Master Your Mindset for Success | Unlock Personal Growth with Creators Create

In this live session, Jay Shaw delivers an energetic, conversational masterclass on mastering mindset to achieve wealth and personal fulfillment. He begins by asserting that money is easy to generate when one aligns subconscious beliefs with the idea of "printing money on demand," emphasizing that the critical faculty of the mind will distort and delete information to confirm these beliefs. Shaw explains that true change comes from reprogramming the subconscious, especially the programming formed between ages 0‑8, and using hypnosis techniques (the ABS model: Attention, Bypass, Stimulate) to embed new patterns. Central to his teaching is the "5 C's" framework: Clarity (defining exactly what you want), Calibration (immersing yourself in the feeling of having it), Confidence (embodying the creator identity), Competence (acquiring the necessary skills), and Consistency (maintaining the practice). He stresses that imagination, not willpower, should be disciplined to visualize desired outcomes, as the brain treats vivid imagination as real data. Shaw also covers practical business advice—pricing as a brand statement, avoiding cheapness, and the importance of aligning actions with the 5 C's before taking steps like networking or launching products. He outlines a three‑day "Dreams in Action" seminar (Being, Doing, Having) and promotes his Dreamwell Hypnosis community for deeper work, masterclasses, and replays. Throughout, he uses a hype‑filled, motivational tone, urging participants to engage, comment, and internalize the concepts.

But listen, y'all, if y'all applying the stuff that we talk about in here, listen, it gets to the place where you learn how to print money on demand. Because one of the things I'm going to convince you of as you hang out in these lives is that money is easy to make. It's everywhere. It's everywhere. It's easier to make a lot of money in a short period of time than it is to make a little bit of money in a long period of time. And as I convince you of these things, this is what happens. This is where it gets crazy. As I get your buy-in and you really start to believe it, your ideas are going to come from a place of believing this. So your subconscious mind is going to start handing you ideas because the job of your critical mind is to prove you right. It will generalize, distort, and delete to prove you right. So if you got this belief, this belief that's been watered, this belief that's been nurtured, this belief that's been well taken care of, this belief that's been properly developed in your nervous system, running on autopilot at full speed, Your nervous system is going to generalize, distort, and delete everything that it needs to to make that a reality for you. That's why when you look at the word manifest, it doesn't mean— it doesn't say anything about hoping, it doesn't say anything about wishing. It talks about making it obvious to the mind. I got to make it obvious to your mind that it's easy to make money. I got to make it obvious to your mind that it's possible for you to weigh what you want to weigh. It is possible for you to look how you want to look. It is possible for you to feel how you want to feel. It is possible for you to feel to think how you want to think. And as you buy into that, the ideas, the feelings, and the actions you take will have no choice but to align to them. People try to change their action without changing their mindset. That never works. You change your mindset and the action takes care of itself. I already know you, London. But that's— are y'all feeling what I'm saying? I'm getting hyped. People ain't even in here yet. I'm getting, I'm getting lit. Let me, let me dial it back. What's up, Mariah? How you doing? Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. Let's get some people in here. Let's see. Yeah, let's work this share button. There's some people in here, but is that making sense? You could be doing have anything you desire, but you can't get what you want till you know what you want. You gotta know what you want. It's not enough to know what you don't want. I need you to know in detail. Okay, what do I want? Since I can have anything I desire, dot dot dot. Since I can have anything I desire, I get to play for a living. I get to wake up every day, get some breakfast in my body, get some fuel in my body, and I get to talk to people from all over the world. People who enjoy talking about the type of stuff that I like to talk about. What's going on, Nikki? Hey, Nikki, I'm ready when you ready. Just say the word. I'm gonna shut this down and we coming over over there with y'all. But I, I really wanna, I wanna brainwash you. What's up, Reality? What's up, man? How you been, bro? You ain't even know I was back doing the morning lives, huh? What's up, what's up? What is going on, Coach T? What's going on? Your life has been a living hell. I'm sorry to hear that, man. Shake back. You got the tools. Okay, for sure, for sure. Just let me know whenever. What's up? I'm her. Welcome to the live. Welcome to the live. Tomorrow is your birthday. Don't want got to be a special. This one got to be special today. Oh, Coach T special every day. I'm happy your birthday tomorrow. What you got planned for your birthday, girl? What you doing for your birthday? Some other hypnotists took me to court for performing. Appreciate you, um, I'm Her. Appreciate you for the gift. How you doing? For performing on the same corner as them. Yep. Shit, I'm gonna go sue. I had people steal my whole spiel and I ain't take them to court. Not the same corner. That's that's the whole case. Appreciate you, I'm hurt. Bro, I didn't see people re-give talks that I didn't gave. I didn't see people back when I was doing a lot of street hypnosis. I didn't see people get on and I'm like, damn, that's shut. It don't sound like me. It don't look exactly like me, but that sound and look like me. It's like watching myself work. That's crazy, man. Good luck with it. You got the tools, man. Appreciate y'all. I'm her. I'm her coming in here with the love. How y'all doing, man? Y'all ready to have some fun this morning? Y'all ready to talk about the fact that you could be, do, and have anything you desire? Your only limit in life is your own imagination. Y'all ready to talk about that? Yeah, y'all ready to talk about the fact that you got this thing called a critical faculty, and your critical faculty will generalize, distort, and delete anything that it needs to generalize, distort, and delete? To convince you that you right. It's a part of you that's all about proving you right. And Joe, even as you listening right now, that part of you gonna generalize, distort, and delete to support your beliefs. Let it in, don't let it in, I don't give a damn. I got mine. They tried to get order protection, it cost me $15,000 in court. Everyone should appreciate your reality twist. Yeah, you got this thing called the critical faculty, and this critical faculty programmed from the time that you zero to eight. Well, it's being programmed your whole life. But it's doing its deepest programming from the ages of 0 to 8. From the ages of 0 to 8. You think it's all a lie? You ain't worked with the masters. You ain't worked with nobody who understand this shit inside out. Trust your intuition. If your intuition say stay, hang out. If your intuition say leave, trust it, get out. But, um, it's up to you. But listen, you gotta understand that you really can be, do, and have anything that you desire, and your only limit is your own imagination. That's, that's, that's the foundation. That's, that's the foundation, okay? You could be doing, have anything you desire, but you were programmed between the ages of 0 and 8. So when I'm doing hypnosis, when I'm out in the field doing street hypnosis and I'm doing entertainment hypnosis and I walk up on somebody, one of the first things I'm trying to figure out is how did their parents communicate with them between the ages of 0 and 8? Did their parents give them direct suggestions? Did their parents say, go in the kitchen and mop the floor? Did their parents say, when you finish mopping the floor, I want you to take the trash out? Did their parents say, when you finish taking the trash out, I want you to go in your room, make your bed, and put those toys in the toy box? Or did their parents give them indirect suggestions? Did their parents say, do what you need to do, and they had to fill in the blanks? I need to know how they used to take suggestions, because once I figure out how you used to take suggestions, oh, the slope get, get real Real slippery. Even acknowledge your existence. I got you, Joe. But you, you bring— you showing us something real important. What you're doing is even as an adult, you operate from within their programming. So we're gonna use that same programming, that same language to teach you new patterns. You don't change your habits, you change your thinking. People, people got— people got this all wrong. That's why a lot of people think manifesting don't work. They think they do action to get what they want when no, no, they think action is the answer. Action is never the answer. Especially when you're taking action from the wrong mindset. You can't feel impoverished