Jay Shaw, known as Thunder, teaches his 5 C's system for rewiring the subconscious: Clarity, Calibration, Confidence, Competence, and Consistency. He explains how suggestion works in daily life and demonstrates his ABS formula (Attention, Bypass critical mind, Stimulate subconscious) for hypnosis and personal change.

What is up? What is up? What is up? So man, I'm just being front with y'all. Hypnosis is nothing more than the power of suggestion. That's all hypnosis is—the power of suggestion. You might not realize it, but you're responding to suggestions all day long. Failure is a suggestion. Giving up is a suggest. Like everything that comes your way is a suggestion. You don't got to take none of it, but a lot of it you conditioned to just roll with. When every time you stop at a red light, you just responded to a post-hypnotic suggestion. Every time you stop at a stop sign, every time somebody sneezes and you say bless you, you just responded to a post-hypnotic suggestion. You responded to suggestions all throughout life. Why aren't you doing it on purpose? Just something to calm my mental exhaustion. Hypnosis sessions are so helpful. For sure, Lux, for sure. Have you, have you tried out the new one? The one we put on about 48 hours ago might have been 72 hours at this point. It might have been 3 days. I got a new one called Let Go that we've been getting a lot of positive feedback around. What's going on, Nedra? How you doing? Welcome to the live. I've been thinking about doing a, um, you use it? Okay. I've been thinking about doing like a live hypnosis session right here on TikTok at night. Problem is, I be in the bed before y'all get in the bed. I go to bed at night, man. You got me messed up. Young me used to be up all hours of the night. This version of me go to bed. So y'all gonna have to do it around eight messing with me. I'm doing y'all like if if you if you're gonna get in, you better get in here. We're gonna go to bed. Stop all that talking. Be quiet. Be still. It's time for bed. What's going on, Texas? That's a perfect time. Yeah, I'm making everybody go to bed early. Take a deep breath in, close your eyes, and go to sleep. That's the session. Good night, y'all. What's going on, Lanny? What's up, P? That's the session. That's the whole session. Eight is good. Oh, the only said that eight is good too. Okay, if y'all want to eight o'clock. Hypnosis session to go to bed. I'm up for it. I'm up for it. I had a whole internet sleep by 8:45. What's up, Brianna? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live, man. We just in here chilling. It's real light in here today. What's light in here every day? I don't got time for all that serious stuff. You could be really productive with a smile on your face. You ain't gotta Relax, have fun, enjoy the journey. You got time. Stop stressing yourself. Like, people stress theyself out, they're blaming on other stuff. Which of your YouTube videos do you suggest to manifest the funds to hire— to hire me? Um, man, you just got to get in there and start clicking on stuff. It's so many of them. It's some that specifically target money. All of them good. If they on there, they good. But I didn't record it so many. Oh, I didn't even— I was surprised when I realized it was 700 videos on there. One day I was just on my YouTube page, I saw a button to say view your, view your videos, and I clicked it and it was like 700 plus. And I was like, it was like 740-some videos on that. I said, when did I record 740-some videos? And that's what happened when you just get in the zone and you lock in and you're doing something that you really enjoy doing. You just look up and go, wait, I, I built all that? Like, sheesh. The manifestation is awesome. Uh, I think you talking about the one with that— it got like a little diamond on the thumbnail and it's kind of like a purple background. I think I know the one you talking about. Let me see. That's the one I think I might have made about 2 months ago. Yeah. All right, so somebody in the other chat said you should listen to this one. They say that this one is real good. If you just go to all the videos, it might be about 6 videos back. I don't think I've dropped too many since that drop. It should be within the last 10 videos. I, I know that for a fact. That's the one. That's a good one too. What's going on, Austin? What's going on? Oh, when y'all going to YT, get in them, get in them comments, say something, let other people know like, oh shit, this video is good. What's going on, Celeste? How you doing? Welcome to the live. What's up, Cedar? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. What is up? What is up? What is up? What's up, Tizzy? How you doing? Also, his letting go session he just did, letting go, it's another one that's really popular on there about detachment. Hold on. Oh, so this you on both? Oh no, okay, only. All right, okay, gotcha. I'm connecting them now. Do I have anything for procrastination? I'm pretty sure it's something It has to be. I coach bosses is the is the YouTube. All one word. Say I coach bosses. You done the sleep hypnosis for letting go? You like that one? What's going on, Catherine? I'm due to make another recording for YouTube. I'm open to suggestions. Not saying I would take it, but I'm open to suggestions. I remember a while back I was letting somebody get— I was like on a live and I was letting people get suggestions and they were giving stuff so specific. I'm like, nah, that's like— you gotta book a session. Like, it's so specific that— but if you got like an idea that you think people around the world would benefit from, I don't mind making it. I do not mind making it. What's going on, Catherine? Identity shifting. We could do identity shifting, but identity shifting is one of those things. For the first step to identity shifting is clarity. So I can make something on YouTube that, uh, give you a good dopamine hit and send you in that direction, but without clarity, it's— it, it doesn't have the neural cluster that it needs to withstand That reality that you don't like, that you're looking at face to face every day. So we could do some stuff to move in that direction, but, um, it— in my experience, for identity to stick, the level of clarity that I would get, that we would have just with something like a YouTube video, I don't think it's substantial enough. What's up, Mr. Nice Guy? But as I think about it, I might find like a loophole or a way that we can We could work something out. Since I've been listening to the YT videos, life has been crazy because it's calibrating, but I still want a session whenever you ready. I'm Only Thunder, and I'm doing, um, we got some Valentine sessions going on sale for $197, and those sessions would typically be about $275. For Valentine's, we're doing sessions around self-love for $197. We got those going to the 15th. If you want one, let me know and I will send you the, the booking link. I will send it to you. Let's see who else we got here. Let's get some more of these books up here. Let's see, let's see. What's going on, Shannon? What's up, Mystic? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. We just here hanging out, man, vibing. I'm taking it easy on my voice today. What's up, Mark? How you doing? Taking it easy. What's up, Herbal? What is up? What is up? What is up? What's up, Ben 10? What's up, amazing? I gotta figure out this YouTube algorithm when it comes to the lives. What's up, Mark? I'm doing amazing, man. Here hanging it out, hanging out, kicking it with y'all, man. Having the time of my life. How your day going? Thanks for the follow as well, Mark. How does it work? I've never had it done. However, I feel like it would be good. How does hypnosis work? You've been hypnotized. You've been getting hypnotized your entire life. But, uh, when I'm hypnotizing somebody, the— I guess the process in the back of my mind is what I call ABS: get the attention, bypass the critical mind, stimulate the subconscious. Thousands of ways to capture attention, thousands of ways to bypass the critical mind, thousands of ways to stimulate the subconscious. But the fact of the matter is, if you go to a comedy show and you start laughing, guess what just happened? That comedian got your attention. He bypassed your critical mind. He stimulated your subconscious. If somebody offends you, guess what just happened? They got your attention. They bypassed your critical mind. They stimulated your subconscious. The process that I run in my office