatherapy, tapping. I don't care what modality you use. If you don't successfully hypnotize that person, the therapy isn't going to hold. You don't got to call it hypnosis, but I've been doing hypnosis for 2 decades. I know hypnosis when I see hypnosis, and it's embedded in every form of therapy. We actually got a new program that we're building that we call Coach's Corner. And it's for therapists and coaches, and, uh, we're really helping them with the marketing aspects of filling up their practice. But, um, we also going to be teaching therapeutic techniques and having weekly case conferences as well. For sure, for sure. It's so much overlap. It's so much overlap. So, so, so, so What's going on, business? What's going on, dealer? So let me ask you guys this: What are you guys expecting out of 2025? What are you guys expecting out of 2025? What's going on? Do you guys got like what you want out of 2025 wrote down? Guys, let me tell you something: We less than 90 days out. We less than 90 days out. What's up, Michael Johnson? Or I think we might be exactly 90 days out. The time to start getting ready for 2025 is now. January 1st is too late. January 1st is too late. The time to start getting serious about 2025 is right here, right now. By the time January hit, you can have some real momentum going. By the time January 1st hit, you can already have habits. Difference between first you build a habit, then the habit builds you. You can have the habit already built by January 1st, and you can have the habit— like going to the gym can be a habit by January 1st. Eating a certain way can be a habit by January 1st. Living a certain way, thinking a certain way, being a certain way could be a habit by January 1st. Don't wait on January 1st to build a habit. You want to start building the habit now. So January first, you three months locked into it, and at that point it's carrying you. You ain't got to carry it. You ain't got to carry it. Let me see something. Oh, that say September ten. I was so confused. Okay, got you, got you, got you. Anybody got any questions about anything we've talked about so far, man? I like how you are under the influence of what you want. Stay locked into it. Stay locked into the influence of what you want. Put all the energy into what you want. Use what you don't want as the launching pad. What you don't want is such a beautiful thing because that's where you get the clarity from. Yeah, the clarity literally comes from looking at something you don't like and going, what would I rather have? So look at the state of the country, go, what would I rather have? Lock in on it. Lock in on it. What's going on, Dummy J? How you doing? What's going on, Blue? So we're gonna be landing soon, guys. So any questions, any comments, anything, let me know. And when we finish here, you guys are gonna go fill out the 5C Clarity Blueprint. And people who want to go real deep, you're going to check out that free 5C training. It's about an hour-long video, but we unpacking all 5 of the C's. We're unpacking all 5 of the C's. And also on that same Linktree, anybody who want to book consultations or anything like that, all of that is on there. Where do I see myself in 2025? 2025 seems like an awesome year to do $25,000 a month. I see myself doing a lot more group coaching instead of one-on-one coaching. We've had to turn a lot of people away just because of the price point of our one-on-one coaching. So in 2025, we're rolling out a lot of group coaching things and a lot of communities. Like we got the Dreams in Action community already going. We got Coach's Corner just rolling out in probably 2 to 3 weeks, just depending on how long it take us to roll it out. Then I got, um, the 5C Growth Accelerator. then I'm growing. Because, um, typically, like, working with me one-on-one, you probably spend about $499 a week, whereas with this new group coaching program we're working out, people be able to access that for $99 a week. So, um, we're going to be doing a lot of group coaching, group learning, group development in 2025. That way we can help a lot more people in a lot less time at a much lower price point. Because people need what we teach right now more than Ever, and I don't want to keep it locked behind a price wall like a super high price wall. But the amount of effort and energy that goes into what we do, we can't make it too cheap neither. So we're gonna be rolling out a lot of group coaching, rolling out a whole lot of group coaching. I see myself doing a complete body transformation. In 2025, I've already been hitting the gym consistently for about five or six months. We'll be doubling down on that, keeping that going. 2025 not gonna be a restart. It's gonna be just really a continuation of what what we've been what we've been cooking. We're not gonna reset it every year because we got long-term goals. So we don't reset every year. 2025, we just. I'm gonna show gratitude for the, you know, a new year, new opportunities, and keep building upon what we've been building upon. Health is wealth. I don't care how much money you got, you're gonna have a hard time enjoying it if you can't take 10 steps without getting winded. What's up, I'm Her? What's going on, Blossom? So yeah, that's what 2025 is looking like for us. What y'all got in store for 2025? What's going on, Grandma? That's what 2025 is looking like for us. I want to do a lot of coaching. I'm very much in my coaching bag these days. I move through seasons. I move through seasons of coaching and I move through seasons of therapy. I'm very much in a coaching season right now. I don't even— I don't feel like doing it. I don't want to do therapy. I want to look at it and say, hey, you screwing up. What you want? This what you want? Okay, let's do this, this, and this. Yeah, and we're gonna complete it now. We're gonna get a 90-day head start on 2025. We're gonna get a 90-day head start on 2025. And guys, um, when you fill out that thing with your name and your phone number, it's going to send you that link to the 5C Clarity Plan, to the blueprint. If you want to get on our email list, then reply to that text message with your email address because we give a lot of value through the emails. And we also be giving information for all these programs and group learnings that we got coming up. All those come out through email. So if you want to be in the loop for that stuff, then reply to that text message to send your email address. What's up, man? Thanks for coming through. What's up, Rosie? How you doing?