and take abundant action. It doesn't align. You can't take abundant action from a feeling of impoverished. And when you try to take abundant action from a feeling of poverty, the action gonna be covered in lack. You networking, but you feel like the type of person I don't want to network with. You feel poor, you feel broke, you don't feel like the type of person that could teach me anything. So even though you may be saying the right stuff, even though you may have the knowledge I need, you don't feel Correctly to me, so I'm not gonna do business with you. I'm not gonna give you my money. Feeling is a secret. You don't get successful then feel successful. You feel successful then get successful. You don't get sexy then feel sexy. You feel sexy and then get sexy. You don't get rich. You don't get the money then feel rich. You start feeling rich. When you feel rich, you'll start thinking rich. When you start thinking rich, you'll start taking rich act rich action on accident. Does that make sense? One of the first things we teach hypnotists is in order to be the hypnotist, step one to being. Being the hypnotist is being the hypnotist. Something in your energy gotta say that my words are powerful. When I talk, people listen. My words are so powerful that I can, I can stick your feet to the floor. If you don't believe that, you can read all the books, you can go to all the courses, you can go to Hypno Thoughts, you can train with the masters. If you don't buy into the belief yourself, none of the stuff works. But I'm as empty as I can be. Let's fill you up. Yeah, let's fill you up. Just keep just hang out with us. But y'all having fun this morning? Y'all enjoying information? Let's get this thing up to ten thousand taps, man. Ten thousand taps. There's nine people here. That's barely a thousand taps a piece. We already got a thousand of them down. That's a thousand taps apiece. Let's run these taps up. So let's have some fun as I talk to y'all about what I call the five C's. Now if you master these five C's. You no longer have limits in your life. Your only limit is how big am I willing to bet on me? How big am I willing to dream? How big am I willing to let my imagination go? If you get these 5 C's in your— not your conscious mind, I want them in your subconscious mind. So I'm gonna be real, you're gonna hear me repeat myself a lot today. As hypnotists, we use this thing called the law of repetition. I want you to hear this stuff over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. I wanted to get to the point where when I'm saying certain stuff, you finishing my sentence. I wanted it to get to the point where you rolling your eyes and saying, yeah, Jay, we know. But it ain't enough to know. I need you doing. Knowing and doing is not the same thing. I know how to change oil. I don't want to, so I take it to the dealership. I know how to do it, but I be taking it to the dealership. What if I told you you already know how to be successful, but you be doing something else? And we finna talk about it. So let's talk about the 5 C's. The first C, get some paper. If you ain't never heard of the 5 C's, I suggest you start And I suggest you start taking notes, but I don't want you getting so lost in the notes that you, that you miss shit in the live. So I don't— I want you to take a little shorthand note, scribble, but give me your attention right back. And I'm gonna ask y'all to repeat things. I'm gonna ask y'all to say things in the comments, and that's not just for my health. I want you to say it. I want you to repeat it back, because when I say it, you might get it. When you say it, it locks into your neurology. When you type it, you got to interact with it in another way. So as you typing it, your subconscious mind is grabbing onto it. Okay, for sure, for sure. And if you're interested in the recordings, you need to go to dreamwellhypnosis.com and join our community. Every Saturday I do master classes. You get to join our Facebook group, and we scratch the surface on Facebook, but boy, in the private community we really get to it. You get to ask questions, you get to come up on the screen, you get to talk to me. It's a whole new experience. But the first C is clarity. Say clarity in the comments. You don't have Facebook? Get Facebook. You ain't got to use it except for the group. Come on, get in there. Let's work. Somebody say clarity in the comments so I can pin it to the top. Clarity. There we go. Clarity. There we go. You need clarity because guess what? You can't get what you want until you know what you want. Say that. Say, I can't get what I want until I know what I want. How I'm supposed to get what I want when I don't know what it is? When I don't know what I want, I can be sitting next to what I want, but if I haven't got the clarity, I don't even know that it's a piece to what I want sitting right beside me. It's not enough to know what you don't want. Everybody knows what they don't want. That's why they get so much of it. Everybody knows what they want. That's why they get so much of it. I need you to get the same type of detail about what you want. I want you to start using what you don't want as the launching pad to what you do want. I want you to stop looking at stuff and go, I don't like that. I don't like the color of it. I don't like the smell of it. I don't like the— then you go find 3 other people who don't like it as well. Then y'all get on the phone and y'all talk about this thing that y'all don't like. Where attention goes, energy flows. And we're gonna be putting everything in the first person today. So I want you out loud to say, where my attention goes, my energy flows. I want you to realize that your attention is way more valuable than your money. If I get your attention long enough, I have no problem getting your money. I want you to start treating your attention like you treat your money. If I say, hey Ash, if I say, hey Joe, if I say, hey Nikki, can I have $1,000? You gonna have some questions. You gonna have some questions if I ask you for $1,000. But if I ask you for 1,000 seconds, how quickly would you give me that 1,000 seconds? It should be harder to get 1,000 seconds out of you than it is to get $1,000 out of you. I done learned how to print money. I ain't learned how to print time. I done learned how to go in my imagination, say I would like to make $15,000 this month. Okay, I need to see this many clients. I need to go live this many times. I need to be in the office this many days a week I need to do this marketing-wise. I need to push out this many Google Ads. I didn't learn— can I pay it back? What am I getting in return for my thou— yo, for your $1,000, right? If you give me $1,000, you're gonna want at least $1,000 back. So if you— if I— if you give me 1,000 seconds, I'm gonna need something in return for my 1,000 seconds. Is everything we saying making sense right now? Your attention is your most valuable asset. If I get your attention, I can get your money. If I get your attention, I could get access to your body. If I get your attention, I better quit playing, man. Is this making sense? When we learn hypnosis, we learn a 3-step process: ABS. The A stands for attention. Get their attention. I can't even begin to hypnotize you until I get your attention, at least subconsciously. The B is bypassing the critical mind, and the S is stimulate the subconscious. But the first step of hypnosis is get their attention. After you get their attention, you already 75% through with the process. Do you understand? What are you allowing to get your attention? What are you allowing to consume your attention day after day after day after day? You don't got to worry about changing your actions. What are you giving your attention to? If I tell you— I got your attention right now. If I tell you a joke, you don't got to try to laugh. If I say something that offend you, you don't got to try to get offended. If I give you a compliment, you don't got to try to feel— you don't got to try to feel it. I already got your attention. So since I got your attention, you're gonna react to whatever I do. Is that making sense? What are you giving your attention to? Once it has your attention, it— like, people want— I love being a hypnotist because it shows you, you get to see life from so many different points. People go, you can't hypnotize me, that shit ain't gonna work on me. We just entered into a hypnotic loop. Now, if I got a person who's going with the flow, I'm gonna use what's called a yes set. I'm gonna get them saying yes. If I got a person who's going against the grain, I'm gonna use what's called a no set, because there's no such thing as no communication. If I say, hey Nikki, and Nikki look at me and turn around and look this way, she didn't say nothing, but she said a whole lot. No response is still a response. So I, I don't want you getting tricked into thinking like you can give your attention to something and it not control you. Because even if you going out of your way to not be controlled, you still responding to it. Is that making sense? And a person who really understands a situation, that really understands how life work, can flip things away into you, you going against the grain, but you're still doing exactly what I want you to do. Like sometimes with my children, it'll