chop it up with y'all on the way. As y'all come in, man, let me know people in here. As you can see, most of my focus is going to be dedicated in this direction, but occasionally I'll come to a stop. Occasionally I'll be able to reply, and my number is in the description, man, 972-525-4988. So we headed to the office. For those of you who don't know me, I'm Coach Jay. I coach bosses. I'm located right here in Dallas, Texas. I work with entrepreneurs, high performers, professional athletes, I'm a firm believer that every problem is a thinking problem. If you can think it, you can do it. But if you can feel it, you'll do it on accident. And that's what I teach my clients how to do. I teach them how to feel how they need to feel so that they accidentally do the things that they need to do. A lot of times people try to use willpower to push through not feeling like it, trying to use willpower to push through procrastination, trying to use willpower to push through indecisiveness. That's not— I'm not gonna say you can't be successful doing that, but I am gonna say there's a much easier way. A science-backed way. What you got to do is you got to change the way you feel. Think about it. When you feel upset, you do upset on accident. When you feel sad, you do sad on accident. When you feel depressed, you do depressed on accident. You notice how your behavior, your facial expression, your gestures, the tone of your voice always follows how you feel. What do you think would happen if you learned how to feel successful? What do you think would happen if you learned how to feel Like that guy. What you think would happen if you learn how to feel like the type of person that can walk into any room with their shoulders back, their chest out, and their chin up? What you think would happen if you learned how to feel like a millionaire? If you learned how to feel rich? If you learned how to feel like a great salesman? If you learn how to feel that way, you'll accidentally assume the body language that aligns with that feeling. If you learn how to feel that way, you accidentally start listening to podcasts, start reading books, start hanging out in Networking with people who feel similar. Got these things in the mind called mirror neurons. Well, in the brain, not in the mind. These things in the brain called mirror neurons, and these mirror neurons are constantly seeking things that feel familiar. They are constantly looking for things to mirror. So even if your bank account hasn't caught up yet, if you learn how to sit in the feeling of wealth, you will accidentally start to pull wealthy people into your energy, into your into your space. And they won't feel out of place. They'll feel comfortable talking to you. They'll feel comfortable mentoring you. Okay, when somebody asks me for mentorship, I'm not gonna lie, one of the first things that goes through my mind is, do I like this person enough to sit down and talk to them several times a month for free? That's, that's what my mind— do I like this person? Do we got things in similar? Do we have things in common? Is it going to be work for me to talk to? Because I'm not looking for more work. So the people that I do agree to mentor, these are usually people who have already— even if they haven't hit their goal, they've already put their mind in the direction of the goal. And I can feel that energy by how they ask me to mentor them. Okay, what we got to stop doing is trying to stop— we got to stop trying to check these individual boxes. Like, let's say you wanted to be more confident, okay? And you appear like, okay, I need to master my body language, I need to master my tone, I need to master my speaking pace, I need to make eye contact. You're trying to consciously hold all All of this stuff in your mind. If you just learn how to feel confident, you'll accidentally shoulders back, chest out, chin up. You accidentally start talking in a confident manner. You accidentally start to present in a confident manner. You don't gotta check all these indiv— all these individual boxes. You gotta assume the feeling of confidence and allow the feeling to do the work. One of the things I always tell my clients is you never use willpower to control the body. You use willpower to control the mind, and you let the mind control the body. That's one of the primary reasons that we have a brain, is to control the body. Give the brain the overall goal, assume the feeling, and let the subconscious mind fill in the gaps. Right now I'm, I'm driving, okay? I'm doing lots of things. I'm calculating the distance between me and the car in front of me. It's going to be time to signal, it's going to be time to use the mirror, it's going to be times that I might want to adjust the AC. But I'm not individually saying, okay, flex my bicep, extend my arm, press the button, do that. I, I couldn't. It's going too much to handle. What I am doing is I got a destination. I know where I'm going. I know that I want to get there safely. I know that I want to get there in a timely manner. And I've given all of those overall goals to my subconscious, and