is the process that's happening to you all day long. We just doing it on purpose. Most people are getting hypnotized on accident. But when we start doing it on purpose with clear goals out in front of us, you'll be surprised what happens. You doing great. Good, good, good. Generally StreamYard is usually good for use on multiple platforms. I gotta get a stream key so that I can use StreamYard on TikTok. And so far the only way I've come across getting a stream key is to join like an agency. Yeah, I don't, I don't really want to do no agency. I ain't got time. But I like StreamYard. It's another one that we used to use called The name escapes me at the second. You need that? Tap in, Diverse. Tap in. What's going on, the mop? What's going on, Keith? What is up? What is up? What is up? What's going on, hey? What is going on? Me and agencies, we we tend to bump head because our agendas. Are different. I'm happy with 10 people in there. I don't need 100 people in the room. 100 people ain't really ready to transform the way that I— I'm very selective in who I— when I say I coach bosses, that's not just the name of the bit. I coach bosses. If you don't identify what we're talking about, get out. I'd rather talk to 3 people who locked in and like, hey, I'm not the coach, convince me. I'm not convincing you or nothing. You ready or not? If you're not ready Bye. Your video pushed me to keep going. That's what's up, Key. That's what's up. What you building, Key? I lied, June. I totally get it. But yeah, they play the numbers game. And then, but they— so entrepreneurs, man, y'all gotta understand it. When you come to social media with a product or a service that you sell, don't let these apps Change your goal. Your goal was when you got on here was to bring awareness to the product or service you sell. Then when you get on here, you start measuring the views and the likes, and you, you didn't get on here to go viral. You got on here to bring awareness to your product or service. What happened is you'll be live, 5 people be in your room, talking about nobody ain't in your life. What you mean nobody? It's 5 people when you're— so what are you saying to the 5 people who are giving you their— nobody's in my life, y'all. So I'm gonna get up. What you, what you, what you mean? That's 5 people that are interested in what you're talking about. That's 5 people that have the problem that you saw. Like, talk to those 5 people. And if you talk to those 5 people and add value to those 5 people, those 5 people probably come join you the next time, the next time, the next time. Like, if you're trying to sell the product or something, I don't see how trending sounds can help you. So what if more people see it if it's people who not interested in what you Like, bro, be okay with the small community that serves you. Some of my most profitable days came out of really small rooms. Really, like, don't get discouraged because it's small. It got to be small before it's big. Get on here and just be consistent about your message, whatever that message is, and I'm telling you, it'll pick up momentum. And the numbers that you need to be measuring aren't even on TikTok. The numbers that you need to be measuring on the back end of your own website. I ain't gonna say too much because they gonna, they gonna really like stop showing it on the algorithm. But the numbers that matter to you are your own conversions, not how many people sitting in that dang live stream. You trying to be a public speaker? All right, so first time we're gonna do that T word. We're gonna Never— I'm a motivate— I'm a public speaker. I'm a public speaker. And start building that identity. I gotta plug my laptop up before we don't be talking anymore. Yeah, I'm a public speaker, Jay. I'm getting my footing as a public speaker. I'm growing my contact list as a public speaker. I'm getting my chops as a public speaker. I love that for you. That's lit. That's lit. That's lit. That's lit. All right, I got I gotta plug my laptop up and I gotta do it like now or this thing gonna die. Appreciate you getting your daily heart me. Appreciate you. Appreciate you, Key. You ever heard me talk about something called um the five seeds? Hold on, I don't wanna put my situation in y'all face. All right, got that plugged up. How do I get a session one-on-one with you? Uh, go to the— go to the bio and you'll see something like apply to work with me or see how Identity 2.0 works. It's easy to figure out once you get on the TikTok page. Just go on there and you'll see everything you need to see. What's going on, Unhypocritical? What is up? What is up? What is up? I gotta turn this AC on, y'all. I'm hot. Hold on a second. Give me a second. All right, cool. What's up, Angela? Thanks for the stickers. Hey, thank y'all for getting y'all daily heartbeats. All right, Key, you never heard of the 5 C's? Let's talk about the 5 C's, y'all. This is the success strategy. I don't care what anybody comes in my office for. I don't care if they want to quit smoking, quit biting their fingernails, be a better speaker, be more confident, overcome anxiety. I don't care if it's an athlete who wants better sports performance. I'm running the 5 C's on every single problem that I encounter. First C is clarity. You can't get what you want until you know what you want. Most people know what they don't want, but they don't know what they want. Give me a second. Most people know what they want, but they don't know what they don't want. My beautiful wife, procrastination has always been my issue. Oh, 5 C's from the Destroy Procrastination can't even Stand— it can't even stand within the 5 C's. So the first is clarity. Now, when I say clarity, you gotta understand that you got to get clarity on 2 levels. You got a conscious mind and you got a subconscious mind. Now, your conscious mind, that's your logic, your reason, your analysis, your willpower, your decision-making. That's the conscious facet of the mind. Those, those 5 to 7 things that you can consciously focus on. Everything else is subconscious. Okay, that's your logic, your reason, your analysis, your willpower, and your decision-making. But it's also only 2% of your thinking potential. It's 2% of your thinking potential. That 98% is what we call subconscious, and that 98% runs off of feeling and emotion. Y'all put feeling and emotion in the chat for me. Because when we want to change our behavior, that's what we got to change. I tell my clients all the time, if it don't change the way you feel, it's not going to change the way you act. But if we just switch how you feel, we will accidentally change how you act. Feeling an emotion— think about it. When you feel angry, you accidentally stomp your feet, slam the door, raise your voice, curse people out. You ever curse somebody out on accident? Then after you say, oh shit, I ain't even have to say that to them, why did I say that? But when you felt angry that was the behaviors that came up out of you. What you think gonna happen if we get you feeling successful? What you think gonna happen if we get you feeling like a successful speaker, an amazing orator? So step 1 is clarity, but you got to get the objective clarity and the subjective clarity. So the objective clarity is, I want this goal, I want this money, I want this type of car, this type of relationship. The objective goal is the thing you want out there. The subjective goal is what would I feel in here if I already had? So those are the 2 levels you get clarity on. Jay, I want to be a speaker. Okay, you want to be a speaker. You want to talk to women? Do you want to talk to the youth? Do you want to talk to men? Do you want to talk to athletes? Do you want to talk to executives? Okay, who— what— figure out what do you want. Figure out the skill you want to do it to. That's clarity. Now, Don't confuse what you want with how to get it. It's not where you figure out how to get it. This is where you figure out what you want. Okay, so figure out what do you want out there. And after you figure out what you want out there, you're gonna use your imagination and you're gonna predict, how would I feel in here and in here if I already had all of it? Once we got the clarity, we move to the second step, which is calibration. Calibration is about feeding this clarity to your nervous system. The nervous system works by familiar and unfamiliar. If it's familiar, your nervous system runs toward it. If it's unfamiliar, your nervous system runs away from it. So during calibration, your