Self-development shouldn't wait for crisis. Like a boxer training before the fight, you need daily discipline to build readiness in your mind, body, and spirit. Waiting until breakdown or heartbreak to grow is a defensive stance that weakens your destiny.

A lot of people only touch self-development when life breaks them or when opportunity knocks and they're scrambling to answer the door. And from my point of view, that's weakness. That's reaction. That's playing defense with your destiny. The difference between those who rise and those who crawl is found in daily discipline, daily rewiring, daily sharpening of the sword. You shouldn't be waiting for a breakdown to build yourself up. Don't wait for a promotion or a crisis or a heartbreak Or until you hit absolute rock bottom. Every day, train your mind, train your spirit, train your body. That way you're not waiting for life to hit you. You're already ahead. You're already ready. Doing the opposite is like trying to learn how to box during a boxing match. You don't learn how to box during the match. You learn how to box in the boxing gym, working with the bag, working with the trainer, learning how to move your feet, learning the different combinations. So by the time you get in the ring, it's muscle memory. Take that same concept into life.