I'm trusting my subconscious to fill in the gaps. You got to start trusting your subconscious. You got to stop trying to check every individual box. Feed your subconscious mind the goal. Now notice I said feed it the goal. In order to feed it a goal, you have to have a goal. You can't feed your subconscious mind something that you don't have. So if you're just starting to come around, you might have never heard about something that we call the 5 C's. By the way, I'm Coach Jay. I'm a high-performance hypnotist, okay? I work with entrepreneurs, I work with high performers, professional athletes, artists. I work with people who are ready to take full control of their reality. No excuses, no blaming mommy and daddy, no blaming the government. I'm taking full ownership of my life, okay? If that resonates with you, you're gonna love it here. If not, you might want to scroll, you might want to keep moving, but I'm not kicking you out. You're welcome to kick it as long as you want to, but I'm a firm Believer that as humans we have a superpower. Y'all ready to see y'all what that superpower is? The superpower is we can be, do, and have anything we desire. You gotta understand, upset because it's not here, that's not desire. Hating on people who got it, that's not desire. Desire is feeling yourself moving towards it. Desire is excited about what's coming, okay? At least that's how we define desire in the iCoach Bosses model. If you can think it, you can do it, okay? Thinking creates the potential. If you can think it, you can do it. But if you Feel it, you will do it on accident. Feeling is the secret. Neville Goddard has a book called Feeling Is the Secret. I encourage every last one of you to read it. You gotta forget setting the goal. After you set a goal, you gotta feel that goal, and you gotta feel it before it happens. You gotta feel it in your body before you can feel it in your hands. You gotta feel it in your head before you can feel it in your hands. You gotta get excited about what's going on in here before you can experience it out there. You gotta impregnate yourself with what you desire. That's what you got to do. If you can think it, you can do it. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. So I encourage you to figure out what it is that you want. When I first started working with people, one of their biggest problems is they don't know what they want. And it's crazy because they think they know what they want, but what they actually know is what they don't want. What you don't want is not the same thing as what you want. It's one thing to know that you hate your job. It's one thing to know that they underpay you and overwork you. But there's still not clarity about what you want. What do you want? What would you rather have? Because you can't hit a target that don't exist. Imagine what would happen if you were a taxi driver and somebody got in your taxi and they said, hey, don't take me to the mall, I hate the mall, don't take me to the mall, I'm not paying $300 for no one pair of shoes, don't take me to the mall, I hate them all, I hate them all. Okay, I get it that you hate them all, but in order for me to get you to a destination, you have to give me one. And that's how a lot of people go through life. They going through life with a list of things that they don't like, but they've never taken time to define what they would rather have. What do you want? That's step one. What do you want? If you're doing affirmations and making vision boards and affirmations and incantations and doing all of these— the 369— if you're doing all of these techniques but you haven't got crystal clear about what you want, you're wasting time, you're wasting energy, and you actually fucking up your confidence because you losing your faith in affirmations because you've been doing all these affirmations and you not getting what you want, but it's not that the affirmations don't work, it's that you don't know what you want. How you supposed to get what you want when you don't know what you want? Figure out what you want. And once you figure out what you want, you got to start spending time thinking about what you want. And the 5C method, we call this calibrating. Think about it. When you calibrate to a sad movie, do you got to try to get sad? When you calibrate to a funny movie, do you got to try to laugh? If you come in this live and I'm lit, I'm turned, I'm having the time of my life, if you calibrate to what That's what I'm talking about. You think you got to try to feel inspired? You think you got to try to feel like you can run through a wall? No, you just got to calibrate to what's going on. Figure out what you want and start calibrating to it so you can accidentally start coming up with ideas that move you in that direction, so that you can accidentally start meeting people who help you close that gap. You got to get calibrated, baby. If you networking and you're not calibrated, it's not that they don't want to network with you, it's that you're not calibrated and they'd rather talk to the people in the room that's calibrated. Because when