job is to make these feelings that you would have had you already had it— your job is to make those feelings familiar to your nervous system. My tool of choice for doing that is hypnosis, but you got all sorts of tools: affirmations, vision boards, incantations, affirmations. Scripting, 369, I don't care. All the shit work. Belief is the secret ingredient that makes the changes stick. But by far, in my opinion, is biased. Fastest way to do it is to hypnotize the shit out of yourself. So you get clear. After you get clear, don't skip clarity. Everybody want to get hypnotized and do affirmations. Like, people literally walk in my office and they just expect to sit down and I start waving a pocket watch. Jay, I want to be confident. Okay, I'm ready. Hypnotize. Like, hey, what does— if you woke up tomorrow and you were confident, how would you know? You gotta get descriptive. If you go ask 10 people what it means to be confident, you're gonna get 10 different answers. So you got to really sit down and define, okay, I want to be a— I want to be a public speaker. What does that look like? Do I want to speak in schools? Do I want to like do an online virtual thing? What, what do I want? And the good thing about it is what you want. There's no wrong answers, and you allowed to change your mind. A lot of times people act like they not allowed to change their mind. So I tell my clients all the time, you can change your mind as long as you're not changing it out of fear. Like if you change your mind because you got a better idea, if you changing your mind because as you were going you just discovered this path that you didn't know, then yeah, by all means let's change. But if we changing our mind because, Jay, this is hard, and nah, we We're not changing. We're not changing our mind because of that. But you get clear about what you want, you calibrate to what you want, and you keep calibrating until you get to the 3rd C, which is what we call confidence. Confidence is not something you make happen. Confidence is the direct result of clarity and calibration. Does that make sense? If you get clear about what you want, both subjectively and objectively, People are— I did it backwards— objectively and subjectively. People always skip the subjective part, and the subjective part is 98% of the, of the fuel. And they wonder why they procrastinate. You can procrastinate— you procrastinating because you know what you want but you don't feel what you want. You got to do both. You got to know it and feel it. Bible says a man thinketh in his heart, so is it not as he thinks in his head as he thinketh in his heart. So calibration is about feeding the goal into your heart. That energetic feel on that heart has way— it's way more powerful than the brain. So you gotta create the goal up here, but then you got to say, okay, heart, how would we feel if we already had? Okay, heart, let's start feeling that way now. And what you do is you calibrate to that feeling. Don't worry about building the goal. Worry about building that feeling, because the feeling is what's going to connect you to the goal. If you're getting the feeling, the right ideas will find you, the right people, the resources. You'll find yourself accidentally in the right place, saying the right stuff to the right people at the right time. Okay, so clarity, calibration, confidence. Confidence is just when you get to a point where you calibrate on accident. It's just who you are. This new way of thinking, this new way of feeling has become your personality. You're not using willpower to do it. It's just— it's there. Then and only then do we go to step 4, which is competence. That's where we do the stuff. Now, where people mess theyself up most of the time is they treat step 4 like step 1. They are unclear, uncalibrated, unconfident at a networking event. Coach, yeah, I tried networking. Networking doesn't work. Nothing works when you're unclear, uncalibrated, and unconfident. Damn, we so creative. We'll find all these. I think it's because I'm—I think it's because I'm black. I think it's because I'm a woman. I think it's because I'm short. I think I'm too tall. Too tall, too old, too fat. No, you unclear, uncalibrated, and unconfident. Get clear, calibrated, and confident, and walk back in that same room and watch. You're gonna have a different result. Coach J, I go live, nobody never watches my lives. Why would they watch you if you're unclear, uncalibrated, and unconfident? Who wants to watch an unclear, uncalibrated, unconfident person? Get clear, get calibrated, get confident. Then start going live. It changes everything. It changes everything. Toastmasters can't save you when you unclear, uncalibrated, and unconfident. You can watch every TED Talk that they got on YouTube without some clarity, some calibration, and some confidence. You just watching TED Talks. Get clear, get calibrated, get confident, and then start doing the stuff. And the last C is consistency. As you start doing stuff, guess what? You're gonna get even more clarity. And every time you get clarity, guess what? That means you got calibration to do. And guess where clarity comes from most of the time? Most of the time, clarity comes from something that you don't like. But when you start running the 5 C's, you start to understand, hold on, when I see something I don't like I gotta say, okay, what would I rather have? That's my next level of clarity. When I first started doing what I would— what I do, I wanted to be booked and busy. That was— that was one— that was a piece of my clarity. I want to be booked and busy. So I got clear about what I wanted. I calibrated, how would I feel if I was already booked and busy? I got confident in those feelings. Then I went out there and got booked and busy. Then I got booked and busy. I said, wait, wait, wait, wait, new clarity. I don't like this shit. It's too— I got to talk to too many people. No, no, no, no, no, no. I don't want to be booked and busy. I want to quadruple the price and be booked but not busy. So that was a new level of clarity. Now, when I got this new level of clarity, I didn't just go out and quadruple my price. First, I had to calibrate. Trying to quadruple that price without calibrating, without building an identity that can wrap around the idea of quadrupling the price, that's not going to work. So I got clear about what I want. I want to quadruple the price and cut my clientele into a But before I do it, before I do step four, I got to do step two, which is calibrate. How would I feel if I already did that? Okay, I'm gonna go sit in those feelings. I'm gonna keep sitting in those feelings till I become confident in those feelings. Once I become confident in those feelings, now I quadruple the price. Would you say that fear is false evidence appearing real? Call whatever you want. What do you call? What's the the equal opposite that's going? Cause you to keep moving forward. So the way that I work, and there's nothing wrong with that, I'm just telling you my method. I don't work on problems, I starve problems. I starve problems. If I got an hour with you, we ain't spending none of it talking about fear, okay? What would you rather feel? Describe fear as whatever you want. What, what's, what's the equal opposite that's, that's gonna get you on the other side of what you— what we're just gonna get you where you want to be? And We'll spend our time talking about that. Where attention goes, energy flows. And in my, in my opinion, most people spend way too much time on the problem. They get on the phone, talk about the problem. They get their journal, write about the problem. They get on their knees, pray about the problem, get on Facebook, join communities about the problem. They, they do their affirmations so that they can solve the problem, like the problem be the root of everything. Yeah. Fuck the problem. What's the solution? What's the solution? And why your competition, while other people talking about the problem, you building a solution? You don't solve problems, you build a solution. Oh yeah, there's a video on there about starving the problem. Starve the hell out of the problem. Starve it, because where attention goes, energy flows. You don't get out of debt by focusing on debt. You get out of debt by focusing on additional streams of income. You get on debt by focusing on a good plan for your money. People will get focused on the debt, look at the debt, let Dave Ramsey scream at them all day long, and wonder why. I don't