be about 8:30, 9 o'clock. I say, y'all want to go to bed now or y'all want 15 more minutes? Without thinking about it, say 15 more minutes. Okay. Now I gave them the illusion of choice. They feel like they just—I gave them the illusion. You want to go to bed now or you want to go to bed in 15 minutes? What what what that child gonna say? I want I want they want the extra 15 minutes. Okay. I said set set a timer on your phone for 15 minutes. When the timer go off, the work is done. It ain't nothing to talk about. We already talked about it. Your timer went off on your phone. Cut it off. Brush your teeth, go to bed. They gonna say they want the 15 minutes. That's called a double bind. That's hypnosis. You want to go into hypnosis fast or slow? I didn't give you the option of not going into hypnosis. I ain't give you the option of asking me a thousand questions. Do you want to go into hypnosis fast or do you want to go into hypnosis slow? When I used to be outside, outside, hey, can I take you on a date tonight or you want me to come just— you want to just wait till Saturday? Shit, I'm not ready to go on no date now. I got on jeans and a t-shirt. Saturday, silly bitch. I didn't give you the option of me not taking— you want to go out tonight or you want to just take time and go out Saturday? It's called the double bind. My daughter does it. We'll be in the store, she goes, Daddy, she— so she'll go find 2 toys. She'll get the toy she really want, then she'll get a toy she don't really want, but she'll make sure it's more expensive than the toy that she really want. I love my little hypnotist. And she'll go, Daddy, can I get this toy or this toy? This one's $29.99, this one's $59.99. She really want the one that cost $19.99. So she didn't say come up here and say, Daddy, can I get a toy? That's too— that's a yes or no. She put me in a double bind. Daddy, can I get this one or can I get this one? This one's only $19.99. This one is $59.99. You see what my little hypnotist did there? What's going on, Purple? But let's come up— we going down the rabbit hole. Y'all ain't here to learn hypnosis. Y'all here to learn how to get what you want. But clarity— you can't get what you want until you get what you want. I don't want you getting in the— she learned from the best. She been being— I read Eric— I used to read Erickson to this baby when she was in the womb. She well-rounded though because she also loved Boosie. But anyway, that's a whole nother, whole nother discussion. Her daddy from Louisiana, she ain't got no choice. But clarity, okay? It's not enough to know what you don't want. I don't want you to be the idiot because there ain't no other way to say it. I don't want you to be the idiot in the back of the taxi telling the driver where not to take you. I don't want you to be the idiot sitting in the back of the taxi saying, "Don't take me to the mall." Have you seen them prices? Can you believe what they charge you for shoes now? Two hundred a hoot. I'm not giving them two hundred. Don't take me to the mall. You go to the mall. Why you go to the mall? That's why the prices that high because people like you keep giving them. They don't take me to the mall. If I'm your if I'm your taxi driver and you get in my car, if I'm your taxi driver and you get in my car. And tell me not to take you to the mall, guess what I'm gonna do? I'm gonna start driving circles around the city and I'm gonna not take you to the mall. You're gonna owe me $10, you're gonna owe me $20, you're gonna owe me $50, you're gonna owe me $100, you're gonna owe me $300. You, you're gonna owe me so much money and the only thing I'm doing is not taking you to the mall. When you, when you could have gave me $25 to take you to the airport, you could have gave me $25 to take you to your mama house, you could have gave me $25 to take you to church. You could have gave me $25 to take you to the library. You could have gave me $25 to take you anywhere you wanted to go, but you paid me thousands to not take you to the mall. That's how a lot of people going through life. They, they heart not getting no younger. They kidneys not getting no younger. They not getting no younger, but they going through life. I don't want this type of job. I don't do that. I don't want this type of relationship. What do you want? What type of job do you want? What type of relationship do you want? What type of relationship do you want? What do you want? You can't get what you want until you know what you want. Say that out loud. I can't get what I want until I know what I want. And here go the— here go the best part of that statement. Once I know what I want, I'm already halfway there. Let that sink in. Once I know what I want, I'm already halfway there. You gotta understand, most people have no idea what they want. 98% of people have no idea what they want. They know what they don't want. They can write books about what they don't want, but they don't know what they want. When you become a part of that 2%, part of the 2% of people who know what they want, oh man, you become magnetic. You become the hypnotist in every room you step in because you part of the elite 2% that actually know what they want out of life. When you know what to do, what you want, People want to do business with you. When you know what you want, people want to talk to you. People want to work for you. People want to do business with you. People want to network with you. When you know what you want, it's not you always chasing other people. Can you do this for me? Can you do— when you know what you want, people come to you and say, hey, it starts coming in once you become the person that actually know what you want. Hey, y'all heard on her. Y'all heard him, bro. Tap that damn screen. You gotta know what you want. Does that make sense? I want you to do yourself a favor. Do not go to bed tonight without knowing what you want. You gotta know what you desire. You gotta know what you desire. And if you want access to the replays, go to dreamworldhypnosis.com so you can get the replays, so you can come to the masterminds. So the first C is clarity. All right, we got that. What's the first C? Talk to me. What's the first C? Clarity. Appreciate you. I'm hurt. Flow. That's it. What's the first C? What's up, Miss PJ? Welcome to the room. Welcome to the live. Clarity. There we go. All right, so let's move to the second C. Once we get clarity, we gotta calibrate. Somebody say calibrate in the comments. Calibrate. What does calibrate mean? Calibrate means get under the influence of what you desire. Okay, now that I know what I want, I got to get under the influence of it. There we go, there we go, there we go. Gracious rising, I like that calibration. Okay, so when I say calibrate, I'm talking about get to get under the influence of it. Okay, think about what happens when you get under the influence of alcohol. Take you about 3 shots, what happened? It's gonna change the way you walk, it's gonna change the way you talk, it's gonna change the way you think, it's gonna change where you at, you're gonna change the way you feel, it's going to change you. I want you taking shots of what you do want. What do these shots look like? These shots look like taking time throughout the day to close your eyes, relax your body, and use this superpower that you got called your imagination. You gotta use your imagination on purpose because you're already using your imagination, but I want you to start using it on purpose. People go, I don't— I can't imagine. My imagination don't work like that. If you can create anxiety, if you can get anxious about something that's not in the room beside you, your imagination works. If you could watch TV and laugh at something, your imagination works. Your imagination works. You just gotta start working it. You gotta start working it on purpose. So now you're gonna start using your imagination, but now you got this thing that you didn't have before. You got this thing called clarity, and you're gonna use your imagination to get under the influence of the clarity. Because what a lot of people do is they'll be under the influence of what they don't want. They'll be calibrated to what they don't want and trying to get what they want. Don't work like that. It don't work like that. You can't be calibrated to this thing that you don't like. You can't be calibrated to your cheating partner that disrespects you and makes you feel less than and attract something other than that. You're gonna attract according to what you calibrate to. So before we take any action— notice I ain't said nothing about action yet. We didn't got clarity and we're calibrating to the clarity. We getting in alignment with the cal— it ain't time for action yet. If you take action before you calibrate, the action— not the networking— not gonna work. The business plan is gonna be filled with lack. You take it to any bank, they gonna laugh you out the door. They not giving you no loan. You gonna build that website— appreciate you, Nikki— you gonna build that website, you gonna spend all that time, the funnel is going to suck. It's gonna sound like begging. It's gonna sound like selling. It's not gonna sound like, I got this key to this problem that you really want to solve and it's only $2,000. It's gonna sound like, can you