you're not calibrated, I can see it in your eyes, I can see it in your body language, I can hear it in the tone of your voice. Do yourself a favor and get calibrated. So I've given you guys the first 3 C's— I mean, the first 2 C's. Clarity, that's the first thing. You got to get clear about what you want. You can't get what you want until you know what you want. After you get clear about what you want, step 2 is calibrate it. You got to start putting your attention on what you want. No tool is better than the other tool. Look, the key to affirmations and vision boards and the 369 method and all these different tools, it's about changing the way you feel. Okay, if the affirmation is changing the way you feel, it's a good affirmation. If it's not changing the way you feel, throw it away. But it's not—you gotta understand—it's not the affirmation that does the work; it's the energy you put into the affirmation that does the work. It's not the people. AJ, what's? I need a good affirmation for manifesting money. Listen, what's a good affirmation for you might be a horrible affirmation for some somebody else and vice versa. universal. We gotta find the affirmations that charge you up, okay? We gotta find the things that change how you feel. Some of my clients— like, you— I'm always working with the person in front of me. I was recently working with a lady who was really, um, kinesthetic. She's a feeler. Even as she's explaining, Jay, I just feel so weighed down every time I take a step. It's like life is pushing me back. It's like an elephant is sitting— She's very in touch with how she feels. So a vision board isn't, isn't gonna do it for her. Affirmation is not gonna do it for her. You know what I had— what I ended up doing with her? I had her to assign a color to how she would feel if she already had everything she desires. How would you feel if you already had X amount in the bank? How would you feel if you already had this type of relationship with your in-laws? How would you feel if you're already doing affirmation for years? The way that I feel when I sit in that tub. It, it is unmatched. She's kinesthetic. So sometimes affirmations— I'm not saying affirmations are bad, but I'm also not saying that it's not about the affirmation. It's about finding ways to change how you feel to work for you. That's all it's about. You can affirm without opening your mouth at all. In fact, most of your affirmations are silent. 95% of your affirmations are about those, man, things never work out for me. Of course I didn't get it. I would do that. But you affirming all day long. You actually never stop affirming. It's about changing that internal state so that you accidentally start to affirm towards your desire. Affirmations don't require you to open your mouth. Okay. I think it's in, um, As a Man Thinketh. James Allen says Or it might be Napoleon. It might be Neville Goddard. It is Neville Goddard. He says a dumb man without opening his mouth at all is conscious of being dumb. He's dumb at a subconscious level. He's not going around affirming that he's dumb, but his subconscious is on the job. You got to figure out how do you need to feel so that you accidentally do the things that you need to do. Stop putting so much focus on external things. If you just change your mind, you will accidentally start to check off those external boxes. If you can If you could feel it, you would do it on accident. But if you could think it, you could do it. I want you to take a good look at what you don't like about your life, and instead of getting hypnotized by what you don't like, I want you to disassociate it a little bit, look at it from out here, and say, okay, well, what would I rather have? I want you to start rearranging it into what you want, and whatever you arrive at, that's what you got to start focusing on. You got to stop getting on the phone talking about what you don't like. You got to stop getting on YouTube watching shorts about what you don't like. You got to stop getting on Facebook watching content about what you don't like. You got to put your undivided attention on what you would like to have. Stop focusing on what you don't like. Focus is one of the primary creation tools. You create what you focus on. And if you don't like what you see around you, you got to stop focusing on it. Makes sense. That's why you close your eyes when you pray. That's why you close your eyes when you meditate. That's why if you do a hypnosis session with me, guess what's one of the first things I'm gonna say? Hey, take a deep breath in. That's right. And as you exhale, close your eyes. And with your eyes closed, listen to my voice. Listen to my voice and allow my words to begin to recreate your reality. That's right. You close your eyes because in order to change what's going on, you got to take your consciousness off of what's going on. Like when you got your eyes open and you looking at what you don't like and you're trying to change it, that's like trying to get a haircut with a hat on. You got to take the hat off. You, you got to take the hat off so that I can get to