know why I'm not. I know why you're not. What's your solution? What do you need? What do you require? How would you feel if you already had it? Okay, let's build that version of you, and that version of you is gonna see things that that version of you can't see, like Gotta understand, not wanting to get divorced is not the same thing as wanting to be in a happy, thriving, love-filled marriage. Not wanting to go out of business is not the same thing as wanting to have a thriving business that's making money even as you sleep. Is consistency repeating steps 1 through 4 daily? Yep, daily and as needed, the only Daily and as needed. So what's gonna happen is that first round that you run through those 4— through those 5 C's, it's gonna be a linear process. But as you make it through the 5 C's 2 or 3 times, you're gonna know, okay, boom, it's time to get a little clarity. Oh, oh, now I gotta calibrate a little bit. Now it's time to do— you'll jump to each C as needed. But those first few times you run it, then you're gonna be running it in a very linear Sure. Looks, I like the way you think. I might start emailing that video out to people before the first session. Uh, no, my birthday is in October. My mom's birthday is in November. What's going on? And my wife's birthday is in November. So I'm surrounded by these November birthday people, but nah. This stuff making sense? Anybody got any questions about anything we talked about? Y'all got me fired up. I love this stuff. Your sister birthday is the 17th of what, January or November? Okay, for sure. November. Okay, that's what's up. That's what's up. My mom is the 14th. Boosie Badazz is the 14th too. I recalibration for my birthday Sunday. You recalibrating for your birthday Sunday? Let's do it. Let's do it. Let's do it. Let's do it. I'm doing good, man. Sitting here chilling, hanging out with y'all, vibing. I got a real open day, which is rare. So I'm just enjoying it, man. Enjoying it. Enjoying it. Enjoying it. Enjoying it. You got a book on wealth? That's what's up, that's what's up. Hey, thank y'all for 7,000 taps, man. Appreciate y'all. What's up, Baby D? What is up, what is up, what is up? Excuse me. What's up, I Am? What's up, User? How you doing? What is up? What is up? What is up? Y'all pay attention to the different books that I'm cycling down at the bottom too. It's some heat down there. There's some heat down there. Every book that's down there is a book that's in my personal collection. These are books that I love. There's hundreds of books in the TikTok shop that I could have put down there. I hand-selected the ones that changed my approach. How I show up. Sometimes people be in the chat, why you didn't put this book down there? You never heard? Yeah, I heard of it. I just didn't— it didn't— it wasn't that groundbreaking to me. It's cool, but these are the books that I not just read once. These are the books that I turn to over and over again for continued learning. Joseph Murphy is hard. The Power of the Subconscious Mind is an amazing book. Amazing book. I appreciate you getting your heart me golden child. You too, Keith. Appreciate y'all. Appreciate y'all. Appreciate y'all. Got it on this phone, not the other phone. She got it on this phone. I'm just messing with you, Lux. Yeah, I got that. I got that one on this phone. I do my work shit on that other phone. This my, this my stuff on YouTube. What other place? I got the books over here on TikTok. TikTok got a thing where it let me add them to the bottom. But, um, the book that I'm showing them right now is a book called Outwitting the Devil by Napoleon Hill. For sure, y'all repost it. Repost, repost, put it out there, put it out there. But, uh, you ever heard of Outwitting the Devil Thunder? It's by Napoleon Hill, same guy that wrote Think and Grow Rich. Definitely one of my favorite books. The basis of Outwitting the Devil is Napoleon Hill sits down and he interviews the devil, and he's getting the devil to reveal his tactics about how he tricks people out of their greatness. Real good book. You listen to it on YouTube? Yeah, it's a good one. It's a good one. You've heard others mention it? Get you a copy, man. Get you a copy. It's so good. So good. What's going on, Act? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. Welcome, welcome, welcome. What y'all up to this week, man? What's today, Tuesday? Yeah, what y'all got going the rest of the week? What's going on, Jackie? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. Working on business, reading the book and using it for my business. What's up? What's going on, Stunt? You want to create generational wealth? Do it. Taking care of the kids. That's what's up. That's what's up. How many kids you got, Thunder? Doo doo doo doo. It say no sound detected. Y'all can't hear me? Let me see something. What's going on, Zay? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Two boy girl girl boy girl girl. Y'all hear me? Okay, cool. Recalibrating all week. That's it. That's what's up, Tamisha. That's what's up. My son took over my YouTube and renamed it the Moonler, and I usually watch you. Oh, okay. You know what, I think your son might have came to one of the lives, now that I think about it. Now that I think about it. I think your son came to one of the lives, and, uh, I think he— I think he said, this is my parents' account, or something like that. I think you— I think your son did come to one of the lives. It was you? Oh, it was you? But yeah, I remember that now that you mentioned. My son asked me, could he have my, um, my YouTube for his birthday? Because he wanna, um, he wants to monetize the YouTube and mine is monetized. Dad, can I have your YouTube channel? I said no, you can't have my YouTube channel for your birthday. Like, you want a streaming setup? Like, no, you can't have my YouTube, man. Are you silly? But Dad, you can get followers quickly. I'm like, bro, that's not how it work, man. And even if you, um, I give you the channel, the followers that I got on you, they don't want to watch you play Fortnite. What's going on, Diverse? Thanks for sharing the live. Yeah, they don't want to watch you, uh, play the, um, Fortnite, man. You gotta get it out the mud, bro. I told him that if he wants, what we could do is we could start like a weekly father-son podcast where we sit down and we talk about whatever he want to talk about. He's doing— so he's trying to build his platform up and I'm not using— For sure. My son 12 too. You getting old, Thunder. You got a 12-year-old? Yeah, you got a 12-year-old, Thunder. What's going on, Golden Child? My original plans to have a YTW on my music that I haven't started recording yet. That's my biggest goal this year. Get it did, man. What's going on, Felix? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. That's not all your base twenty. I'm just messing with Thunder. I'm just messing with Thunder. That's what's up. I was messing with mom, my mom the other day, and I'm like, damn, you got a lot of grandkids. You old lady. Nah, I kid, I kid. Shit, you want— I be telling my kids, be calling me old. I'm like, you like having a dad? You better hope I get older. Nobody wants to get old, but everybody want to live. Like, you better hope I keep getting old, man. The older the better. I'm looking forward to being an old man sitting on my porch, my rocking chair, making my kid, my grandkids listen to stories that they might not care about. They gonna sit there and listen anyway, for sure. I just lost my grandma this past October, but, uh, up until recently, yeah, for sure. The older the wiser. And most of the time, Thunder, some people be old and you— how did you get this old and remain this simple? How did you get this old and remain this simple? It's crazy. I'm sorry to hear that, Lux. 89, that's a blessing. What's up, Trill? That's a blessing. That's a blessing. She's 83. That's what's, uh, that's a good life though. That's a good life. I don't know, I'm trying to think. I think I might put me a good 100 on the board. I might put me a good 100 up before I get up out of here. Smoking weed, she won't stop. Let the lady smoke. Let that lady smoke. She was, she was smoking this long. So Granny, let's match some. What's she trying to do? Let's roll up. What's going on, Wayne? How you doing? Yeah, Granny, let's match some. That's gonna be me as an old man on the front porch. All right, grandkids, y'all go in the house. Granddad about to make some clouds. What's going on, Jay Miller? What is up? What