Speaker A argues that tying your confidence to audience size makes it unreliable. Instead, learn to calibrate inwardly, building confidence from within so it stays steady whether you're speaking to two people or a hundred. This internal anchor is what keeps you consistent.
If you want to be successful, you got to learn how to show up like this no matter how many people are in here. You can show up like this when it's 100 people in here. You can show up like this when it's 2 people in here. You can show up like this when it's 36 people in here. You got to disconnect your confidence from what's going on out there. Anytime your confidence is connected to what's going on out there, you're going to notice there's times where you just don't have access to it.
Right.
And that's why we teach our clients, Lala, to calibrate inwardly, not outwardly. If you learn how to calibrate inwardly, you always got access to your confidence.