what I'm trying to change. When you got your eyes on it and you can't change it, you looking at it. Got to take your attention off of what you don't like, man. You got to realize that what you don't like is where the clarity is for what you'd rather have. And once you really start understand the creation, you get slightly excited when you recognize something you don't like. Uh-oh. Okay, some clarity over here. I can get even more clear about what I want. When I first started doing what I do, I wanted to be booked and busy. That's what I wanted. I want to be booked and busy. I manifested booked and busy, and I really quickly realized, oh, I don't, I don't want to be booked and busy. This is a lot. Then I got to get home and still be a husband. I got to get home and still I don't want to be booked and busy. I want to be premium. I want to work with about 10 clients a month and charge a price where I can still pay all of my bills. But that was clarity I got as a result of something I didn't like. I didn't like feeling overwhelmed. I didn't like having one person getting out of the chair and another person coming out of the chair and doing that 8 times a day. I didn't like forgetting to eat. I didn't like getting in my car after a day of work and being exhausted and having to drive home 45 minutes. I said, nah, I got new clarity. And that's another thing that I think people don't take into account when they're setting goals. I think a lot of times people scared to write stuff down and go for it because they feel like they not allowed to change their mind. You are allowed to change your mind. I always tell my clients, I don't want you changing your mind because it's too hard. I don't want you changing your mind because you've given up on yourself. But if you get new clarity and that causes you to give birth to new desire, by all means change your mind to align with this new desire. The goal is forever changing. The goal is forever expanding. And as Abraham Hicks would say, you can't screw it up because you're never done. You never finish. So stop worrying about screwing it up. Even if you do everything perfect, you still gonna give birth to more desires. You always gonna desire more. You always gonna want expansion. We live in an ocean of motion. Nothing is sitting still. It's either getting bigger or smaller. It's either growing or dying. It's getting faster or slower. There's no such thing as sitting still. So get this concept out of your head of, if I could just get this, I'll be done. No, you are forever going to be giving birth to new desires. And a lot of people manifest like they just want to manifest and never— I want to manifest $3 billion, okay? But with most people, yo, your faith not at a point, your manifesting muscle not the point where you're gonna just manifest $3 billion. You don't even believe you can manifest $5,000 a month and you're gonna go for $3 billion. Let's start with where you are. Then as you get that muscle going, you use that faith and roll it into the next thing. But you, when you try to— a lot of times, not all the time, but a lot of the times, most of the times when people trying to manifest these astronomical numbers, what they're trying to do is— what their subconscious is saying is, first off, I don't think this is gonna work. But just in case it work, I better get enough to cover it because the chances of me getting it to work twice is not gonna happen. So even like the goal of having that huge number, it's lack tied into the, the goal. Does that make sense? I feel like I'm not doing the best job of saying what I'm trying to communicate, but I got faith that y'all got it. And if you don't got it, you ask questions and we'll just go even deeper. But the fact of the matter is you could be doing have anything you desire. Your only limit in life is your own imagination. If you could think it, you could do it. If you can't think it, you can't do it. Y'all, look at the beautiful city of Dallas out there. Let me see, can I— look at that, look at that, look at that. Everything over there started out as an idea. Everything over there started out as an idea in somebody's head, and it went from a head to a sketch on a piece of paper or on a computer. Everything over there only existed in somebody's head at one point, but they kept thinking about it. They kept sitting with it. They got excited about it. They got so excited about it, they were able to get other people excited about it. Look at it. Everything over there started out as an idea in somebody's head. That's amazing. Your ideas are just as important, it's just as valuable as those ideas over there. This app that we on, YouTube, started as an idea in somebody's head. This iPhone that I'm talking to you on started out as an idea in somebody's head. Man, you better start sitting with your ideas. One of the things that I used to always have my clients do, and I got to get back to doing I would have them walk around with acorns in their pocket. And the reason I would have them walk around with acorns— I think I got an acorn in my book bag right now. I don't— I can't dig