is up? What is up? Oh, I just be chilling, man. I think most people take— I ain't gonna say most people, a lot of people take all of this stuff too serious, man. Enjoy the journey, go for your goals, but go for your goals with the understanding that when you achieve that goal, you're just gonna give birth to another desire. What you in a hurry for? How'd you get the other million? You think you ain't gonna want another million to go with that million? And when you get that million, you don't think your cost of living and your bills gonna go up? You don't think you're gonna want nicer cars and nicer Just set the goal, relax, and go for the goal, man. You ain't gotta— yeah, I'm in the process of letting the world know what I already know. I'm the greatest hypnotist to ever do this shit, man. Problems don't survive long over here. Rewire all of them with the snap of a finger. But I'm gonna have a lot of fun as I spread the message to y'all. Like, I'm gonna have a lot of fun as I build. Well, I'm not gonna wait until I get All of this stuff to get it. Now I'm excited. Now I'm confident. Now I'm him now. Just need home. She she will come. You better you better give Granny all she all she want. What's her preferred? Like she got like a one hitter or ball. She she be rolling up or what Granny be over there doing? What's going on, Antoine? All of that. Say, get a little one-hitter, it'll last longer. When people hire you after lifelong clients, after a few sessions, they're gonna go? It depends, Thunder. Right now I got people on my calendar who don't need to be on my calendar. They just like coming to kick it once a week. I got people that I've literally told just last week, like, hey, we done. Like, you, you know the 5 C's, you've, you've built the identity, you know. Jay, you're not giving my slot away. All right, shit, see you next— see you next week, I guess. Keep it in the vape store, but I got you. What's good, Antoine? I got something in my eye. But man, it really just depend. Like something like habit change. I use we use take care of habit. Well, depend on the habit. If it's something like getting sugar, we might spend we might spend a little bit of time together two or three weeks. No more than six. But something like that, I want to quit biting my nails. I want to quit picking at my face. I want to Quit stuttering, like shit like that. We'll usually knock something like that out in one session. Quit smoking, that's one session. But the people who come in, they want to like rebuild their entire identity. They want to change the way they walk in the rooms. They want to change the way they shake hands. They want to stop procrastinating. They want to take charge. They want to be able to stand on stages and speak confidently. They also want to be a better husband. They also want to be a better father. They want to be a better son. They got aging parents and they feel the weight of that. They got teenage kids and they— though, we got some work to do. We're gonna spend a few weeks together. What's going on, fellas? So some people come in with one thing that they just, you know, want to take care of and they go back into the wild. Some people come in with A stack of things, and we gonna put all—we're gonna put all of them in order. But with the stack of things, we're not even gonna hit it problem by problem. We're gonna build an identity. How does the version of you to handle all that with ease? What does what does that version of you know that allows them to do that? And we're gonna put that into your nervous system. Need a few weeks. I'm working on fitting it into my butt for sure. A dot. We ain't going nowhere. We gonna be here. We gonna be here. And you know when you catch me on the live, it's not nothing you can't ask me on the live. That I'm not gonna answer to the best of my ability. I'm shifting my whole identity and I have no parents anymore and I'm ready to take names and, and kick some ass. I'm guessing that's what you're gonna say. What's going on, James? How you doing, man? Welcome, welcome, welcome. Yeah, okay, so You, you've been here a lot, so I'm gonna say something you probably already know, but, um, it might be somebody else here who need to hear it. When you build the identity, make sure you build the identity based on what you want, not based on what you don't want. Like, a lot of people became entrepreneurs because they didn't like their job, they didn't like their boss, they felt disrespected. They, they started their business as a defense mechanism. They started their business as something that they As a response to something that they didn't like. Now, there's nothing wrong with starting a business, but when you start that business as a response to something that you don't like, as you start that business as something to— as a life raft to get away from something, instead of just a solid foundation that you building for your own reasons, that business becomes a strain on your nervous system. So this new identity, make sure you building this identity From under the influence of what you want, not under the influence of fear and what you're getting away from. For sure. Good, good luck. Just because they wanted to be rich instead of loving the crowd. For sure, for sure, for sure, for sure. I tell people that all the time about hypnosis, James. Like, um, sometimes I'll give a talk or somebody might do a session or two with me and they go, man, I think I want to be a hypnotist now. I said, all right, let me, let me ask you something. Do you want? You want to make? Are you like doing the math and saying, "Well shit, if he charged me this much, he saw four other people today. He made this much money," and da da da da this and da da da da that. Do you want that result, or do you want to be a hypnotist? Because the results you see, you you watching the result that I took twenty years to build. So if it's that result you want, you might want to go do something else. That I didn't start doing this Monday and get that result Wednesday. What's up, JB? Their result was one of the last things that showed up. So do you want that result, or do you want to be a hypnotist? Because the problem with you wanting that result is you gonna be competing against people like me who don't give a damn about their result, who would be doing it with or without their result. So anytime you trying to do something for money but you competing against people who would do it for free, that, that is, is going to be a painful death for you, man. What's going on, A Dot? Thanks for the gifts and your daily heart me and the heart puff. Appreciate you. What's up, JB? What is up? Feels like my subconscious works against me when I try to change. Oh, it don't feel like that, Thunder. That's exactly what's happening. Your subconscious mind doesn't want to change. Your brain's job is to keep you alive. Isn't your brain's job isn't to make you successful? It isn't to make you thrive. It isn't even to make you happy. Your brain's job is to keep you alive. And as far as your brain is concerned, the best way to keep you alive is to make you do exactly what you did yesterday because you survived yesterday. So it sees change as a threat. Part of that calibration process that we don't talk about a lot on live because it's not that sexy is what I— what we call the crucifixion of the old self. It's, uh, it's a lady who I work with that day trades. She went through the crucifixion of the old self last week. She got on the call, she was devastated, and I was smiling. I said, oh, this is right on schedule. Actually, a little bit earlier. We weren't supposed to crucify this for about another week and a half. You— that's the crucifixion. She's doing great now on the other side of the death of that old neurology. Your old identity don't want to die, just like you don't want to die. That old version of you doesn't want to die. So when you first start changing, you gonna like— so on the onset of the change, you're gonna feel great, you're gonna feel motivated, you're gonna feel inspired. But when that old self see you picking up momentum, it's going to try to sabotage it. What about this? What about that? Last thing, that didn't work. It's gonna get in there and it's gonna do everything that it can to try to stay alive. Survive that and you on the other side of it. You got something called homeostasis. Your body wants you to stay the same. When you get too hot, you ain't got to try to shiver. Your body say, hey, what you doing? 