please do business with me so I can feed my children? It's gonna feel like, can you please do business with me? Can you support me? And it's not even fair because my own mama and my own husband don't even support me and they don't I don't think I could do it. If you calibrate to it, it don't matter what they think. You want them to calibrate to it so you can feel— it don't work like that. They not gonna calibrate to it until you calibrate to it. You gotta get clarity and you gotta calibrate to the clarity. How do you calibrate? You use your imagination. How do you calibrate? You book a session with Jay. How did you— how do you calibrate? You book a session with Nicki. How do you calibrate? You learn how to make it the leading point of your focus. You get under the influence of what you desire. Does that make sense? Calibration. You get clarity after you get clarity. And I don't want that vague clarity. I don't want you to— I want to be happy. What the hell does that mean? I want to wake up and I want to play for a living. I want to work with clients from all over the world. I want to remind them that they can be, do, and have anything that they desire. I want to play. I don't want to do therapy. I don't want people in my office crying and getting tears all over my shit. I want to have fun as I help people remember who the hell they are. I want to use tools like NLP. I want to use tools like hypnosis. I want to use tools like neuroscience. I want to use things like biofeedback to talk to people all over the world and help them quit smoking, help them lose weight, help them create the life that they desire. That's what I want to do. And I don't want to be poor as I do it. I want to make a lot of money in the process of doing it. I want to have $20,000 months as I'm doing this thing that I love. I never want to work again. I want to play, play, play, play, play. I want to get paid Big to play. I want you to take segments every day where you just get in that state and you just what do I want? Not what you don't want. You didn't gave enough attention to what you don't want. That's why you got piles and piles and piles of it. I want you to start putting that same type of energy into what you do want. You know how you get on the phone with your homegirl and y'all talk about the stuff y'all do want, y'all don't want? I want you y'all to she either got to come with you or you got to leave her behind. I want you to stop talking to her about the stuff you don't want. I want you to find a new set of friends that y'all get on y'all talk about the stuff that y'all do want. What's going on, Willie P? What's going on, brother? Is that making sense? Get clarity, calibrate to it. Stop trying to convince other people. What they think about you don't matter. What you, what you think about what they think about you, that matters. That changes your neurology, that changes your hormonal system, that changes the type of chemistry you're releasing. But what you, you— if you think I'm not equipped, if you think I'm not good at what I do, that means nothing to me. Now, what I think about what you think about me starts to change me. Stop thinking about what people think about you. Realize that your mind is not you. Your mind is a tool that you use. Start using the tool. Take control of the tool. Discipline your mind. Discipline your thinking. Start using your imagination on purpose. Calibrate to what you want. Now, as we calibrate to it, we move into the 3rd C on accident. The 3rd C is confidence. Somebody say confidence. What's going on, bud? Get ready to do some work. Knock it out, man. The third C is confidence. Somebody say confidence for me. Confidence, confidence, confidence. Now, confidence is the sexiest outfit you could put on. Just like you wake up in the morning and you put your shirt on and you put your chain on and your pants and your shirt. Just like you wouldn't leave the house without a shirt and pants on. Don't you ever walk out of your house again without confidence. What is confidence, Jay? I'm glad you asked. Confidence is remembering who the fuck you are as you go through life. Confidence is remembering that you are a creator. You are not a waiter. You're not here to wait. You're here to create. Does that make sense? You're not here to wait on them to buy in. You're here to create the experience that they buy into. You're not here to wait on the money. You're here to create the money. You're not here to wait on the relationship. You're here to create the relationship. You didn't come here to wait. You didn't beat out 500 million other sperm cells. You didn't sit in your mom's womb for 9 months. You didn't come here and learn how to walk and learn how to talk, learn all of this stuff that you done learned to wait. You came here to create. You are a creator and you came here to create. My definition of confidence is remembering that as you go through life. My definition of confidence is being right in front of something that you don't like, and instead of getting so bought into this thing that you don't like, you remember I'm a creator and you go, what would I like instead? I want you to take a good look around you. I want you to take it all And hate it or love it, you created that. You created it, boy. I want you to just become aware. Look at the state of your body. Feel the state of your body. Feel how healthy you feel or healthy you don't feel. Feel all of that. Take it all in. Use all 5 senses. See it, taste it, touch it, hear it, smell it. You created that. And I want you to take full ownership of the fact that you created that. And I want you to take full ownership because I don't want it to be nobody else's fault. I want it to be all your fault. Because when it's somebody else's fault, they got to do something different before you can have something different. When it's your ex-wife's fault, you can't even have a successful marriage till your ex-wife do something different. She gone. When it's your boss's fault, you can't even have the experience you want till your boss do something different. When it's your fault, you can change it right here, right now. You don't need nobody else to do nothing different. They can keep doing exactly what they doing. They ain't ever got to apologize, and you still have a different experience. You ain't never got to get closure on that, and you can still have a different— I want you to look around and go, I created this. Somebody say, I created this. It's this quote to go around, it say, everybody is self-made, but only successful people admit it. You created that. But that's good news, because if you can create it, you can create something else. You just repelled— I got you, Joe. Hang out. You repelling it now. You running that pattern right now. Just hang out. We gonna water it down. I got you. Don't don't even worry. This is your first time hanging out with a professional hypnotist. We finna we gonna change this shit from the inside out. People used to trying to change stuff from the outside in. We don't negotiate with terrorists. We go through the back door and we change it from the inside out. Keep breathing and listening. That's all you that's all you gotta do. You because you you you trying to learn from the pattern that doesn't welcome learning. The pattern goes already know that already know that already know that already know that already know that. That's what the critical faculty does. Generalize, it distorts, and it deletes. And the more you argue with it, the more— every time you push it, it's gonna push back. I'm not gonna push it. I'm gonna change it from the inside out. I got this. 20 years of practice. Don't even worry. You're gonna find yourself slowly changing. You're gonna go, shit, a week ago I wouldn't have thought that. Then this thing called homeostasis gonna try to pull you back, and then you just keep hanging out. That's all you got to do. Don't even try. As hypnotists, we got this thing: the harder you try, the harder you fail. We call it the law of reverse action. Don't try to change. Just sit in here and listen. You're gonna calibrate to what we talking about, and you're gonna start feeling different on accident. When you start feeling different, you're gonna start thinking different, and I just need you feeling different and thinking different. If I get you feeling different and thinking different, the action gonna take care of itself. You're gonna find yourself accidentally on purpose allowing love in and going, wow, that's been here the whole time. Yep, the old pattern just was keeping you from seeing it. If you got on red sunglasses, everything you look at gonna have a hint of red to it. If you got on purple sunglasses, everything you look at gonna have a hint of purple to it. If you got on poverty sunglasses, you could be standing in a million-dollar situation and it's gonna still look like poverty. You feel me? Okay, so clarity. Get clarity. I can't get what I want until I know what I want. It's not enough to say I never let love in. What do I want? I want to let love flow through me because I am love. I want to attract love everywhere I go. I want to go to the restaurant and they go, I'm sorry, we're booked solid. They look up and see me but go, but we got this table in the back corner, come on in, we can get you in. I want to be the