for it because there's a lot going on. But I would have them walk around with acorns in their pocket because I want them to act— when they accidentally stick their hand in their pocket throughout the day and they accidentally touch that acorn, I want them to just think about the fact that it's the entire oak tree inside of that acorn. It's an entire oak tree. Inside of the acorn. If God could put an oak tree inside of an acorn, just imagine what God done put inside of you, man. But you got to think about how small that acorn— how small that oak tree start. And I actually tell them, that's not an acorn, that's an oak tree. Like, if you want to be an innovator, if you want to be a thought leader, if you want to be one of the biggest in your industry, you got to become one of these people who see oak trees where other people See A cards. You got to become one of these people that see full-blown businesses where other people see, man, that's a good idea. Too bad the economy is yeah da da da da. You got to challenge yourself to become one of these people who can see what others can't see. You can see what things have the potential to become, but you're able to align with that potential in a way that gives you access to crazy ideas. The crazy ideas are locked behind your ability to believe. And you got to understand that believing isn't logical. Believing is a feeling, okay? Beef isn't based in logic. Like, we got this thing called theory of mind that I teach to all my clients that we talk about how the subconscious mind is 98% of your thinking potential, and the subconscious mind runs off of feeling and emotion. The subconscious mind runs off feeling and emotion, and it's 98% of your thinking potential. The other 2% is the conscious mind. The conscious mind runs off logic, reason, analysis, willpower, and decision-making. And willpower. So even if something makes sense to you, even if something is logical to you, you only convince 2% of your thinking potential. It ain't about what you know, it's about what you feel. Anytime you put what you know up against what you feel, what you feel is gonna win every single time. I'm gonna say that again. Anytime you put what you know up against what you feel, what you feel is gonna win 98% of the time. Okay, like, yeah, have you ever seen a really small person do a really dumb thing and you're like, how would somebody with your intelligence do that? Because they felt like it. They felt like they knew better, but they felt felt like it. You got to change your feeling, man. You can temporarily override feeling with logic, but as soon as you get over— because you gotta understand, the conscious mind can only juggle 5 to 7 things at a time. So the second you get overwhelmed, like let's say you've been struggling with, um, cigarettes and you want to quit smoking. Okay. When you consciously saying, I'm not going to smoke, I'm not going to smoke, I'm not gonna Smoke. You, you can, you can maintain that for a bit, but when you driving through traffic and you're on a phone call and you're trying to get to work on time and you just missed your exit and it's a song on the radio and you're passing by all these billboards and sensory overload and the car in front of you just slammed on their brakes and now you got to stop and slam on yours, and then when then you find yourself with a cigarette in your mouth, you don't even remember putting it there. As long as the conscious 2% is, you know, hands-on You can stick to it. But the instant you start doing life, it's too many pieces, and you find the feelings taking over. Like, you got to understand, your feelings become your sense of I am. When you feel tired, you say I'm tired. When you feel excited, you say I'm excited. When you feel mad, you say I'm mad. Like, do you see how your feelings are becoming your sense of yourself? Learn how to feel successful. You can— so you can say, I'm successful. Learn how to feel confident so that you can accidentally say, I am confident. That's what real confidence is like. You express real confidence without ever opening your mouth. You express true confidence without ever opening your mouth. You express real abundance without ever opening your mouth. You express real abundance without ever making a purchase. You got to— it's a feeling. Like, the things out there that you want are results of a feeling. They aren't the thing that you're after. They are the result of the thing that you after. And if you say, no, Jake, I'm, I'm after the money, I'm really after the money, you'll never get it. You'll never get I get it. Money is an effect. You can't create an effect with an effect. You got to go to the cause. You gotta understand that your current bank account is a direct reflection of your thinking up to this point, of the feelings that you're carrying around up to this point. Wrap your mind around it. The, the number that you see on the scale right now is a result of the feelings that you carry through. What I feel like eating today. I don't feel like working out. The number that you see on the scale is a reflection of the thoughts and