And as you rest, your mind and body can find peace, perhaps a sense of release as you sleep. Let's begin by finding a comfortable position, lying down. Close your eyes if you haven't already and just allow yourself to be here. In this moment with me. And take a deep breath in. Feel your lungs completely. And then release it slowly. With each breath you take, feel yourself becoming more relaxed. More at ease. It's like drifting on a cloud, light and free. And now imagine a gentle wave of relaxation starting at the top of your head Slowly moving down. Feel this wave as it passes over your forehead, your eyes, easing away any tension. Let it flow down your cheeks, your jaw, allowing these muscles to soften and relax. Because this wave of calmness continues to flow down your body. Feel it in your shoulders, releasing any weight that they're holding. Let this feeling move down through your arms to your hands and to the very tips of those fingers.