98.8 degrees. You get too cold, you ain't got to try to shiver. Your body gonna start shivering automatically. You start making more money than you ever made, your conscious mind is excited, your subconscious mind going, what the hell are you doing? Sustaining the rebirth through elevated consciousness is key for sure. Yeah, they got me last month with survival mode wanting to stay with me for sure. And what you got to do, don't try to fight it. You can't beat it. You can't beat it. You don't fight it. You acknowledge it and you let it run its course. You acknowledge it and you let it run its course. You're nice. You, oh, you, you right. You should be scared because you're getting up out of here. New me is settling in. You, you right to be nervous. You right to be anxious. Again, that's what really— like, you'll go, Jay, I just feel anxious. That's not you feeling anxious. That's that old neurology feeling anxious, but it's inside of you. Don't associate with it. That's why we call it calibrating. Keep calibrating over and over and over and over and over again. Then another part that some people might screw up is, um, when you get the result, that don't mean stop calibrating. That's why the last C is consistency. It's like if you— if I go put in the work to get a 6-pack, if I stop doing the things that I did to get the 6-pack, guess what's gonna happen to the 6-pack? When you when you start to feel confident, when you walk into the rooms with your shoulders back, your chest out, and your chin up, and you maintain an eye contact, and you're feeling good, and good ideas are flowing, and you're showing up for yourself. That don't mean stop calibrating. If you stop calibrating, you gonna find yourself reverting back to the old self. A little Jim Rohn just came out there at the end. I don't know where that came from. Only the real ones know about Jim Rohn. What y'all know about Jim Rohn? What's going on, Renee? As it look like the only way to the other side is mostly through the BS. Yeah, but don't think it got to be uncomfortable. Don't take that as it got to be this super uncomfortable thing. It doesn't have to be. Like a lot of times people have these subconscious stories of I gotta grind it out, I gotta wrestle the problem to the ground and conquer the pro. Man, get rid of that belief. Get rid of that belief and just understand that this thing that we call reality is less than 1% of what's going on. Most of what's going on is outside of our awareness. Anybody who's ever had a dog, you could tell it's time when that dog can see things you can't see and hear things that you can't hear. Nah, Jim Rohn is a white guy. It's going good, King Bowler. Like, you gotta— you can't be bullied by reality, man. Like, I'll use this live as an example. I got one person on YouTube over here and I got 9 people over here on TikTok. Somebody might look at reality, it's, oh man, the live isn't going good. I'm on 2 platforms, I got a total of 10. The live not go Bullshit. The live is going amazing. We're talking about great topics. People's questions are getting answers. People are getting help. This thing is picking up momentum and it's only going up from here. You don't let— you don't let people— you can't let reality bully you. You can't let reality bully you. You got to have a narrative in here that you clear, calibrated, and confident to. And you stay calibrated to that clarity, not what's going on out there. But if you could just stay calibrated to your clarity, that number has no choice but to go up. You can't follow your bank account. Well, you can, but you shouldn't be following your bank account. Your bank account is following you. If you're waiting on your bank account to get rich before you become rich, the bank account never gonna— the bank account is literally a reflection of you. So when you waiting on the bank account to change before you change, that's the equivalent. Appreciate you. Appreciate y'all. That's the equivalent of me looking at this and saying, I'll smile when he smile. I really want to smile. Well, Jay, just smile. No, I'm not smiling until he smile. What I'm smiling for? He not smiling. I want to smile and I keep looking at him. He won't— he's not gonna smile to you. He's a reflection of you. The bank account is a reflection of you. The number on the scale is a reflection of you. The quality of the relationships is a reflection of you. If you need that to change before you change, you're gonna spend the rest of your It's not changing until you change. Get clear, calibrate, become confident, and watch how that has no choice but to change. That makes sense. Does that make sense? Okay, bet. I might need to tap in with— tap in with me, LA. I'm here. What's a hack to ignoring the bank account? Stop checking it? Well, check it, be aware, pay your bills, but you gotta run those 5 C's. Get clear about what you want, because you gotta understand, not wanting to be poor is not the same thing as having a burning desire to be rich. So the energy that you used to waste on acknowledging and noticing the not enough, you got to start rolling that energy into enoughness. You got to put that down so that you can pick this up. If your hand's full of the problem, you don't have any hand available to pick up the solution, for sure. What surprised you most when you first learned hypnosis? I started learning hypnosis at 14, so I was still learning life. So, but I guess as I got, as I got really good at hypnosis, what I, what surprised me the most is that everybody does hypnosis. Hypnotists do it on purpose, but everybody does it. I kind of look at, I guess, like running. Everybody runs. You don't run like Usain Bolt, but you run. And when you run, you're doing the same thing Usain Bolt does. You're not doing it to the level he does it, but you, you do it. I can go to a court and shoot a basketball. Now I can't— like, that same basketball in LeBron James's hand is generational wealth. It's not much of anything in my hand, but I can play basketball. That's how I see people with hypnosis. As I'm out And about— I hear people doing hypnosis, some of them very poorly, but I hear them doing hypnosis. Sometimes I might be out and I'll hear a couple having a really intense discussion, and she's saying, well, I just feel like you, you know, you don't pour enough time into the family. I feel like we come second to everything else. And he's saying, well, I don't think you taking into account that it's only 24 hours in a day and I gotta do— she said, but yeah, I feel like if you cared, you would make time for me. He said, baby, I don't think He talking about what he thinks, she's talking about what she feels. They not finna get anywhere. One of them gotta become a better hypnotist and say, okay, I'm gonna join you in what you feel, I'm gonna join you in what you think, so that we can rest that and then we'll, we'll get to the— man, hypnosis should be taught in high school. Even junior high. Hypnosis should at least be an elective. Marketing. It's hypnosis. Commercials on the radio, it's hypnosis. People don't know that me and my colleagues, we help people like with the layout of their stores. All right, put the fruity candy, put that eye level with the kids. Those chocolates, those mints and all that, put that eye level with the adults. All right, these Cokes, you gonna make them $4? Jay, we can sell these for $12. Make them $4, put them all the way at the back of the store though, so people gonna come in for these $4 Cokes, but they I'm gonna pass by thousands of dollars worth of merchandise to get to him and brighten these lights up and play the music between 100 and 120 beats per minute. Yeah, like, people— I can't be a man. Shut up, silly. As soon as you're old enough to wipe your own ass, the government make your mama hand you over so they can start teaching you how to respond to bills, how to raise your hand before you talk. Like you, you've been being programmed your whole life. You just got to start doing it. You just got to start doing it on purpose. You just got to start doing it on purpose. Gotta start doing it on purpose. What's the hardest part about learning it? Understanding that, um, you don't learn— you don't get good at hypnosis in the classroom. Appreciate you, King. You don't get good at hypnosis in the classroom. Only way to get good at hypnosis is by doing hypnosis. If you want to be really good at hypnosis, you know, you You go to the classroom to learn the theory of hypnosis, but I, I guess that's for any— that's for any field