feelings that you've been carrying around up to this point. You don't change the number on the scale by changing the number on the scale. You change the number on the scale by changing the way you think and feel. Makes sense? You don't change the number in the bank account by changing the number in the bank account. You change the number in the bank account by changing the way you think and feel. You're not gonna be able to use the same thinking and feeling that put you into debt to come out of debt. You're not gonna be able to use the same thinking and feeling that made your back big to make your back small. You got to use new thinking and new feeling. Does that make sense? Yes. If you can think it, you can do it. Can't think it, can't do it. But if you can think it, you can do it. And I got some news for you. You can think whatever you want to think, but you're gonna have to stop doing that thing that you've been doing so you can start doing this new thing. You're gonna have to put that down so that you can pick this up. You're gonna have to put that down so you can pick this up. You're gonna have to put down the problem so that you can pick up the solution. You can't pick up the solution if your hands full of the problem. I'm gonna say that again: You cannot pick up the solution if your hands are full of the problem. You gotta put the problem down. You gotta put the problem down. And once you put the problem down, you will accidentally start discovering the solution. Like, I think a lot of times people confuse working on the problem with aligning with solutions. Stop working on the problem. Stop working on the problem. Why would you work on the problem? Like, working on the problem is the equivalent of you guys being in the line and saying, hey, Coach Jay, you got something on your face. face, and instead of wiping my face, I started wiping my phone. Crazy, right? Jay, something on your face. I say, oh, it is something on my face, and I start wiping the phone, and I'm getting upset because it's not working. And I meet so many people, they like, Jay, I'm trying, you don't understand, I'm trying. I get it that you trying, but you wiping the screen instead of wiping your face. So now you believe in people when they say There's not enough money going around. The market is oversaturated. We're in a recession. It's, it's not that you're not trying, it's that you're trying on the wrong thing. You working on what's going on out there instead of working on what's going on in here. You got to change your mind. You got to change your feeling, okay? And from there, you will accidentally start creating at a higher level, okay? Whenever I'm working with athletes, I always tell my athletes, you don't get a trophy and then become a champion. What happens is you become a champion. If you just become a champion, you ain't even got to worry about the trophy. The trophy is coming. But if you waiting on the trophy before you step into the identity of champion, you never get the trophy. The trophy is the result of being a champion. It's not what makes you a champion. It's the result of being a champion. And if you waiting on the result before you create the environment, you never get the result. Does that make sense? Like you gotta look at like a Kobe Bryant or Michael Jordan. Michael Jordan wasn't waiting on the trophy to become a he was practicing like a champion. He was sleeping like a champion. He was holding his teammates accountable like a champion. He was showing up as a champion in the regular season. So by the time he get into the playoffs, champion got momentum behind it. Now if I've been running my if I've been running my champion mindset for six months and you just turned yours on in the past 24 hours, you think you're gonna Catch me with a 6-month head start. And if I never turned my champion off from last season and you turned your champion off for the, for the offseason and don't plan on turning it back on again until the playoffs come around, I've been running my champion mindset nonstop. You think you're gonna catch up to me? And you hear other basketball players talk about what it's like to be around Michael Jordan, this aura that he give off. He never turned off the champion mindset. So this champion mindset has decades of momentum. You can't compete with somebody who's been running that momentum for decades. You think you're gonna turn yours on yesterday, do 5 affirmations this morning, and compete with somebody who never turned it off from high school? You lost your— you lost your damn mind. I remember one time I was on a live stream— or were we live? This was pre-COVID. We might have been in a live event, but I was, um, doing an event with Josh, and we were doing some Q&A, and we were talking, man, you guys make this shit sound good, but it's not, it's not as easy as y'all making it sound. You making it sound like I can think my way into the NBA. And I was about to say something, Josh said, I got it. So let me ask you this, what do you think guys in the NBA have been thinking about since they were 5 years old? What do you think they were