one that life makes exceptions for. I'm, I'm, I am love. I attract love everywhere I go. I can't lose for winning. I'm so busy winning that I can't lose. What do I want? Not what you don't want. What do you want? Get under the influence of it. So clarity, calibration, confidence, convincing yourself this version of me. Somebody that look like me, somebody with my skin color, somebody my height, my size, my background, somebody that grew up like I grew up, somebody that's lost what I lost, somebody that been through what I've been through, somebody as ugly as I am, somebody as beautiful as I am, somebody as fat as I am, somebody as skinny as I am, somebody just like me can have that thing that I desire. Somebody just like me can have that thing that I got clarity on. These are the first 3 C's. I need to get clarity. I need to get clear about what I want. After I get clear about what I want, I need to calibrate I need to get under the influence of it. I need to get so under the influence of it that I build confidence. I need to believe that this version of me can do that. Not lose 50 pounds, then I can do it. Not find a spouse, then I could do it. Not start the business, get the result, then I could do it. This version of me right here can do that thing. I can learn whatever I need to learn from here. I can network and meet whoever I need to meet from here. This version of me can do it. Once we do those first 3 C's, we ready for the 4th C. Y'all know what the 4th C is? Let me see your guesses. And while y'all guessing, I'm gonna sip on me some water and catch my damn breath. Y'all got me working out and I ain't even made it to the gym yet. Competence. Let's go! Competence. Competence. Now we start doing. Now we start the doing. We don't do the doing until we got the clarity, The calibration and the confidence. When you start trying to build the competence and you don't even got the clarity yet, you end up buying courses that you don't even need. You end up buying things that you don't even need. You end up buying stuff that sits in the closet. You end up getting gym memberships that you don't use. You end up wasting money. You end up wasting time. You end up wasting resources and convincing yourself that you can't do it. Just do it. Yeah, but before you just do it, you gotta build— you gotta build a foundation that supports all of it. So doing is step 4. I don't do until I get clarity. When you start networking and you don't got that first C yet, you don't got clarity and you don't got calibration, you networking, but every time somebody asks you what you do, they get a different answer. This week you a speaker, this week you a coach, this week you a consultant, this week you an entrepreneur, this I need you to get clarity and then network. When you say I'm a business coach but you ain't got clarity, okay, you know how many types of business coaches are there? Coaches that can teach you about sales, there's coaches that can teach you about marketing, there's coaches that can teach you how to run the back end of your business, there's coaches that can teach you about work-life balance. There's coaches that could teach you about taxes. There's coaches that can teach you loopholes about payroll. What type of business? It's not enough to say I'm a business coach. I focus on it for years. Everything, Joe, we got to talk private because I don't want to— I don't want to like— because when I coach, I cut to the core, and I don't want to cut to the core in front of these people. Set you up a consultation with me. Go to biggerbundy.com so we can talk without company. Because I don't want you to feel like I'm showing out when I say what I, what I really got to say. So let's, let's get on in a one-on-one space so we can really, so we can really, so we can really cut to the, so we can really cut to the, to the, to the core. For sure, for sure. Dance, Jay. You don't want me to dance. I'm not— I could be doing half anything I desire. I guess I don't desire to dance enough because I'm not a dancer. Okay, so we get clarity. Okay, you get clarity, you calibrate to it, you get the confidence, and now we work on the competence. Now we take— now we take the course, now we go back to school, now we buy the ring light, now we buy the MacBook, now we buy the microphone, now we start networking, now we start seeking mentorship. I know people, hey, can you mentor me? What, what's your goal, man? I just— I want to be— I'm trying to get like you. You don't even know, like, you— what you— no, I can't— no, I can't give you an hour of my time free of charge for a week, and you don't need that. You want to get Like me? What does that mean? No. What, what do you want? What you— you— nobody wants to mentor. And the people who agree to mentor you before you get clarity, they either gonna run your pockets or they, they don't know enough to be your mentor. Now, if I'm running you— if I'm coaching you and I'm gonna be your coach/mentor, yeah, I'll do that and I'll help you get clarity, but I'm gonna charge you to help you get clarity. That's not a mentorship, that's me Teach. That's me doing what you can do yourself. I'm gonna charge you to do what you could do yourself. You can get clarity. You can ask yourself those questions. I don't want you—I don't want you seeking none of that until you got clarity. What do you desire? And thing about clarity is it don't—it don't gotta take you six months to get clarity. You can start getting clarity right here, right now. Pull out a notepad. What do I desire? Start writing. What's up, CT? So clarity, calibration, confidence, competence. Step four is not step one. A lot of times people try to make step four step one. Step four is not step one. Step four is step four. Step four is step four. So take a break from the action. I've been going to the gym consistently for four months now, but before I started going to the gym, I took thirty days working on this. I took thirty days seeing myself leaving the gym feeling big in the parking lot down in protein. I took thirty days seeing myself leaving the gym. I see that lady. She looking like, yes ma'am, I see you looking. It's— you look good too. Like, I, I took 30 days getting in my mind, building a neurological foundation to support the habit that I would like to build. After I spent about 3 weeks sitting in there, my cousin called me. My best friend called me. The friend that I'm gonna call if it's 4 AM and I didn't got caught up in some sketchy stuff. I'm like, hey bro, come pick me up, bring the gun. He gonna get the gun, come get me. He ain't gonna ask no questions. He called me, was like, hey bro, I just signed up at Planet Fitness. I got a black card. I get to bring somebody with me every time I work out. We back in the gym Monday, nigga. I've been seeing you on them lives. You've been eating good, boy. I can tell you hypnotizing a lot of people. You look like it. You eating good over there. It's time to get in the gym. The universe was working behind my back. Source was working behind my back. See, not only are we going— so I had this desire to go to the gym, and my goal was I wanted to look like I looked when I was 25. Boy, I was— you think this something? You should have seen me at 25. But that was my goal. I found a picture of myself at 25, put it up on my bathroom mirror every morning as I was brushing my teeth, yada yada. I was staring at that picture. I was getting under the influence of what I desired without me even deciding to. I didn't even go get a gym membership. I just got my own gym membership like 2 weeks ago. I've been working out for 4 months without me even taking any action. My cousin called me, my best friend called me, a person who I love hanging out. Hey bro, we back in the gym Monday. I already got it paid for. All you got to do is— boom, I'm at the gym. And it's not, oh man, I gotta go to the gym. It's, I get to go to the gym with my best friend. I get to go in the gym. We finna turn on some boosty. We finna turn up. We finna turn up and we finna act like we 16 again. And we in the gym having the time of our life. We in the gym pushing each other, man. That's all you can do. Come on, man. You can do 3 more. Let's go. I'm in the gym hanging out with my best friend, getting the result that I desire. It's no, ah, now I gotta go to the gym. If you've been hanging out in my lives lately, you've seen me in lives. I'm like, all right, y'all, we having fun, but I gotta go to the gym. It's time for me to work out. I want to work out. Working out is not something I gotta do. It's something I get to do. But that feeling comes because I took time to prime this. I didn't say Monday I'm going to the gym, hell or high water, and I'm gonna just use my willpower. Don't work like that. Willpower is less than 2% of your thinking potential. That's why when people think they can use willpower to not get hypnotized, I just laugh at them. Yeah, that'll work for about 30 seconds. Crazy thing is, it's not gonna take me that long to bypass your critical mind. Willpower Let me tell you what you use willpower for. Come here, I'm giving y'all some, some, some top-notch shit right here. This should be behind a paywall. You don't use willpower to do the thing. You use willpower to discipline your imagination. Willpower is not strong enough to support you