though. You learn theory in a classroom, you learn practice through practice. For sure, Lux. Appreciate you, King Butler, over there lighting up the gift gallery, sending the thunderbolts. I just feel like there's some kind of blockage on my finances. I'm a new author, I want success. Okay, so we got to get rid of that feeling of the blockage. And the way that we get rid of the feeling of the blockage is we get you wrapped up in the feeling of abundance. And as you get in that feeling of abundance, you're gonna say things that— you're gonna see things that the version of you felt blocked couldn't see. I look at identity like sunglasses. If I put on blue sunglasses, everything I look at is going to have a blue tint to it. If I put on red sunglasses, everything I look at is going to have a red tint to it. If I got on sunglasses to say my, my finances are blocked, I got a blockage over here, I could be looking at abundance, but them sunglasses is gonna water down the abundance. But if I put on my abundant sunglasses, I put on— I'm the type of person that can definitely make something out of nothing. When I talk, people close their fucking mouth and listen to what I got. When I put on those sunglasses, I can look at lack, but I'm still gonna see abundance because of the type of sunglasses I got on. We don't change reality, we change your sunglasses. But when we change them sunglasses— oh man, I tell you a story, LA. I used to own a cleaning company before COVID My cleaning company was printing money, printing money, man. More money than I could count, especially in the springtime. Money was just falling. February 2020, COVID hit, and people were scared, people were nervous, and they didn't want the cleaners going from house to house and bringing germs from other people's house into they house, all our clients fired us. And man, I was— I felt that blockage that you're talking about. And I felt that blockage for about 2 months. And it got to the point where I couldn't— I could no longer afford to feel that blockage. I, I couldn't keep sitting in that blockage. I got calibrated. What do I want? I want my business thriving. I want to have work for the women who work for me to do. I got single moms that work for me. I want them to be able to feed their children. I want to keep my house. I want to keep my car. I like my neighborhood. I like my kids. I want to maintain my life. So I got calibrated to what I wanted. As I started getting calibrated to what I wanted, I started to feel different. As I started to feel different, a good idea found me. I didn't find a good idea. A good idea found me. Stop marketing the cleaning business as a luxury cleaning service. Start marketing the cleaning business as a disinfectant service. Very short period, a very short time later, we went from no clients to having a waiting list because we were the only cleaning business in the city that had the wherewithal to stop marketing ourselves as a luxury service and start marketing ourselves as a necessity. Start marketing ourselves as a solution to a problem that people that was already keeping people up at night. But I couldn't think of that when I was under the influence of what I didn't want. When I was focusing on what wasn't working, what wasn't going right, that idea was available but not to me. I couldn't even latch on to that idea until I came from under the influence of what I didn't want. As I latched on to what I wanted, man, things changed. So that would be my question to you, LA. What do you want? What, what, what do you want? I know what you don't want, but knowing what you don't want is really useless in these conversations. It's like getting in the back of a taxi and telling them where not to take you. Don't take me to the mall, I hate the mall. All right, but where do you want to go? Man, I just told you I hate the mall, it's too expensive. I'm not paying no $300 for no one pair of shoes. These people crazy. Then you get to the mall and you got teenagers running around and stealing and fighting and wearing masks and coats and it's 90 degrees outside. You know what's wrong with this generation? Because when we was Bro, where do you want to go? You in the back seat giving the man a lecture about where you don't want— okay, I'm not taking you to the mall. Where do you want to go? Because what happened is he'll start driving that taxi and not taking you to the mall. You gonna owe them $40, $50, $70, $100, $120. But only thing he doing is not taking you to the mall. He taking you in circles around the city. Appreciate you, King. He taking you in circles around the city, not taking you to the mall, and your tab is running up. It's getting more and more expensive when you probably could have gave this man $30 or $40 to go anywhere you wanted to go. But now you $200 in and only thing you're doing is not going to the mall. Figure out what you want. We talked about the 2 levels of clarity that I teach. So figure out what you want out there, figure out what you want in here? How would I feel if I had it? Calibrate the feeling that way. As you get your nervous system familiar with those feelings, man, you're gonna accidentally come up with some really good ideas. You're gonna accidentally find yourself at the right place at the right time, saying the right stuff to the right people. And you got to learn how to control that inner dialogue. Like, if I had to put a definition on manifesting, this is my personal definition of manifesting: controlling what's going on in here and in here, independent of what's going on out Being able to control this and this independent of what's going on out there. You gotta start looking at that out there. And out there is a pendulum. It swings back and forth and back and forth. You— when it go left, don't go with it. Understand? That's just reality. Reality. What goes up must come down. That's it. Don't go with it. Let it go. It's gonna swing right back. But if, as it's swinging this way, you identify with, with it and create all of these narratives in you— oh, I must have been a horrible person in a past life and now I'm being punished— now you've like fed all this bullshit to your neurology. Well, it was bullshit when you first started thinking it, but as it made into your neurology, it became a fact for you. So now you're stuck in this thing that merely could have been a season. Everything goes through seasons. Winter, spring, summer, fall. Winter, spring, summer, fall. Sometimes you're just in a season of winter. Has nothing to do with who you are. I don't care. I don't care who you are. I don't care how favored you are by God. You can plant seeds all winter. Guess what? They're not gonna grow. Seeds don't grow in the winter. But when you start to put your self-worth with that seed not growing When you start to create this narrative about who you are and your capability as a result of you planting seeds in winter, then summer and spring roll back around and you still got this narrative going. And the seeds would grow right now, you just talked yourself out of planting anymore. Come back, come back, come back. What's going on, Peter? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. Let me see something. All right, let me send the— hi. This stuff making sense, y'all? What's something you wish you knew before you started? Nothing, man. It all came in. It all came in divine time. It all came when it was supposed to come. It all came when it was supposed to come. And when I had— like, it's books like The Way of the Superior Man, it's one of my favorite books. I love that book. And I used to say, man, I wish somebody gave me that book when I was 16. But think about it, I wouldn't read that damn book at 16. I wouldn't appreciate that book at 16. I appreciate that book because of stuff that I've been through. I appreciate that I found that book because of stuff that I've lived through and experienced. And without those things that I experienced, that book would not have that same value. I found that book right when I needed to. I found it right where I needed to. But one of the things that just popped up in my head, one of the things that I wish I knew earlier in life, is I'm, I'm not that fragile. You not neither. We like, we not, we not that fragile, man. We, we, we so resilient. We could bounce back from any fucking thing. It's the— it don't be reality, it'd be your story about reality that be keeping you stuck, man. It is not what's going on out there that's keeping you stuck, it's what's going