watching on TV? What do you think they were doing at recess? When they went to the library to get books, what type of books do you think they were— when they had to do a Black History Project on a person, who do you think they picked? Martin Luther King? Or do you think they picked Magic? Do you think they'd be like— what do you think they've been thinking about their entire life? Now, could you at 40 think your way into the NBA? Probably not, because you got other people who got 4 decades, a 4-decade head start on you. But if at 5 years old this is what you start thinking about. This is what you went to sleep thinking about, and you thought about it in such a way that found yourself accidentally practicing drills, accidentally getting your parents convinced to sign you up for this camp. You were so passionate about it, your parents would go find money that they didn't have to get you in these camps. And since you— if this had been your life since you was 5 years old, do you think it would be reasonable to say that you thought your way into the NBA? He said, well, when you put it like that, You gotta— your thoughts become your things. The thoughts that you think are creating your life. I always tell my clients, you don't really got very much control over today. Yesterday was— today was designed by yesterday's thinking. But if you change your mind today, if we just start positioning you for a better tomorrow right now, you go get that good night of sleep, oh man, you'll be surprised what you accidentally do on tomorrow. You'll be surprised if we just lay down some new thinking today. You'll be surprised what you do on accident tomorrow. Get clear about what you want so that you can start thinking on purpose. Get in the habit of telling your thoughts what to think. Get in the habit of telling your feelings what to feel, because you really can be doing everything you desire. Your only limit in life really is your own imagination. If you discipline your imagination, I'm gonna go to the bathroom. If you discipline your thinking, I'm telling you, man, you'll come up with some really good ideas on accident. You'll start showing up confident on accident. You'll create some really cool stuff, write some really cool books on accident. But it's gonna start with you controlling. It's gonna start with you purposely orchestrating how you feel. Stop letting your feelings run wild. Stop letting your feelings do whatever they want to do. You got to take control of the show. You got to understand that your feelings and your mind are not you. They are tools that you use, and you got to start using your tools. You got to start using your mind. You got to start using your feelings and stop just letting your feelings do whatever they want to do. You got to take control of your life. You got to take ownership, and that's what I'm talking about when I say I coach bosses. I coach the people who are at a point where they say, "Hey Jay, I'm ready to take full ownership of my life." I'm not blaming my ex-wife. I'm not blaming my ex-husband. I'm not blaming my mom. I'm not blaming the government. I'm taking full control of my life. Let me tell you something, when you take full ownership of your mind, it don't matter how much the eggs cost because you know how to attract money. When you take full ownership of your mind, you don't got to worry about the tariffs because you know how to attract abundance. When you learn how to take full ownership of your mind, you don't got to worry about what's going on with healthcare because for one, you know how to keep yourself At a state of ease, not dis-ease, state of ease. And you know how to attract abundance. You know how to attract fine, I'm fine, I'll be okay. Now, when you don't know how to control your internal state, you got to go outside of yourself and try to control other things so that you can feel protected. You got to learn how to take care of you, and you got to start taking care of you from the inside out. You got to work on your mind. You got to work on your thinking. You got to work on your feelings. You got to work on your feelings. You gotta accept you. You gotta learn to love you just the way you are and start working with yourself instead of against yourself. You gotta learn how your mind works. You gotta learn what makes you tick. You gotta learn what excites you, what motivates you, what energizes you, so that you can start doing it on purpose. All those things that you look for in a partner, you gotta start treating yourself that way. Like how you expect the partner to show up and make you feel good, You gotta— it's your job to make you feel good. You gotta start making you feel good. You gotta put work into figuring out what makes you tick, and you gotta set some goals, man. You gotta know what you want. You can't get what you want until you know what you want. But once you know what you want, you'll be surprised what you do on accident, man. You'll be surprised what you accidentally create once you know what you want and you start thinking about it on accident. Well, yo, that's been the live, man. I love y'all.