through action. The action is going to burn up the calories that you need to maintain the willpower. You use willpower to get in your favorite chair, sit back, relax, close your eyes, take some deep breaths in, and imagine life the way that you would like it. it to be, because your nervous system, your hormonal system, your heart, your lung— your— I mean, not your lung, your heart, your spinal cord, your solar plexus cannot tell the difference between something that you experience and something that you vividly imagine. It all comes in through the thalamus. It all comes from the same part of the brain, and it goes into one big pile. The brain doesn't separate reality and fiction. The brain sees it all as data. I just said a mouthful. You don't even know what part to repeat. If you got a question, ask and I'll answer it. But I can't— I'm in flow. I can't even tell you what I just said. I'm gonna watch this replay and learn just as much as y'all learn. What's up, Mr. Alfred? How you doing? Okay, so your job is to use your willpower to take time every day to discipline your thinking. Your job is to use willpower when the imagination start going in a way that you don't want to go. Your job is to use willpower to bring it back and say, uh-uh, get over here. You gotta, you gotta train your imagination. You gotta train your imagination to start going where you want it to go, not wherever it wants. You gotta change. You gotta treat— I know, like, when my kids go to their grandma house and they spend like a week or two at their grandma house and they come back home, I take about a week reminding them where the hell they at. You're not— boy, if you don't get up off my couch again, you're not at your grandma house. You, you back at home. You, you gotta shake all that, boy. You better remember where you at. You gotta tell your imagination. You're not at grandma house. You done running around doing what you want to do. You— we got structure here. We got rules and times that shit has to be done here. I don't know where you think you at, but I suggest you remember you got to take your imagination and discipline it. Jesus, you got to call the disciples to order. The first one is hearing. Pete, we ain't even gonna get biblical with it, but you gotta call the disciples to order. The first— the first disciple I want you to call to order It's your imagination. You got to quit letting it run wild. Are y'all keeping up? Do y'all got any questions before we move on? Clarity, calibration, confidence, competence. Okay, the responsibility and the priorities will take care of theyself as you calibrate. As you get under the influence of what you desire, it's gonna be just the natural next step. It's gonna be the natural next step. A lot of times what people do is they try to do the subconscious mind's job. The conscious mind is your logic, your reason, your analysis, your willpower, your decision-making. You use the conscious mind to pick the goal. You use the conscious mind to select the goal. But after you select the goal, what you have to do is push it down into the subconscious mind, impregnate the subconscious mind, and the subconscious mind will hand you an elaborate plan. Right now, Nikki and I are developing this, this, um, seminar. May 10th, May 11th is going down. 8-hour deep dive. We'll tell y'all about that in a moment. Oh yeah, you gotta have clarity first. But the seminar is writing itself. We got on the phone, we talked about it, we got excited about it. We were like, we wanted to be this, we wanted to be this, we want— we got clarity about what we wanted it to be. And as we got the clarity that I wanted it to be, I mean, as we got the clarity that we wanted, just saw that Joe, you should sign up for that. As we got the clarity that we wanted, the details are filling in. Oh, day 1 is gonna be this, day 2 is gonna be this, day 3 is gonna be— oh, day 3 is Mother's Day. Okay, well, we're gonna have to do a 6-hour day on day 2, but it's still gonna be— it's writing itself. Nikki, like, I'm sitting there thinking like, damn, I don't want to do the flyer. Nikki like, I'm gonna do the flyer. I'm like, okay, cool, you do the flyer, I'll do the website. Nigga, like, we need to— and it's, it's right, it's, it's flowing. We're not having these long— Nick, I think in total we might have spent, uh, uh, maybe 2 hours on the phone, and half of that was spent us going off topic and coming back to this. We might have spent 2 hours doing like planning. The course is writing itself. Because we got clarity, we calibrated to the clarity, we confident that we could do it. We know that we do this. We know that combined total, we probably got 50 years of experience on this type of stuff, probably more than that. We know that it ain't nobody more qualified. Like, we got the clarity, we calibrated to it, we got the confidence. The competence is flowing through us. The competence isn't something we gotta do, it's stuff we get to do. We get to get on TikTok and talk about it. We get to make these workbooks. We get to help you take your business to another— It's very little It's very little force. It's flow. One of my favorite scriptures: Not by force, not by might, but by my spirit, says the Lord of Hosts. By my inner knowing, by my inner alignment, says the Lord of Hosts. Not my go, go, go, go. I ain't worked in— man, I don't think I done worked in 10 years. I've been playing. I've been fortunate enough to play for the last 10 years, and through my playing, I'm feeding my family really well. Through my playing, I'm building life out for my future generations. But all of that is on the other side of getting clarity on what I wanted, calibrating to it, being confident that this little black boy, this little black boy from the projects with no daddy, can do those things that I desire to do. And then going, oh, I need to take that course. Bet I'm taking it. But I'm not taking that course from a place of I don't know if this is going to work. I'm taking that course from the place of if this is the next logical step, I'm going to do it. I don't care if neuroscience is— man, give me that damn book. Let me read that book. Okay, this is a little confusing. Let me see what I can find on YouTube about this. Let me see what I can. Oh, I like the way he explained it. Okay, it's it's it's no such thing as failure. It's all feedback from this place of confidence and clarity and calibration that I got. Once you want because neurologically has already happened because I'm calibrated to what I desire neurologically and hormonally, I feel like it's already happened. So even in the midst of controversy, even in the midst of looking at what I don't want, I feel like I already got it. And from this place of feeling like I already got it. What's the next logical step? Boom, do this seminar. What's the next logical step? Boom, take this program. It's a $20,000 program. Okay, let's see where's the $20,000. It's not oh shit, it's a $20,000 program. I don't got $20,000. It's shit. Y'all take payment plans? Can I put three racks down today and I can get started? Okay, bet. I gotta have you that much of it or you ain't gonna let me go into the second. Okay, bet, bet, bet, bet, bet. Okay, boom. I gave him three grand. All right, I got six weeks to make another three grand. What's three grand divided by six? Okay, boom. I need to make a I got a high-value skill. You think like, come on, it's because I already feel like I have it. It's just what's the next logical step? But when I feel like I don't have it and I feel like I'm unworthy and I feel like it ain't gonna work anyway, the smallest little thing is enough to deter me. That's why we don't even start taking action till we got clarity, confidence, and calibration. Does that make sense? Does that make sense? If that makes sense, I need to see some hearts full. I need to see some taps on the screen. Let's get this thing going. It ain't no reason we should be at 10,000 taps by No, absolutely not. And after we talk about that, we're gonna move into the fifth C. Appreciate you, appreciate you, Purple. Appreciate you. Yeah, so everything we talking about making sense. I love it, I love it, I love it. Fifth C, consistency. Consistency is the seed that, that stops a lot of people. I know a lot of talented people. I know some people who got skills that'll blow your mind. I know some people who got ideas and concepts that are revolutionary. Only problem is they do it when they feel like it. They not consistent. So let me break down what I mean when I say consistency. Consistency is for me and for you because this is the program. Working those 4 C's, never stopping with the 4 C's, waking up every day and seeking clarity. Understand that you, you're never done getting clarity. You're never done getting clarity. What I want today, I might want something drastically different from 6 months from now, or I might want something slightly different from 6 months from now, but I'm constantly Going okay, that's cool. What what do I want instead? Okay, we did. Okay, I made three thousand dollars last week. I want to make five. Okay, now as I calibrate to this, as I get cleared on this idea, I want to make five thousand this week. Guess what? I got I got to calibrate to that new idea. Guess what? I got to raise my confidence up to this