on in here that, that's messing most people up, man. It's that war inside. That's the problem. The world be saying other stuff. That's why the Bible say don't be conformed to the ways of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your of your mind. There's a reason you close your eyes when you pray. You got to be absent from the body and present with the Father. The world is not— the answer is not without. The answer is within. It's going to be done on earth as it is in heaven. Jesus said the kingdom of heaven is in you. Stop trying to change that. That has always been a reflection of this. You don't got to change your bank account. Change what's going on in here. The bank account has no choice but to respond to that. You ain't got to change that number on the scale. Change what's going on in here. Number on the scale has no choice but to respond. You don't got to change your credit score. Change what's going on in here, and the credit score has no choice but to respond to that. You don't got to change your, your, your wife, your husband, your kid. Change what's going on in here, and you go accidentally start saying the same stuff you've been saying but in a different way. Your timing gonna get better. Your your ability to read and go okay, they're not in a mode where they can hear me right now. It's just gonna start an argument. I ain't even gone. Right now they don't even need a lecture. They need to be held. They need understand. They need to vent right now. As you change what's going on in here, you're gonna accidentally change what's going on out there. Anthony Jack Quinn says the step one to being a hypnotist is being a hypnotist. Something about the way you walk in the room. Something about the way that you hold space. Something about the look in your eyes. Got to say that my words are so powerful that. they instantly shift realities. And if you don't master that part, the rest of it can't save you. The techniques can't save you. The theory can't save you. The history— none of that can save you without that becoming part. But that's not just about being a hypnotist. That's what being anything— step one to being a good father is being a good father. Step one of being a good entrepreneur is being a good entrepreneur. But you understand that the being happens in here. It doesn't happen out there. But when you need to see certain conditions out there before you can be You can't have it. God didn't give the world dominion over you. He gave you dominion over reality. And when you're looking to the thing that you have dominion over, waiting on it to co-sign your greatness, you out of order. And if you out of order, why wouldn't your bank account be out of order? If you out of order, why wouldn't your relationships be out of order? It all spews from you. So the quickest way to get all of it back in order is to Get you in order. Let me see. So appreciate you getting your daily heart me chosen. Appreciate you. All right. What am I doing? Look like Sunday works awesome. Thank you. Okay. Boom, boom, boom, boom. Y'all, um, we got a Valentine's Day sale. I'm doing self-love sessions for $197. Usually you'll spend about $275 on one of those hour-long sessions, so don't miss out on it. It's going until February 15th. What's going on, Nick? What is up? What is up? What is up? How long I've been on live? Hour thirty minutes. What's the biggest myth about hypnosis? Just just the stuff people see on TV. Like, what you gotta understand is like, TV is TV. If you've been watching WWE but you go to like a real wrestling match, you gonna be bored. Like, it ain't no storylines at a real wrestling match. They not hitting each other with ladders and stairs at a real wrestling match. Like, so TV exaggerates things and people see that thing on exaggeration, they go, that's witchcraft. That's— you, you just keep watching TV, man. Until my daughter's birthday, easy to remember. What's up, Lux? Can you explain more what's the gain from the self-love sessions? Depends on the person, man. But if you, um, are a person who right now you just got an internal dialogue that's not serving you, you're way more likely to talk yourself out of things instead of into the things that you need to be doing. Some, some people at a place where they might not like what they see when they look in the mirror, they might not They might not like themselves. So it'd be really beneficial for somebody who's going through something like that. But some people might be at a point where they already got a pretty positive internal dialogue. It's just certain habits that really got a lot of momentum on them, and they might need something a bit different. But I created those sessions with— in— with this idea in mind. On Valentine's Day, most people are like thinking about showing and expressing their love for others, but, um, I, I believe that the most important love relation— love-based relationship in your life is the relationship with you and you. So I set those up with that in mind, people who need help tightening up their relationship between them and themselves. Oh yeah, man, you don't even got to change reality. If you change your mind, reality has no choice but to follow. February 15th, your daughter birthday. Oh, that's what's up, that's what's up. I tell my clients all the time, I don't, I don't care about your behavior. If I change how you think and feel, the behaviors— like if somebody come to me and say, hey Jay, can you make me quit smoking? Absolutely. But I'm not gonna make them quit smoking by making them quit smoking. My job is to make them feel different about cigarettes. If I get them to feel different about cigarettes, they accidentally stop picking up the cigarettes. Right now they might feel like cigarettes help them relax, or they feel like cigarettes give them something to do when they're bored. They feel like cigarettes keep them from cursing their boss out. So if you feel like the cigarettes are helping you, it does, you reach for the cigarettes. I got to get them to feel like that cigarette— every time you suck on that cigarette, you sucking cancer. That's it. And every time you think about— I want you to pull on that smoke, feel that cancer fill your mouth, feel that cancer go down into your— and blow it back out. Every time you suck on that cancer, you're stealing time away from your children. I don't got to make them quit smoking. I got to change what they think and feel about cigarettes. When they think and feel different about the cigarette, they'll accidentally put it down. But that's what I encourage you guys to do on your own self-development journey. Now, how do I make myself go to the gym? The version of me that enjoys gym. What, what do they think about? What do they feel? What do they expect? What's their narrative? You don't got to make yourself go to the gym. You got to start expecting that. You got to start feeling that. You got to start focusing on that. You got to start thinking like the version of you who does that. The body follows the thoughts. The body follows the feel. When you feel angry, you don't got to try to raise your voice and curse people out and throw it— like, you'll accidentally act— you accidentally be angry when you feel angry. When you feel angry, you don't got to use willpower to be angry. You got to use willpower to not be angry. You got to use willpower to not curse people out. You don't want to be an imaginationist to operate power in reality. There you go, Lux. What's that? Earl Nightingale Lux? Is is that what it is? What's going on, Brandon? How you doing? Neville Goddard. Okay, I thought that was out of The Stranger's Secret. Speaking of Neville Goddard, The Neville Collection. Let me put y'all on some game. Really good book. Really, really good book. What's going on, Lori? How you doing? Welcome to the live. What's going on, Ning? Really great book. If I was in my— well, my other office, I would show y'all my copy. I got so much stuff highlighted in that book and wrote in that book. One of my favorite books by far. I've beat the shit out of that book. What's going on, God or Godly? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. All right, y'all, I'm gonna be shutting down here in the soon— here in a bit. Never made me laugh about this publisher. How so, Lux? What's going on, y'all? What's going on, Don? What's up, user? What is up? What is up? What is up? What's up, Keander? The editor, my bad. He sent up his book back with corrections. Never told— leave that shit alone.