new idea. Guess what? I got to get new skills to go with this new idea. But it's just constantly running the four C's. Okay, I mean the first. What do I want? Okay, boom. What would I— oh, I didn't like that. What would I rather have? I'd rather have this. Okay, let me calibrate to that. Let me calibrate to that. I'm more of a fly-by— I'm a fly-by-your-pants type of person too, Joe. But even with that flying by the pants, we at least got to have a goal, like a goal that we hit. Nobody's saying you can't fly by your pants. As I pressed— as I pressed the button to go live this morning, I had no idea what we was going to talk about until it started. So one of the— so when I do an initial session with somebody, it's usually a 2-hour session. And the reason that I do 2 hours for that initial session is because I'm calibrating to you. I'm finding out what are your skills, what are your weaknesses, what are the areas that could use improvement. And what we're gonna do is we're gonna find the little quirks about you and we're gonna use those to our advantage. Are you a night owl? Okay, let's be productive at night. Can You got the luxury of sleeping in during the day. Okay, I want you to stop feeling bad about sleeping in. I want you to sleep in if that's a luxury that you have. We'll be we gonna calibrate to you. Like I don't like when coaches try to wrap one plan around. I don't I don't like when the per when they try to wrap the person around the plan. Wrap the plan around the person. Five C. So when I do five C on a one-on-one basis with somebody, it's it's a five month process. We spend a month getting clarity. Yeah, we spent a month getting clarity. Then we spent a month calibrating to that clarity. Then we spent month number three building your confidence that you could do it. We spent month number four on on the um getting the skills, researching that course you need to take, figuring out what you're gonna do with the kids when you do that, teaching you how to market if you don't know how to market. We spend month number four working on the skill. We spend the first three months clarity, calibration, confidence. Month number 4, we start talking about— well, you've been with me for 90 days. We ain't talked about the doing yet because the doing falls flat if you don't have the foundation to build the doing upon. You're building that house on quicksand. That's stupid. Then I spend the 5th month pushing consistency in you. I'm gonna stop seeing you every week. I'm gonna see you every other week, but I still expect you to be making the same type of progress that you was making when you was coming to hang out with me once a week and you're doing your mental bank and you, and you're doing everything that we've been teaching. I froze on my screen for a while. You just lost me. The replays, they're available at dreamwellhypnosis.com. But is everything we saying making sense today? Is everything we saying making sense today? But all I was doing is reiterating everything we've been talking about, Joe. Any questions about 5C? Any questions about this fact? Not this statement, not this thing that works sometimes. Any questions about the fact that you really can be, do, and have anything you desire? The only thing stopping you is you. It's how you use your imagination. You got to use your imagination different. And when you use your imagination different, the actions have no choice but to follow. When you use your imagination different, good ideas have no choice but to show up. When you use your imagination different, you'll realize a lot of the circumstances that you thought you was waiting for was actually waiting on you. People, I'm just waiting on God the whole time. God waiting on you. God created it all in 6 days and took the 7th day to rest. What you mean you waiting on God? It's already here. God waiting on you to get in alignment with what's already here. You thought you were waiting on God? No, God is waiting on you, sweetheart. God had to put a plan for your life before you even got here. You, you're not waiting on God. God waiting on you. I'm a parent. My daughter is 10 years old. I can't wait for her 16th birthday to buy her a car. I'm ready to take her car shopping. I just need her to not be getting in trouble. I need her to be being responsible. I need her to be making curfew, because if you're not making curfew without a car, how I'm supposed to give you a car? If your grades struggling and you ain't even got a car yet, you ain't even got the freedom of getting up and going, how I'm gonna get you a car? She, she not waiting on me to get her a car. I'm waiting on her to get— I want to get her a car. I want to, I want to see my baby walk out in the driveway and see this big red boat on it. I can't wait to buy my baby a car. I'm not— she not waiting on me, I'm waiting on her. God wants you to have that business. God wants you to have everything you, you asking. You're not waiting on God. God waiting on you to get in alignment with the thing that you asking for. God waiting on you to control your imagination. God waiting on you to put down the, the tree from that other fruit, put down the fruit from that other tree and focus on the abundance that's already there. Yeah, I'm— all she got to do is— she ain't got to be perfect. Nobody ain't expecting her to be perfect. All she got to do is operate with a, with, with a little bit of common sense. She already got a car. That's all she got to do. That's all she got to do. Now these boys, I'm a little scared to get them cars. They be concerning me. I'm like, why did you do that? They don't ever know why they did. I don't know. Y'all gonna have to ride with y'all sister, man. We gonna, we gonna see. We, we— I need you to need a ride because I need to know where you at. So we gonna— here, you got unlimited Ubers. Go wherever you need to go. I'm gonna give you the freedom to move around, but, mm-hmm. How many kids? I got 2. Got a son and a daughter. That boy be scaring me. It's been glitching. I mean, you got what you needed, Joe. You got what you need. So as hypnotists, we also got— so you got 5 laws of suggestibility. One of those other laws is what we call the law of delayed action. It's in there. Sometimes it takes a little time to work itself until your nervous system is in there. A night— you'll be surprised what a night of good sleep would do. For sure, for sure, Joe. Happy to make your acquaintance. Keep hanging out with us. You better, man. Listen, it's some stuff about to come your way that you never even would have thought. Oh man. Listen, listen, listen, listen. Hey, I ain't scared of it though, because that age—that's where a lot of the learning happening. This version of me don't exist without all the stupid shit I did at that age. You don't get. I don't get this version without going through everything I went through, even the self-imposed dumb stuff that I went through. That's where the learning happened at. I can remember distinctly the day that 5C started filling itself in. In 2013, I had 2 kids. I had my son and my daughter in 2013. And I was sitting there, I was holding my son in my left arm and I was holding my daughter in my right arm. And I'm looking at these 2 beautiful babies, pretty brown skin, big brown eyes, these big glorious puffballs. I'm looking at my baby and I'm going, oh wow, I made these kids on accident. I was just out here having fun. I was just out here wilding out. But as a result, I got these 2 beautiful babies. I couldn't even make this on purpose if I tried. But then I got curious. I go, you know what, if this what my, my accidents look like, What would it look like if I started living life on purpose? What if it looked like if I set goals and started working towards them? If this is what I create when I'm just fucking around, what could I create if I got intentional? And it was during that that I really started thinking. It was during that time that I really started diving deep into psychology and neuroscience and self-development. And before that point, hypnosis was an interest. But it was during that time where I really wanted to understand human nature. I really wanted to understand why we do what we do, how— what makes us tick. That's when I really started devouring this information. That's when I really started investing in myself at a high level. It was programs and different things I wanted to take that might have cost $20,000 or $30,000. That— it was during that time, like, I'm finding the money. I don't care how— I don't care what I got to do. I don't care if I got to go out and drive Uber. I want to take these courses. I want to get this information. Because I want to start living on purpose. So it was through the all a lot of the wild shit that I did that helped me to get the clarity, and that's what I always talk about when we talk about clarity. I want you to start using what you don't want as a reference point for what you do want. I want you to start realizing that every time you look at something that you don't want, every time you look at something that you don't want, instead of getting hypnotized by that, you should use that to say, "Okay, what do I want instead?" Because this is. Force inside of you that's all about life. It's this force inside of you that took you from a sperm cell to a full-functioning adult. It's a force inside of you that knew how to fertilize the egg. It's a source inside of you that knew where to get your brain from, knew where to get your lungs from, knew where to get all these vital organs from. That force is inside of you, and it's all about forward movement. It's all about expansion. It's all about next, next, next, next, next. What's next? So when you look at something that you don't like, that force inside of you automatically expands and goes on to something greater. Now, when you stay here, what's gonna happen is you're gonna feel a separation between that force inside of you and that thing that you call you. So you're gonna feel a separation between the real you and this thing that you identify as you. And the further you get away from it, the worse you feel. And you're gonna blame it on your, your husband, you're gonna blame it on the kids, you're gonna blame it on your boss, you're gonna blame it on all of these things. It's not that person making you feel that way. What's making you feel this way is this separation between the real you And the thing that you identify as you, and the further you get away, the worse it feels. What you got to do is you got to get in alignment with this expansion part of you. This part of you that's all about expansion. This part of you that's all about more, more, more, more, more. What's next? Because it's not gonna sit there with you and fixate on this thing that you don't like. So when you fixating on, I don't like this. They shouldn't be treating me like this. They should be paying me more, and they know they should be paying me, and they don't appreciate me, and it's not fair, and they wouldn't do this to her. What you gotta do is you gotta realize it's a part of you that's going this way and it's going to the more. And when you sit at the thing you don't like, the separation grows. And that's why you'll wake up upset not even knowing why you upset. What's wrong? I don't know. I just don't feel like myself. You don't feel like yourself because yourself went that way and you sitting here looking at the stuff that you don't like and yourself is expanding to all the possibilities. I hope that made sense, but I'm about to land. I'm gonna be live with Nikki in a little bit here, and we gonna be talking about this awesome 8-hour deep dive seminar that we doing called Dreams in Action. This for all my entrepreneurs out here. If you've ever tried to manifest in your business and it didn't quite work, Nikki and I was talking a few weeks ago And we was— the conversation came up how it's 2 groups of people. You got a group of people who just want to stare at vision boards and do affirmations and think that magically a multi-million dollar business is just gonna show up. You got those people. Then you got these other people who, oh, I'll sleep when I die. Go, go, go, go, go. I don't eat breakfast. I wake up and I get right to it. Grind, grind, grind, grind, grind. That shit don't work either. The sweet spot is right In the middle. Now it starts with the affirmations. It starts with the vision board. It starts with the clarity because without a vision, the people perish. So we got this three-day seminar where we talk about be, do, have. And day one of the seminar is all about being. How do I become the person that I need to become to run a successful business? To do everything necessary? How do I change myself at a neurological level? How do I change myself at a hormonal level to get my body releasing the type of hormones that it needs? to release to get myself out of fight or flight, back into my parasympathetic nervous system where I can be creative, where I can explore, where I actually got the energy to do the things that I know I should be doing. That's day 1. We reprogramming you at a cellular molecular level. Day 2 is the doing. Day 1 is all about becoming. Day 1 is about being the type of person that can do the thing effortlessly. So once we spent day 1 helping you become that type of person, and I'mma hypnotize you right before you go to to bed. The first day is at nighttime, and that's on purpose because I want you to cut off the live. I want you to leave the meeting and go to sleep so that this stuff can penetrate your subconscious, and you wake up the next day with a new program in place, and then you come kick it with us again. Day 2 is about the, the doing. Day 2, we're gonna introduce the tools to you. Day 2, we're gonna teach you all the tools that we use to run our successful businesses. Day 2, we gonna teach you about Canva. We're gonna teach you about lead generation. We're gonna teach you about customer conversion, customer Customer retention. I don't care what industry you in; it's only four ways to grow a business. It's only four ways to grow a business. And day number three, we're gonna talk about the having. We're gonna talk about how do you maintain those results. We're gonna talk about charging what you worth. I meet so many entrepreneurs; it's afraid to charge what they worth. I just did a meeting with my little sister about a month ago. Has it been a month? It might not even been a month yet. I doubled all of her prices and tripled some of her prices. She was scared. If I double my prices, I'm gonna lose half of my customers. Baby, grab a calculator. What's up, Lala? If you double— if you double your prices and lose half of your clients, you can pay the same amount of money for half the work. But people don't think. They just be talking. They— it don't be them talking, it be the pattern talking. I know exactly where that voice that my little sister had was coming from. My little sister grew up watching my mama be one of the best beauticians in town, yet we lived in the projects. How are you the best at something and living in a project? Make it make sense. I'm the best hypnotist in the country by far, and my lifestyle reflects that because I charge shit. I'm the best. I charge like I'm the best. Entrepreneurs, write this down. Remember this: if you the best, nobody expects you to be the cheapest. And if you the cheapest, nobody gonna believe you when you tell them You the best. If I'm the best, and if I tell you I'm the best hypnotist in the world and I go over the sessions, they just $50 apiece. You the best hypnotist in the world and the sessions, you just lost all credibility. Your price is a part of your brand. Your price is a part of your brand. And you tell them what it's worth when you tell them what it costs. So if it's $19.99, it can't be worth much. If you, you get the first 5 free, just refer somebody, and you just told me it's worth nothing. You just told me what it's worth. It's worth nothing. You just told me that. Your price is a part of your brand, and we're going to talk about that on the last segment of the seminar. We're going to talk about charging what you worth. We're going to talk about things like imposter syndrome, and we're going to talk about sitting in this feeling that we created. I'm going to teach you how to maintain How many of y'all lost the same 10 or 20 pounds 5 times? You know, you lost 60 pounds, but you only really lost 20 because you keep losing 20, gain the 20, lose 20, gain the 20, lose the 20, gain 30. You ever played that game? Or you get your business going, things slow back down, you get your business going, things slow back down. The last segment of the workshop, the last day of the workshop, is how do you not do that? How do you get your results and keep your results. So if y'all interested in coming to the workshop, and if you're an entrepreneur and you serious about what you got going on, you interested in coming to the workshop, then you need to click that link on my TikTok profile and get signed up, get your seat. And we're going to talk more about the workshop when, um, Nikki and I go live here in a little bit. I'm gonna take a little break, get some breakfast in my body, drink some water. Gotta take care of myself. I can't take care of y'all if I don't take care of myself. So I'm going to take time, fill my cup up a little bit. And I'm gonna be back live with Nikki, the manifestation consultant, in a very short while. And we gonna take a deeper dive into what the work— what the seminar is gonna be, what's in all the segments, talk about the workbook that you get, talk about the different tiers. So if you got any questions, y'all can follow me over to Nikki's live and I'll unpack those. But look, I love y'all. Ain't a damn thing you could do about it, okay? And that's why I want you to give it your best. I'm successful and ain't a damn thing you could do about it. I'm happy and ain't a damn thing you could do about it. I want you to decide on the person that you want to be, become that person, and tell everything outside of you it ain't a damn thing you could do about it. I don't care if the recession doing— I don't do recessions. I don't go to— you can have a recession if you want to. I don't go to recessions. I went to one in '08, didn't like it, never going to. I don't, I don't go to recessions. You can get sick if you— I don't, I don't I don't do that. My nervous system knows better. My my body at a hormonal level knows it's just certain shit that we don't align with. Come to the workshop so we can develop that in you. I'm finna land. I'll see y'all later.
